Hi, I have tried using support chat and tried emailing Adobe, but nobody has been able to give me a real solution for this issue yet:For some reason, every time I import a photo as background, it loses quality and becomes pixelated.I have tried importing both via the menu and by just dragging it into the window. I have double checked that the canvas size and resolution etc. matches the image. I have also tried changing the canvas size to see if this could change anything and it hasn't. I have tried rendering the images to see if it was just a display issue of some kind. I have made sure my graphics driver is up to date. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Dimension. I have also tried downloading new versions of the image files to ensure they weren't somehow corrupted. I also tried with different images and it's happening with every single one. I'm not having this issue anywhere else on my PC nor in any other Adobe apps. It seems exclusive to Dimension. The is

Is there a way to render files out to CMYK? 

Before updating today to Dimension 3.1.1 the program worked fine. Now whenever I launch the program I get this message: Check Creative Cloud StatusUse the Creative Cloud application to sign in, begin a trail, or purchase Dimension. Learn more about the requirements.Dimension will now close. And yes, it closes! everytime just about.I have confirmed that I am logged in to CC. I have rebooted the computer to refresh. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software.Still getting the same message.Help!RW

hiI used dimension for a few months and then it stopped working. I try to open it but it just freezes.I created a new user on the computer and use it there and it's fine. So I moved everything across to the new user and it stopped. Hello,  I´ve got a problem with Adobe Dimension workspace. It doesn´t react to any of my actions. I took a short video how does it look. Does anybody have an idea how to repair it please?

I have a Mac Studio w/M1 chip, running Adobe Dimension 3.4.7 I get a orange warning triangle with an exclamion mark, on top right on the app.next to Lear and Share arrow."You're Not Logged In" (Features that require being logged into Creative Cloud are unavailable intil you sign in).I am logged into the Creative Cloud, I use other apps, and still use Dimension, but that warning has no explanation. I spent 2 hours with Adobe Tech, it was a waste of time, they shared my screen, insatlled and unistalled and many admistrative tricks, at the end he said try after 24 hours, if it doesn clear up give us a call. He thought it was the Adobe Dimension server needed to be cleared.It has been 12 hours now.I have AD 3.4.7  loaded on my older iMac  I do not get the warning Triangle?On the CC under Versions-the Uninstall  points to 3.4.7, but under info it says 3.4.6,on About Dimension it says 3.4.7? Any One has this similar issue thanksYasir

Bonjour,Je voudrais savoir s'il y a moyen d'alléger le poids des fichier dimension car je m'apperçois que j'ai des fichiers importants en poids.1 - je reprends une scène avec des éléments en 3D pour utitliser uniquement la scène éclairage / point de vue2- je supprime les éléments 3D et j'importe de nouveaux éléments dans cette scène.Le résultat est que j'obiens un fichier plus lourd alors que les nouveaux éléments 3D que j'ai importé ne sont pas volumineux.C'est comme si il conservait les éléments en memoireEst ce qu'il y a un moyen de purger un fichier dimension pour l'alléger. Merci pour votre réponse.Christian 

Hi, In addition to the other bug which randomly appeared for me in Dimension a while back, which I still can't get an answer about from anyone: Re: Imported Background Image is Pixelated - Adobe Support Community - 13416647I now have an issue which has literally just appeared since yesterday for no apparent reason: I open my project, I move my mouse into the workspace area (the canvas and the area surrounding the canvas), the canvas view of the scene automatically scrolls outwards. It just zooms out. Every single time. It doesn't stop unless I move my mouse back out into one of the toolbar areas. The scene I've created progressively getting further away within the canvas. Continually. So essentially I now cannot use the programme, because there is no possible way to compose a scene when the view of the scene is constantly moving further and further away. I am not having any issues with scrolling or with my mouse in any other programme. Crashes every day, several times a day to a grey screen, sometimes if I go for lunch and have left adobe dimension open not doing anything it will still crash to grey screen. All I can do is force quite and re-open. Any ideas? Is there anywhere I can download more models to import into Dimension? Preferrably for free?

Bonjour, Je suis actuellement en train de réaliser un modèle de voiture sur Adobe Dimension. Nous avons récupéré le modèle 3D sur Hum3D et lors de l'insertion des éléments sur le véhicule ces derniers sont mit en symétrie. Par exemple, lors de l'insertion d'un élément sur la porte avant droite, ce dernier se dupplique sur la porte avant gauche. Sur le capot, l'élément est en symétrie aussi. Pourquoi ai je cette symétrie sur mon modèle ? 

This is how Dimension unwraps the UV map for a basic bowl created in Illustrator.Completely illogical. The red areas are the outside wall of the bowl, plus a band of broken up shells. I spoke to Customer Support also pointing out the troubleshooting in the documentation, sent them images and an email, and they said they understand the issue but then hung up the conversation and didn't respond.If you can't put custom maps on Dimension, it's useless. I just don't know why Adobe don't create a UV seam control feature, which has existed in other programs for decades. I can't use third-party programs either because it complicates the workflow for my entire team. People have been suggesting to use Blender, etc, but that adds a full-scale induction of a complicated program, that also changes the UI and process with updates.

This may just be a restriction I am unaware of but have yet to find anything in the discussions about this. I have encountered a bug where Dimension "requires a restart" when the camera position is set to 0-0-0.  This is an unsual restriction I have never seen in any other 3D model rendering program. Here is the log. It was working fine until a few days ago. Now any time I try to import an stl file (even small file sizes) it is "loading" at 50% indefinitely. I have to close out Dimension and restart it. I have plenty of memory and RAM. The app is up to date. thanks

I'm trying to find out if Dimension can be used iin a closed network - no outside conection. Is there any way that a company could buy a license and set up some sort of internal license server for Dimension? 

Is it possible to import an image from my hard drive into the 'Images' panel on the left?Or can I only import it by applying it straight to an object?

I have no idea why I cannot open Dimension. It looked interesting and I wanted to try it out. Everytime I try to launch it gives me "Does not meet minimum open gl version" I don't see how this is possible. CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 3700X32GB 3600 speed ramRTX 2070 superInstalled studio driver from 10.20.20Isn't open GL 3.2 from like 10 years ago?? Any help is appreciated 

Hello at all.Since I just updated Dimension i am no more able to import a graphic to place it on a model, for example as a sticker. The button is always grey and therefore not clickable.Does anyone experice the same problem or even has a solution for me? Best regards

After I created the cityscapes, I would like to be able to navigate them in a Google Street View fashion.Which software is best for the creation of the cityscapes and for navigating them in 3D?I am looking for the tool that can do both, if possible.
