Hi! I can't save my Adobe Dimension file. For context, I have this 3D model downloaded from Adobe Stock that whenever I duplicate or put an image as decal, this error prompts whenever I try to save the file. It doesn't load & I need to end the task via task manager. My app/device specs:Updated Adobe DimensionWindows 11 ProAMD Ryzen 7  

Hi everyone.Maybe someone got a hint for this:I created a bottle in Illustrator, exported it as an obj and imported it in Dimensions. When placing a high resolution png graphic on it the rendering is generated in a low resolution (the preview is also pixelated). When I place the same png on a cylinder or a bottle taken from the standard 3D models of Dimensons the rendering and the preview is perfect.After hours of futile attempts with various model scales, recreations and graphic adjustments, I have not found a solution. What do I need to change?In attach you can find the obj of the bottle.

Pretty basic, crucial ask here. If I make a 48x48 graphic and put it on a flat 48x48 object it should be able to scale properly and not distort. Other 3d programs have this feature. The user shouldn't have to adjust an image that is for whatever reason not even scaled proportionately (and sometimes even rotated at odd angles) when it is applied on the object at a scale % that doesn't even make sense.Several layers of basic failing at a simple ask. This adds so much time to any work in Dimension having to tweak every image in varying ways to get it to fit as it should.

Found a bug where the letter E have some artifacts when I applied the bevel option.

I can't open my .dn file anymore and i really don't know why.

I have been tasked with creating a series of images with specific size needs.3000px X 3000px @ 300dpiWhen I create the image at 3000px X 3000px is exports at 72dpi. How can I easily fix this? Hoping to just do it in Dimensions and not messing around with a lot of different images going back and forth from Dimensions and Photoshop. I used to do this all the time, but Dimensions has updated and now I can't. At this point I'm seriously considering installing the old version

What could be wrong with my Adobe Dimension? I'm taking a Package Design class, and I need to use Adobe Dimension to render some labels onto some 3D objects, the problem is I'm unable to change my Canva settings that usually appear in the properties panel. When I create a new file, in my properties section, the scene unit only appears, not the Canva size or anything.  I have already tried many things:Updating the softwareDeleting it and installing it againUpdating my computerInstalled an older version of DimensionGoogle what could be wrong I just can’t find the solution, and I don’t know how to move forward. Hope someone can help me, please and thank you.   

Hey all, UPDATE image attached!!! Maybe this will help???  I managed to get a quick screenshot. It took 1 hour and 20 min to open and before crashing.  It's a VERY simple object/scene .DN file (they all are)   --- NOTICE THE CAMERAS when it finally opened???  In Dimension (versions before 4)  - every file opens perfectly! One camera / angle.It appears that the newer/est versions of Dimensions have issues opening/importing around cameras/angles. Why else would the file open file in newest version have almost 40+ cameras/angles??? When there was only the main one in the originals.  Something isn't right! 😞+++I still try the most current version and I'm still unable to use it.  No old .DN files open or import.  The system(s) - PLURAL - don't open them. I've tried on multiple machine with very decent graphics cards (FYI). It baffles me and is incredibly frustrating! Imagine maybe 2-3 years worth of dimension files/projects

Hi, when placing decals in Adobe dimensions I get the loading screen that keeps on loading. I have waited for 30 minutes and it still does not place the decall.I have never had this problem before, it always used to load very fast, almost instantly.

First time using the software and it doesn't go past the splash screen (see attached image).I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, cleaning the instalation completely etc., but no success so far.Double and triple checked the minimum and recommended specs and nothing seems off. So... I have no idea how to proceed. Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with Adobe Dimension. The Match Image feature is visible but not working. When I try to use it, nothing happens; no background changes occur, and the lighting/camera don't update either.My system specs:Computer: DESKTOP-8E32OF4 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz)Graphics Card: NVIDIA 2GBRAM: 16 GBOS: Windows 11I’ve tried restarting the app, using different images, and updating drivers, but none of these solutions helped. Hi, When I create new workplace for my first time, error window said me "application restart needed"here is my logHow can I use my dimension?

I often have to place graphics onto a stack of identical objects. For example I have 24 boxes of identical product on a shelf. I currently have to place a graphic for the front face, the right face, the top face and the left face on all 24 boxes. It takes ages. If I choose, instead, to export UVs for each box and use that method to apply the graphics, every single UV is different, even though the CAD for the boxes is identical. I know I could just duplicate the first box to 24 different positions but that has it's own difficulties in terms of accurate positioning.If we could have a way to copy and paste the graphics from one object to another it would be very helpful. Also if it could be possible to make UV's consistent, that would be great too.

Hi! I tried to import this file in Dimension and I got this error message. The original file (I want to attach it here, but I got red error message)  is from an Ipad App called Poseit. https://apps.apple.com/de/app/poseit/id1567797324  In Dimension I want to get an nice Background an maybe also a nice cloth likes this figures (that is my logo) Could someone help me?

Sería mucho más fácil si Adobe dimension, pudiera abrir formatos como el c4d, autodesk max, fbx, entre otros, ya que estos formatos son difíciles de trabajar si no tienes las herramientas y muchos convertidores no admiten el formato, además de que sería mejor si se pudiera exportar a fbx, con materiales.

I notice Adobe CC Libraries will be discontinued, (see screenshot attacched here below).In versione 4.1.1  I can't place graphic on the 3D object as in previous versions from desktop, so what happen when CC libraries will be closed to Dimension? I have to place only .png or .jpg without possibility of vector update directly in Illustrator?In this moment, my old graphics inside CC Libraries are still working (see screenshot attacched here below), I hope there is a workaround to place vector file inside Dimension like in the past.I wait for a kind reply.Thanks.

Hey all Adobe Pals and Support: As I've mentioned a few times, I still can't open older .DN files. I'm still forced to use 3.4.11.Previous models and scenes - I can't open. I've eliminated everything out, except the models/objects I'm using, and everything points to a similar issue that others have had with UVs. Yes, if ever I got lucky, a file might open for a sec, and I also see 30+ cameras. But, this really seems like UV issue(s) all the way.....  Notably, I have no issues whatsoever opening and accessing files and objects in ALL previous versions - SPECIFICALLY Version 3.4.11 = Works Perfectly!  Yes, I can export an object as an .OBJ file (in 3.4.11), but that flattens everything - from editable materials/ layers, to the decals placed. The same goes with Stager... It's useless.Perhaps I can send a file over? Someone can test in previous version and then see what's happening in newer versions of Dimension to solve this issue. The log is attached.The dimension app cannot work. As long as I tried to activate the app, it crashed and showed the warning message. I have uninstalled the app and reinstall. However the issue still remains. Could anyone help ? Thank you,

I can't find a way to set the units in a new file, or change them in an existing file.
