Good day. I have a problem with GPU render. After installing the new version 3.2.1 so my rendering was canceled with GPU. It works fine with CPU rendering. My graphics card is ASUS RTX 2080Ti. Could you please advise me what I'm doing wrong? I also tried an older graphics driver but it always canceled the rendering.

At the moment when I render a building, I make my windows glow.  This is a minimally acceptable solution, it would be far better to be able to insert lights inside the building and let the light radiate out through the window.  This feature is needed for CAD rendering.  This request also is needed for light fixtures when rendering interior rooms.

Hi, We know that Dimension freezes on startup because it won't run on an old CPU with no AVX instructions, such an old cpu is in the Mac Pro 5,1. So I tryed to run Dimension using the Software Emuator of AVX istructions that Intel provides, but with no luck 😞 Can anyone figure out how to run the software emulator properly? Or, can Adobe make the emulator process to be included in the launch of Dimension? Here is the intel emulator download page: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-software-development-emulator This is the command I tryed:sudo /Users/UserName/Downloads/sde-external-8.50.0-2020-03-26-mac/sde -nhm -avx -- /Applications/Adobe\ Dimension/Adobe\ Dimension.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe\ Dimension And these are the results on the Terminal:[app] loading euclid-coreLoading pepper plugin /Applications/Adobe Dimension/Adobe Dimension.app/Contents/Frameworks/euclid-core-plugin.pepper;application/x-escher-plugin[app] done loading euc

I import Sketchup models, they are organized in numerous groups, each group with many materials.  I would like to change ie insert substance or adobe standard materials on a global basis.  Is there a way to select objects based on materials? Or to globally replace a material when they are in groups of mixed materials?

Can somebody please help me? I cant open my Dimension CC2020. It is frossen.... no matter what I do. I have tried to install and un-install several times. It's really strange, because Photoshop and Illustrator is opening as it should.When I try to open Dimension, there is only shown 1/2 of the opening window / Start screen. And when I try to make a new dokument and play the film with examples, nothing is happening??I am using IMAC, and High Sierra.

Help! Adobe Dimension 3.2.1 will not start on my Mac. I get as far as the Welcome to Dimension screen and then I can't do anything. Nothing I click on works.I upgraded from 1.1.1 but despite having selected keep old versions the old version has gone - where? I tried dowloading the oldest version now available (2.3.1) but that won't start either - I don't even get to the Welcom To Dimension screen.I'm on Mac OS 10.13.6 running a Mac Pro 2010 5,1 with 64GB RAM and 3GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 graphics card.Is there any way of getting hold of version 1.1.1? That worked fine for what I need.Thanks!

Hello guys!I have a problem I was hoping you could give me some pointers to.I've run into some trouble when we print on plastic, and then later vacuumform the plastic onto molds.When the plastic is heated and formed over the mold, the plastic stretches, thereby distorting the printed image.ATM I have to correct every time we put in a new image, and then run it and see if I hit. 2-6 attempts usually gets me there. I am thinking there must be a smarter way of doing this, I tried printing out grids of 2x2cm to map the distortion, and its pretty consistant.It does not have to be 100% perfect, but it would be nice to get rid of the "big" distortions.How would you guys go about to countereffect this distortion? Found an image that is pretty much the same as what I do.DistortionImage

As title says , i need help with decals , i used the same model in keyshot and its works !i really want to use adobe diminsion only for this pls help ! I think this happens only when i do use your models , Pls fix  

I'm attempting to create a 3D model of a corrugate tray which holds tetrapak juice cartons. Attached is a PNG of an illustrator 3D I created, hoping that someone with experience can supply me with the necessary steps. Is it even possible? Objective is to apply design to 3D in Adobe Dimension to show client fininished representation.

When I reach the step to import graphics on the model to my cube, I get the option "Place Graphics on Model" as greyed out. I tried every possible way to place a picture on my cube but never work. Help me become an Adobe Dimension Scientist.

Hey,  I am having difficulties in opening the Adobe Dimension, As whenever i am clicking on the ( Create New ) button, the application switches to a stanby/Hanged mode, and doesn't open,    I am new to Adobe Dimension application and want to get my hands through, but finding it difficult as the application is not at all opening. Hi, I have 3 glass jars with labels on in a light pink background. Everytime I try to use lighting on them the labels get so bright that I can even see what is written there. I tried everything inclusive I changed the all the properties, it just doesn't work. Can anyone help me please?

Is it possible to make an clear bottle and place an decal on it that is vissible? Now the decal also has 0 opacity. I need it for an AR project (.gbl)  Can anyone help me? 

Ill try to be as thorough about this as possible.Dimension is freezing and slowing down my entire machine during Render. This isnt happening when I create a new scene, place an object, color it, place a graphic on it and render it.This is happening when I render an object then go back and change out lets say the graphic on the object and then go to render that so it is at the same angle, lighting etc. When I go to render it for a second time it completely freezes and the only way for it to render properly without freezing is to start all over.  Any ideas why? Make sense?

Is it possible to export an 3D model on Dimension or Aero with transparancy? Now it doesn't work. Thanks!

Is it possible to replace an OBJ file? Rather than importing a new one, to make changes to the obj in photoshop and have it replaced in Dimension, keeping the positioning and materials the same? (Much like how you can edit or replace a smart object in photoshop)

I import a scene into my new document - an empty room. I use the Match Photo dialog to get the perspective right...seems fine. I will import a model - a chair - and they can import way large or way small, and this is where my question is: Is there a way to tell Dimenion the size of the height of my room in my scene? The purpose is so that I can assign a reasonable height to the chair, so that the chair looks like it is in the correct proportion? I just want all the furniture to look reasonably proportional to each other, and the room.

I am looking to create custom boxes that I can manipulate all the dimensions to suit. Can anyone point me in the correct direction of a good tutorial?The main purpose is to show clients how their packaging will look like in 3D. it would involve having seperate objects, ie box base and a box lid, showing all the artwork on all the sides.

Hello to everyone,in this quarantine period I'm trying to work with Dimension, but it doesn't show me the interface, and if I want to close it it doesn't respond. I have already tried reinstalling it a couple of times, but nothing.What can I do?P.S.I have no problems with other Adobe programs.Thank you.
