Download & Install

I am installing the software to a new computer.  Windows 7 64 bit with 6gb ram.  When starting I get a message not enough ram to run the program.  How much do I need?

Hi!I subscribed to the product Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year)‎. It includes Photoshop and Lightroom.But I installed Lightroom only: the system offered to buy Photoshop separately. Why is that?Thanks

Hi. I need to reduce some space in my HD. Windows "add remove programs" shows InDesign 2022 & 2023, for example. But I can not remove 2022. It just launches CC and displays the uninstalling process, but I can still see it in Windows. Also, CC shows Illustrator as "not installed," and I can see it in Windows again.  Do you know why this inconsistency and why I can not remove apps?  Thank you

Bonjour , je ne parviens pas insttaller photoshop 2019 , ou encore 2020 sur mon macbook air 2015 la version est 12.6.5 .lorsque j essaie d instaaler adobe creative cloud ,ou meme photoshop il ya ce message "installation on case-sensitive volumes is not supported.please choose a different volume for installation"pouvez vous m aider svp je ne parviens pas a travailler sans photshop . help please

Recently graduating from college, This last semester I took photography and other graphic design classes. I thought it would be a good thing to purchase a monthly subscription up untill I graduated. Using Adobe has been fun and easy up untill now. Noticing the recent $20 charge, I decided I should cancell since I won't be using the apps as often as I used to. While trying to cancell it shows I'll have to pay a $79 cancelation fee. As a graduate, I am not wealthy and cannot afford to pay these fees. As a student, I barely know what an annual is and honestly I didn't even know that's what I was signing up for. I thought this was just a monthly subscription. What can I do?

Hi--I just tried installing the update (23.02) and I keep getting an error message. Everything else has installed fine and works great. I'm on a mac and using Big Sur 11.74. It says "works on this device" and below is the error message. If you are anything like me, getting a degree in Video Game Art and Design or any such field that requires the Adobe suites, then you might be a bit short on storage space on your C drive. I have a SSD drive that I installed on my machine. It is much faster and smoother than the c drive. I wanted to install adobe onto the ssd drive, but apparently it is not allowed, still. I found threads to this problem going back to 2013, a whole 10 years ago. They say you have to install just the Adobe creative cloud to your C drive, and can opt to install the apps elswhere by finding preferences. I did this but I get an error code saying file path not ok. I had to install a folder on E Drive, double click E drive to get to the folder and select it. This is a fix from 3 years ago. I mean, Adobe, you are a multi billion dollar company, why don't you all get your heads out of dark holes and fix this? 10 years is too long....

why does adobe make the installation process a rat maze on their website? I paid for adobe illustrator and my access disapeared into thin air, no email directions nothing, oh but they were quick to take the money though 

Out of nowhere, my Creative Cloud is no longer able to sync.  It says "Syncing..." and has said this for hours no matter what I do, but it has stopped syncing as of some time this morning - I believe this was when it detected that several programs have updates.  I updated the programs as well and that didn't solve the problem.I have tried deleting all of the database files.I have tried deleting the OOBE folder.I have tried rebooting, also booting into safe mode, to no avail - same problem.Tried disabling my firewall and antivirus.Tried exiting and reopening Creative Cloud.Tried reinstalling creative cloud.Tried pausing and unpausing the sync.Tried just waiting for about 5 hours to see if it'd do anything...  Still just shows "Syncing."

Hello Forum,I would like to download some new fonts. I think I need to do this via Creative Cloud App. I had uninstalled Creative Cloud earlier via my system's regular uninstall process (although I realize now I shouldn't have). Problem is, I try to download Creative Cloud again and it seems I need to use the Creative Cloud Uninstaller before I can reinstall Creative Cloud desktop app. I am worried that this will delete my work / files that I have created using Illustrator and InDesign. Can someone reassure me that this is not the case. Also, what is the best way to obtain new (preferably free) fonts?Appreciatively,Jen

After speaking with Adobe via the Chat system I was told that my macOS version is too old to run PS and LRC.Well, I am!PS: 21.2.5LRC: 9.4 What I wanted to check is that these are the latest verions that my macOS can support.Any information would be gratefuly recieved. Thanks,Simon

Hi. I have a CC subscription. I'm running Mac OS 10.14.6. I don't want to upgrade my OS as other software would be rendered obsolete. Is there a way of accessing legacy versions of Lightroom Classic? There is no "earlier versions" option for Lightroom Classic within the CC desktop app.Thanks

Bonjour a tous,   Mon problème est le suivant, a chaque fois que j'appuye sur la barre espace lorsque je me trouve sur indesign ou photoshop, cela me ferme automatiquement le logiciel.   Depuis quelques jours il impossible pour moi de résoudre ce problème, j'ai biensur essayer de désinstaller et réinstaller et j'ai aussi été voir les raccourci clavier mais je trouve rien.   Merci pour votre précieuse aide si quelqu'un a la soultion.   [Le modérateur a provisoirement déplacé le fil de discussion du forum Acrobat vers Download&Install]

Recebi notificação para atualizar 6 apps (entre eles illustrator e photoshop). Cliquei em atualizar tudo e imediatamente apareceu janela de erro "conflito na atualização" e fechou tudo. Quando reiniciei a creative cloud desktop apareceu como atualizada, mas sem qualquer registro das atualizações. Não deu tempo de ver os outros 4 apps que teriam atualizações, mas o Dimension não está mais renderizando pela GPU, ele reinicia de onde parei, mas renderizando pela CPU toda vez que eu altero nas preferências. Agora mesmo travou geral, nem consigo fechar
