Download & Install

Hi there, I'd like to download Adobe XD but the current version of the app that's showing in the Creative Cloud downloas list is not compatible with the Mac OS software I have installed (10.13.4). I had XD on the Mac previously so I know that there is a compatible version. I've tried to follow the instructions here on the forum and in the Adobe Help Centre for downloading a previous version but quite simply, when I click on the 3 dots next to Adobe XD in the Creative Cloud download list "Other Versions" is not available. Please note that upgrating the Mac OS is not an option. Can anyone help? Or let me know how on earth I can contact an actual person at Adobe for help? Many thanks, Jayne. 

J'ai procédé à une annulation d'installation alors que je téléchargeais une mise à jour de Lightroom Classic via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Depuis cette annulation, la fenetre de Creative Cloud Desktop reste desesperement bloquée sur le messgae "annulation..." sans me reproposer une reprise du téléchargement. Comment débloquer cette situation ? Merci

I just did an update on my computer to MAC OS version 10.15 i can not longer use my Adobe Bridge CS5.1 or Adobe Device Central CS5.5 i have done all the updates I can find....PLEASE HELP!   [Topic edited by moderator.]

When I launched my cc desktop app to use typekit, it wanted me to update. The update failed error 1001. I wasn't able to use it, so I uninstalled and then installed again with no luck. It initializes the installer and starts the download for the desktop app, but then disappears. I have used the cc cleaner, but all that did was remove my photoshop! Help.

I can't find my plan. I pay monthly plan for students, I have access to the program package, but there is no information about the tariff plan in my profile.

I need to downgrade Premiere Pro from the newest version to one before 22. Those are not shown in my CC-account anymore as a downgrade option. How can I still get that version? Thanks

when I try to sign in to CC on my toolbar at the top of my computer it asks for my username and pword (which are correct) but won't let me sign in. The screen says "You have been signed out". I can log in to the adobe site so the username and password are correct but I can't download programs….

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use Photoshop CC?

i had to reset my pc due to connection issues and it uninstalled my apps, including photoshop. im trying to reinstall it as i have a piece i have to have done saturday but it wont load the actual download page, every other page is fine, its just the download page?

Hi, I downloaded Dreamweaver CS6 from my Adobe account and started to install it on my new computer. However, the serial number - ie. the one Adobe approved years ago - isn't accepted (claims it to be invalid)... Any hints about?

My adobe cloud installer wont uninstall 3 prerelease programs I have. I've done all the adobe cloud cleaner stuff. Can I just drag them away, or will that leave gigabytes of hidden stuff? It's the space I want.  Mac OS Ventura 13.1    

Can I have both Photoshop and Photoshop Elements loaded on my computer?  If I remove Elements and want it back later can I download it?  

Bonjour, j'ai téléchargé samedi passé LR mais j'ai fait une petite faute dans mon adresse mail. Hier, à l'ouverture de LR, une fenêtre m'a demandé d'indiquer le code reçu sur mon adresse mail. Hélas, comme je me suis trompée d'adresse, je n'ai pas accès à ce code, et donc je n'ai plus accès à LR, mais par contre, je vais devoir payer l'abonnement à partir de la fin de la semaine, quand la période d'essai sera terminée. Je ne trouve pas comment m'en sortir sur la page d'aide. Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci d'avance

Have once bought a CS5 upgrade as the last chance for possible upgrade to CS6.0 from CS4.0.This CS 5 didn't have any serial nummber, because it was never installed, because when ordered the upgrade you could immediately install the CS6.0 upgrade.Now I want to reinsatll the CS6.0 on my new computer, but the system asks me after entering the correct CS 6.0 serieal number for the CS5 serial number - which I NEVER GOT.How can I now install my CS 6.0 on my new computer? Could someone give me some help?

I use Animate from time to time.Wanted to play with it again for one month, so paid for a month subscription.There was no option in my manage plan account to cancel subscription after this month. Literally not there, and this was an issue in the forums BACK IN 2014So I have to go and chat to a consultant to cancel my account and plead my case to cancel.It was utterly horrible and soured this great program. Consultant did their job OK, but for Adobe to make me jump the hoopsI'm still really angry...took me 40 minutes of time to just cancel and not get billed again....I'm shaking what the hell. Why has this not been fixed after all these years.I want an answer. Why make me speak to a consultant. I don't need to speak to one to purchase, but they sure make it hard as hell to cancel.Dom

Hi, I can't open any of my cloud docs, even ones that I didn't share with anyone. I can download the file and open it, but can't access them trough XD.  I've reinstalled the app, same result. thank you in advance!

I have bought and payed for a one year plan and have installed several apps on my mac osx. Everything works perfectly. But I would love to use InDesign on my windows computer too, so I have downloaded the cc-client, have logged into my account and wanted to install the app, but it doesn't work. The "app" section does not appear in my client and when I try to download the InDesign app from the website, it asks me what application ot open the link with. Hi my Master Collection is CS5.5

I have CS5, which I bought several years ago (on CD). It has been running on Windows 7 just fine, but I recently purchased a Dell Latitude laptop with Windows 10 that doesn't have a CD port. I found links to install CS5 and Adobe Pro on the Adobe site, but my attempts failed. I even had a customer service chat person try to walk me through it and it still didn't work. I was told that Adobe doesn't support CS5 any longer and to consult the Community. Does anybody have any suggestions, or is there a previous post on this that I'm not seeing?  Thank youTim 

Can I upgrade from CS3 Creative Suite Perpetual License to CS6 Perpetual License?

Ich arbeite an einem MBPro mit Apple M1 Pro (mit OSVentura) und habe soeben das Update für einige Apps (leider habe ich mir nicht gemerkt, welche heute aktualisiert wurden) mittels Creative Cloud heruntergeladen und installiert. Kuruz darauf bekam ich den Hinweis über das Kontzrollzentrum, dass unter »Anmeldeobjekte« etwas installiert wurde, dass sich »open« nennt und im Hintergrund läuft. Ich habe »open« in den Systemeinstellungen unter Anmeldeobjekte auch gefunden. Was ist das und wofür ist es? Screenshots hänge ich an. Danke für eure Hilfe.
