I have just downloaded photoshop cc on my main computer and now want to download on to my laptop but I can't see how to do this.

I purchased a teacher version of the Creative Cloud via the Software Resource and Services (SRS) and was given a redemption code.  When I log on to the Adobe ID and enter the code, it says that it has already been redeemed.  No other information.  I need to talk with an Adobe rep to fix this problem, but can seem to get a live person.  Anyone have any problems with this?

I changed the preferences in the Creative Cloud desktop from default to:  D:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.I first installed Photoshop CC and that installed perfectly in folder D:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC.  Next I clicked the button install Lightroom and it was promptly installed in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.2.  I am down to 3.6 GB on my C:\ drive and need this to be installed on D:\ drive.HelpGary Self

Ihave an older version of Photoshop CS6 and I am unable to load it on my Windows 11 computer. Problem is Adobe is telling me that I have to pay $59 a month to pay for a new copy. Since I spent over $200 for my copy that does not seem like a deal?

I am a longtime Photoshop user, and have legal copies of CS, CS2, CS3, CS4 and CS5, and now have an online subscription to the latest Photoshop. I am trying to reinstall my copy of CS2 on an older vintage Mac and failing. This post asks for help! One of my hobbies is restoring, working with and blogging about vintage Macs. I recently restored a Power Mac G4 AGP Graphics and loaded it with Mac OS X 10.3.9 (Panther). My Photoshop CS2 is fully compatible with this environment and I loaded it, provided it with the registration number on my CD case and it works well... except for one problem. It tells me that I have 30 days to activate it or it will will no longer work. It refuses to activate of course, because those old activation servers are long gone.  Is there a work around for this? I have a legally purchased copy of CS2, but it is going to "self-destruct" in 30 days unless I can provide it with an activation authorization code. Is there anyone here from Adobe that can h

I just purchased a new Imac and want to install my purchased versoin of Lightroom 3. 

Hello! I would like to know if I can have the same Creative Cloud license installed on two computers, without any kind of syncing between them. For example: No files used on computer 1 should ever be visible on computer 2, under "recent files" or anywhere.Settings made in for example Photoshop on one computer should only be applied on that computer.Downloaded content (brushes, fonts, etc.) should only be installed on the one computer they were downloaded to. I don't know if this is how it works already, but I want to be sure. The reason I want this is simply that one of the computers is used only by me, but the other computer is used by several persons and hence I don't want anything I do on my private computer to be visible or affect the common computer. So what I want is essentially to have the two computers behave as if they used two separate Creative Cloud accounts. Best regards,Andreas

I would like to log into Acrobat on my company login/profile and Photoshop using my personal login/profile?  Ever since I installed Acrobat using my company profile my Photoshop no longer loads with my personal account.  Photoshop is showing as a trial, and when I click on the profile it shows my company logon.  How do I log into my Photoshop account using my personal profile while still using my company login for Acrobat?

i recently re-signed up for adobe nd went to download the apps, started with creative cloud. It downloaded fine butn now im stuck in a sign in loop. i keep pressign sign in an dits continue to ask me to do it again and again. This is the second plan and accoutn I have tried this on and it continues to happens, please help!

I am about to get a new computer (Windows). How do I download PS and LrC so that it keeps my settings and preferences?

Sigh. Every single annual big update to the Creative Cloud apps brings an annoying problem. This time it's "failure to migrate file associations under Windows 11". When I try to open an HEIC file, or a JPG file, or a PNG file -- which I was able to do pretty much since I first installed Photoshop on my system years ago -- I now get asked "What program do you want to use to open it?"And, of course, the latest version of Photoshop (2023) does not show up on the list. Only the 2022 version does...sort of, since I cunningly uninstalled it after first launching the 2023 version, assuming that even Adobe's UI engineers would know of the need to migrate settings. To make matters even worse, if I select the 2023 version manually -- by using "choose an app on your computer" and navigating to Photoshop.exe in the 2023 folder -- it does not "take". Instead, I am left at the "choose the app" dialog once again. This is one of those times I think Adobe management ought to fire every s

Basically what the title says.I'm using an older mac (think mid-2011 but barely used, so still works fine) for when I need to work from home. I tried to sign in with my corporate account to get the Adobe programs I need, but the highest OS I can update to is 10.13.6 High Sierra, which - of course - is just below what is needed for the latest program versions supported, so everything is stating "not compatible." I understand that to run 2021 programs I need 10.14, and it doesn't seem that there is a way for me to even download 2020 versions of anything at this point. I went to customer support and they just told me that I need 10.14 and disconnected when I asked if I have any other options. So I've come here to ask: is there any way for a person with an older system and no money to buy a new mac to use photoshop anymore? Or am I just SOL despite having a subscription to the whole suite?

Please, guys! I'm not finding my old version of Premiere 2020 here in Creative Cloud! So frustrating. I unistelled mine with CleanMyMac cause there was a lot of crashs...but cant find the link to download it agian...I stopped my work here 😞Any clue?tnks!!

I have a photography plan that includes photoshop, and next billing is May 2023.Since yesterday, when I open photoshop I get a message that says I am on a 7 day free trial and need to purchase photoshop at @$29.99 a month.Can someone advise what's going on here? So far the Application Manager has installed Photoshop, and is at 25% for InDesign, which is par for the course for rural New Zealand after five hours of downloading.  Meanwhile I have bugger all access to the internet to find information.  It was a total nonstarter to actually search for the answer to this question for instance.  So does anyone know if I can pause the Application Manager without losing a part download, or even limit its bandwidth allocation?  I've had a hunt round in its Preferences and found nothing helpful.  As for using online help....    That's not going to happen with the severly limited bandwith the Application Manager has left me.

Hello, I was a really big fan of Adobe Premiere Pro 2021, for his versatility especialy, it worked on every computer I have, from work, to my tablet pc etc But I don't like 2022, when I try to export it freezes on most low spec computers.I would like to switch back, how can I do that? I used to have creative cloud in 2020 I think, but I don't have the serial code, maybe someone on adobe can find it through my billing info ?At work I was on the company's account so I can't take theirs. And I don't work there anymore. Thank you To be more specific, it freezes when I try to export only, it work fine all the time, but then when I export, it tries to Open Media Encoder and it freezes both Media Encoder & Premiere Pro. 

If I want to use the new broken verison of your softwear that interupts my workflow for weeks, I'd install it. Stop overwriting the old version of the softwear and forcing me to upgrade! Adobe CC sucks and every new version pisses the bed more and more things. If you want to be helpful, let us buy legacy versions of your softwear so I can stop this subscription for your worthless "upgrades."

I recently bought Acrobat 2020 Student and Teacher edition. I went through the verification without any issue and the product appeared in my Account->Products. I downloaded the product from the link in that same webpage. When installing it, I introduce my email and password, and it seems to log in correctly, but after a few seconds loading the following undescriptive message appears:I have tried to restart and reinstall the product but I still get the same error. How can I solve this problem? I have searched in the support community, but I didn't find anyone with this error.

I recently re-installed CS6 onto my macbook pro. I am trying to validate my license & keep encountering errors. The first issue I had was that I kept receiving an error saying the computer was not online. I tried to do the validation offline which continusouly kept giving me a notice that my serial # was expired or invalid. I contacted adobe support who said there were no issues with my serial #. I removed the programs & reinstalled. Now when I open a program I am prompted to either do a 30 day trial or login to validate my license. When I try to login to validate my license I am sent in a continuous loop. I input my account login information, it asks me to verify, I enter the verifiation code, & then am sent back to the login screen. This happens until I eventually recieve an error message saying that my account is temporarily disabled due to security issues. I've had my account unlocked by adobe support but still no luck validating or loging in. I am running Mojave 10.14.
