Download & Install

I had problems with my computer. Now I can't activate Premiere pro. I am paying £16.18 per month, but when I click on the Creative Cloud icon it no longer shows the app I am paying for (Premiere Pro) so I can click on it and get it to load, but just shows a list of all apps saying free trial. What has changed?

I have been using the creative cloud for years, and I have the same issues as when I first started using.  Mainly that whenever it needs an update it will not complete, giving me an error message, and then I have to uninstall, restart computer, and then reinstall it.  My question is do I actually need the desktop app in order to use my programs?  Can I use it thro9ugh the site?  It is a pain to have this issue every time there is an update for the desktop app.

Just a quick post as I encountered an error with Adobe Creative Cloud not being able to update, on MacOS Monterey.  The update stalled at 1% and then throws Error 1001. I rebooted a number of times and didn't fix the issue. After searching on these forums I found some dated info of people saying they have to uninstall/reinstall CC with some not being able to uninstall.  I was able to solve the problem by running the CC Uninstaller in /Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud and choosing repair. The first time running the repair showed some errors, just click through them and wait for the repair to finish automatically. Once it has finished, run it again and choose repair again, it will then run with no errors, and once it has completed you can open CC and it will update with no problems.  Hope this can help anybody facing the same issue.

Everytime I download Photoshop.  It signs me out and I'm unable to finish downloading Photoshop.  Any suggestions?  

Trying to install Photoshop 2022 on Windows 11 21H2.Error message says "The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose 'OK' to download the installer that matches your Windows. Error Code: 717"Pressing OK directs you to install the exact same installer. It's an endless loop.The Creative Cloud installer does the same thing.The desktop meets/heavily exceeds all System Requirements.

Cannot install adobe photoshop trial due to this error. Any help is appreciated.

I keep getting this error message when I try to install the trial version of Premier Pro onto my computer. I haven't been able to find ANY reference to this error code on the site. Any help would be appreciated!

I have Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Web Premium edition for mac and Bridge started crashing, I purged the cache, reset the preferences and various other things and nothing worked. So I reinstalled the software and now the Camera Raw version is back 7.0.0.308 instead of the 9.1.1 that I had updated it to and I cannot find a way to download that version. I am using a mid 2015 MacBook Pro running Mojave OS 10.14.6 and all my CR2 photos can no longer be opened. How do I resolve this? Is there a way to update back to Camera Raw 9.1.1?

I have a lot of old programs, that have white circle with line through it. Can they just be trashed? Does anyone know the answer? I am baffled. I am migrating my old iMac to a new MacBook Pro and would love to keep it clean. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello,I've just signed up for the photography plan  (Initially it's a free seven day trial). I've downloaded the programs for the desktop and then I believe it includes a certain amount of apps for my iPad and/or phone.When I went into the Mobile tab in the creative cloud app on my desktop I found 22 apps available whereby I send links to my email and then I guess I download it onto my Device from there.I thought I only had Photoshop for the iPad and Lightroom… am I mistaken? Are there actually more apps available in this plan? The reason I am confused is under the Desktop tab it clearly marks out which ones are included in my plan and then shows others are available for me to basically add on and pay more for. Under the Mobile tab all 22 are in there together. Some look like quite big apps like illustrator which I would've thought I would've needed to paid for ... Others I'm not actually sure what they are so I'm really unclear as to whether they are freebies included for mobile

Hello, recently got a new computer and decided to pick up videoediting again, but now I'm facing one issue... I have activated my serial number already on two devices, but for some reason I can't deactivate nor even find them on account.adobe.com/activated-devices. Soooo what should I do now?

Trying to install Illustrator on my Apple and when clicking on installation folder I get this message:“Illustrator Installer.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information."Any ideas how to fix it?

I am able to download the creative cloud but the apps are not loading with an error message in blue that "Your apps are taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch creative cloud or restart your computer and try again" I have done all the steps recommended in the community boards and on the adobe website, including adjusting security settings and reinstalling c++ redis, I've narrowed the problem down to my Adobe Server connection (or at least I hope that is the issue), I followed this links instructions https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html  To test my connection I clicked the link to "Creative Cloud and CS6" the window that opens has a 400Error Bad Request,  I've tried a few proxy fixes but I can't find a solution, has anyone encountered this problem or can help?  Thank you!!  

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich möchte meine Programmversionen 14 von Premiere Element und Photoshop Elements auf einen PC ohne DVD Laufwerk installieren.Wenn ich den Anweisungen auf www.adobe.com/go/getserial folge, werden mir nach Eingabe meines Abruf Codes zwar die Seriennummern der Programme angeseigt, jedoch erscheint hier kein Link mit denen ich die Prorammversionen 14 herunterladen und installieren kann.Was muss ich tun um nicht bei der Installation der Programmversionen  2021 und 2022 zu landen,wo dann meine Seriennummern als ungültig bezeichnet werden?Mit freundlichen Grüßen Erich Dennin 

I got a subscription (for many years now) but I get the message my subscription has expired. I can't even get someone on the phone to help me with this because I'm not entitled to because I supposedly do not have a subscription. I paid my yearly subscription over a month ago.  THIS IS ABSURD! I paid over € 10.000,- on Adobe software in the last years and this is what I get? I got work to do. Now. I just knew this was going happen some day. I feel so screwed. How do I get this working again?

I have already purchased a student license (with receipt and all) and have been using Adobe softwares for a while now. However, after resetting my laptop I can't download any Adobe products anymore without paying for a new subscription? According to my university my license is valid until November 21st 2022 (I have payed for the license on November 25th 2021)...

I bought photoshop CS5 in 2011 and installed it on my desktop computer. My computer crashed about a year ago and I reinstalled CS5 on the new drive. Now I want to add CS5 to my laptop and the website says " this serial number is already in use". What do I do now. I only have it on my one desktop computer right now.

I have an obviously old version of Adobe Photodeluxe Business Edition 1.0 that's been running on an old computer for years (just used for that purpose).  I've upgraded computers and it's apparently incompatible with Windows 7.  Is there an update/fix out there to make it run on Win7?  Thanks.

AT A LOSS FOR WORDS.CC has so many log-in and permission issues.. So AGGRAVATING FRUSTRATING and really sad.WHICH I FIND WRONG.   I'm paying for a service that doesn't work and it's preventing me from doing my job. "CUT TO TODAY"Same Issue Different Tech Admin. Currently waiting for someone to VPN into my CPU on a sunday and fix the problem. I havent been able to use the CPU for 1 hour so far, but it ranges from 2-6 hours mostly until they can fix it.     I have had 26 VPN sessions with ADOBE for the same issue for 17 months.   So here we are today with the same issue, and i know another issue is just around the corner. 

Can someone please walk me through how to install Adobe CC onto my MacBook? I keep getting Error Code 22 regarding the case-sensitive drive. I tried creating another drive, but nothing is working and this is so frustrating not being able to start any projects.
