Hello,Je travaille sur Mac, et je n'ai pas désinstallé la suite Adobe CS6 avant de passer sur Catalina.J'ai donc utilisé l'outil Creative Cloud Cleaner et redémarré mon ordinateur, mais les applications CS6 sont toujours là. Comment faire pour les supprimer définitivement?Merci d'avance!Florence VF

Hello, sometimes it is necessary to install different language version of different Apps. But everytime i change the language in the cloud for example to german. All my english version are disapearing from the cloud menu. And because sometimes i need to switch language, it would be great to install many languages as option and let us choose at start-up what language we want to start. So please make it possible to choose the language at least for every App, better let us install multiple versions and make than make a start-up menu appear, which let us choose the language.This should be easy to realize.

I have an old copy of creative suite 5.5 student edition, for windows. Previously validated when I was a student. It is no longer installed anywhere, I now use a Mac. Can I pass on this software? Do adobe still support student validation for the new owner? many thanks  

I have and old version of Lightroom 2 whci I bought in 2009 and would like to re- download this onto my desktop. Please advise how I can do this

I have enjoyed my Creative Suite subscription for years now and never missed a payment. However suddenly one day, weeks ago now, a message appeared on my laptop stating that my free trial was over and do I want to  purchase a new account. Mistakenly thinking my subscription had expired somehow, I accidentally ended up starting a new account, and thought my troubles were over. Until I saw on the next statement that I had been charged for 2 accounts. I quickly deleted the new account at a $50 loss to me which sucked but it was my mistake for not understanding that this was not my fault. Fine. Live and learn. So now I'm back to paying for the account but not being able to use it. Bad business Adobe. As I said in a previous message, I have spent entire DAYS trying evry single fix I could find but nothing has worked. I uninstalled everything Creative Suite in the effort to reinstall but now it wont even allow me to do that. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade without any pro

I'm working on the same account from 2 different PCs (in the office and at home). And for all products I always receive updates for office PC and never (at least for several months) for my home PC. So I can't use new features while working at home.

I am a college student who recently changed their major to media and communications. In this major, I have previously worked in illustrator and photoshop and going forward I will not only be continuing with these, but also working on video editing, podcast creation and other media related tasks. I am looking to buy a new computer as my current one is having some issues and I am looking at either getting the iPad Pro or a MacBook. I was wondering if anyone had some insight into which would be better for what I am going to be doing. My preference is the iPad, however, I will only be able to use the app versions of Adobe software and want to make sure I will not be missing necessary tools or features that are available on the desktop version. I like being able to use the Apple Pencil and feel a tablet with a keyboard attachment is better for me personally, but again I want to make sure I will be able to do all that is required of me in my major/career.

Hello! Ich habe versucht meinen Plan zu ändern. Ich will ein Paket für Fotografen 20 GB abbonieren. Aber wenn ich meine Bildungseinrichtung eingeben muss, geht das nicht und da steht, dass die Änderung nicht erfolgreich duchgeführt werden kann. 

I have Captivate and Creative Cloud licensed and have used them all in tandem without issue until recently.Now Captivate is under my personal profile and Creative Cloud is under my company profile (Same login details) and never the twain shall meet it seems. I can't run Illustrator and Captivate at the same time which means updating  project and assets is far more awkward than it ever was before! I have to log out and sign out od Adobe and sign back in to change profiles just so I can alternate between software. Why does this have to happen? I never assigned Captivate to a personal profile, I used to run the softwares concurrently without issue or even thinking about it. Now the workflow and awkward and pointeless? 

I'm trying to install the creative cloud desktop on a windows 10 machine but failed with error P206. I tried every possible solution on the Adobe website, including "resolve connection errors", but the problem still exists. Here is what I got:1. message on the installer2. message on the website, when retry is clicked, but after this, the installer still shows the message on the picture above.please help me fix this!

I have tried downloading the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium trial into two machines.  Both give error 101.Machine 1: HP E235f with AMD Phenom II X6 1035t processor with 8 GB RAM, 64-bit Operating system OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 with 760 GB free spaceMachine 2: Dell Latitude E6500 with Intel 2 Duo CPU P8600 processor with 3.45 GB RAM OS: Windows XP Professional Ver 2002 Service Pack 3, 60 GB free spaceThese recent machines should be compatible and have sufficient free space on the disk and yet the install fails.

Hi! I am a student and I have just realized that i have accidentally subscribed to Adobe CC although my organisation already provides for it. I only realize now as I do not use Adobe at all and when I tried cancelling it, I am required to pay a cancellation fee. As I am currently an unemployed student, I am unable to financially afford the cancellation fee and I have just found out that the plan renews tommorow... Is there any way I can cancel the plan as I have accidentally purchased the plan and virtually have no use for it? Thank You! Any help is appreciated!P.S: I am not sure which category this Topic applies to hence if it appears in the wrong Topic I do apologize in advance!

Hello there, I am wondering how I can install only the arm64 architecture of adobe applications via Creative Cloud.I realized that universal binaries and libraries contain the x86_64 architecture as well, which has doubled the size of the applications.I need most of the adobe apps but do not have enough space to include all of that. Thanks for reading 

Hello, I must deactivate the license in object to move it in another pc. When I try, Premiere tells to me no internet connection, but I've a internet connection and it goes. How can I deactivate my license ? ThankGianni 

I sought help because install was not complete after one hour. I was told that the install could take up to 24 hours. Is this really the norm?

Hello (again), After getting more Apple hardware, with Mojave (1) or High Sierra (2) OS' installed, still hitting roadblocks. 1st I tried Mojave where too many conditions were imposed. Now I also run a 27" with High Sierra,  both reminding me of years ago when things weren't as complicated as they are now, especially with OS Catalina + Adobe Cloud. On H.S. I managed to install both DW CS5 & Photoshop CS5-11. Neither show up in my Adobe acct., older sw's which I no longer use do. Previously I was advised here to update DW for smoother running. As much as I try, I can't get it done. If there is a solution, please provide 'step by step' since I never had to face issues like these... With Thanks.   [Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]

Hello,Rob, newby here.Long time ago I installed Photoshop and long time ago I deleted it.Since then after starting up laptop a fault window pops up that photoshop.exe can't be found in users/..../appdata/local/temp/Photoshop.exeSee attachment Tried to get rid of this window.Cleaned up register, installed de-installed CS6 today.Nothing helps.I'm unable to get in contact with Adobe about this casus. Who knows what to do!? Attached You find the fault window.OS is Windows 10Best regards,Rob

I created my Adobe account using my Google identity, which worked and triggered the CC desktop app download. Once that completed, I opened the CC app and there's no way to log in via Google. I can either log in using my email address or create a new account. If I click create new account, it doesn't give Google auth as an option. If I try to create new account using my Gmail account, it says it already exists (which makes sense). I tried resetting my password from within the CC app, and that generated notifications to my phone to confirm, which I did and I completed the reset successfully. However once that part was done, it wouldn't let me log in; the last stage of the login always results in the app signing me out.

hello, excatly same problem on a brand new macbook pro, just installed the system and now trying to install adobe apps. Installation fails everytime around 93%. Nothing helps.

good morningI have a problem with the adobe creative cloud installerdays ago while I was working my pc suddenly turned off.when I reset my pc this error appeared ....By accessing the creative cloud app, it does not start and continues to load in a loopI tried to do the instazzione downloading the installer but it keeps giving me the error.How do I reinstall creative cloud, which doesn't allow me to install at the moment? by case of first uninstall all adobe programs such as Photoshop, Iluustrator, etc ... and then uninstall the creative cloud and then proceed with the installation from scratchThanks to anyone who can help me
