Je paye mon abonnement et je ne peux rien télécharger, toutes les applications sont "incompatibles avec mon système"... Pourquoi me faire payer alors ? pourquoi ne puis je pas avoir accès aux dernières versions qui étaient encore compatibles avec mon système ?

I used Migration Assistant to transfer apps to a new Mac. Creative Cloud threw an error. I used uninstaller to remove Creative Cloud app, then downloaded new version from Adobe site. When attempting to install, the Creative Cloud installer crashes before installation occurs.I then launched an app, was told I need to register it. So I logged into my account, turned off all prior installations on other Mac. My apps now work. However, I still cannot install the Creative Cloud desktop app (same behavior occurs).I'm using the latest version of Yosemite on a Mac PowerBook.

 I need help my Adobe creative suits CS6 its not working after my laptop upgrade? I have been adviced from adobe customer care to run the old systme "Mojave" and once its back then I need to contact you back to re-install the adobe CS6 programs. so can you please help

I want to install Photoshop/Lightroom on my Mac, but I'd like to create a second Mac User so that all of the Adobe bloatware/crap is not installed on my audio production environment. Is this possible? Or does it install for all users on the machine at once? Alternatively, is there a way to install JUST the apps of Photosthop and Lightroom, without all the Adobe crap? Thx

I am using Macbook Pro with MacOS Monterey 12.5. My previous device uses Windows and I had no problem installing it before. I can install Photoshop and Media Encoder really well, but my installation for Adobe After Effects failed by the time the installation reached 92%. I retried it using previous version as well, but it still failed with Error code 183. I already checked the required specifications to install after effects in my device, and it seems that it fulfills all the criteria. Any ideas how to fix this problem?

I am writing froma a different Id-account.On my main-acount I forgot my password.I tried to reset it via email.When I am prompted to assign a new password,it says (in german) that I cannot enter a password, which contains my name or email adress.This error message doesnt go away, it always stays there no matter what passwort I choose,even if I just swipe over my keyboard and assign a total random password.I tried it from my macbook and my iphone - its always the same. what can i do?

I have Adobe CC for which I pay £9.98 each month. I have recently upgraded the motherboard on my PC and now find that I can no longer access CC. I have th eoriginal serial number from the registration date (2015) but cannot log in. If I sign in it says that I have no paid plans. Can someone please advise what I should do.I was thinking of cancelling teh existing subscription and starting from scratch, but can find no way of doing this.

Hello, I tried downloading a previous version of creative cloud as the new version doesn't work on my OS X EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 mac but it doesn't work. The creative cloud window opens but I don't see any application in it just a blue circle and then it disappears from my computer; perhaps it's not the good version; Would anyone have a link to download a compatible creative cloud version for my mac?Thank you

How do I install Adobe CC onto a MacBook Pro 2014 Mid year OS Yosemite 10.10.5

For the last few years I have been purchasing yearly subscribtions from surfspot for adobe creative cloud. Up till last year I would always get a code to extend my subscribtion. This year it is different. Now I didn't get a code to extend but I automatically got a seemingly "new subscribtion" connected to the same e-mail adress as my old subcribtion to adobe. For the single day that these overlapped I got twice as much cloudstorage (200gb instead of 100gb that is in the normal subscribtion. So these two individual subscribtions seemed to be stacked on top of each other. This all seemed fine. Even when my old subsciption expired the cloudstorage went back to 100gb and everything else kept working. But the problem I have is that I keep getting messages to add a payment method to my adobe account. Right now I am afraid that Adobe will eventually cancel my account. Eventhough the services and functions of my adobe apps kept working. Does anyone have experience with this kind of subscribtio

I'm attempting to update Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. from my Creative Cloud. CC is showing updates available for multiple softwares, the Update button will change to hover color but not activate when clicked on. I've closed out of all my softwares before attempting updates. No error text or waiting text appearing, there is absolutely no interaction when I press the Update button.

Hi - I have recently upgraded from LR6 to LR Classic. Although it's included in my plan, I can't see how to open Photoshop. Creative Cloud says Photoshop is up to date, but nothing happens when I click Open. Second question - presumably I can safely uninstall earler versions of Photoshop (5 and 6), and also LR5 and 6?Thanks,Alex
