Download & Install

As I said in 'subject', I bought Photoshop CS6 Extended and it worked fine. Yesterday, when I deactivated it (I was thinking about using it on another computer for a month or two), it turned out that I cannot activate it again. It says 'the serial number you enter has been revoked, this product cannot be licensed". The product was bought on Allegro (kind of like Ebay in some parts of Europe) in 2017 from a store called Veb-Prof ... well, I have all the information about the seller, but what I need is for Adobe to somehow confirm that this means my CS6 is illegal. Then I can visit the police station. Right now, in my country (Poland) I do not see any way to contact Adobe about this matter. Does anyone know who to contact, or perhaps can you confirm from that my serial number is illegal?

En la compañía en donde laboro se adquirieron varios productos de Adobe pero a la hora de instalar los productos se tiene que hacer obligatoriamente por el Creative Cloud Download.  Que otra forma se puede tener el iso y poderlo instalar en los diferentes equipos para no afectar la red a la hora de descargar estos archivos.  Que solamente se descargue una vez y luego de ahí se pueda instalar en los otros equipos.

Our non profit purchased serial numbers for Adobe Pro 2020 from TechSoup.  When we enter the serial number after installing the application on our computers, we are asked to log in, which we do.  The Adobe website shows the products we registered but shows no activations. Is this a problem?  We're concerned becasue when a user leaves, we will not be able to deactivate the product and install it for another user. The related problem is that we seem to not be able to install the product for all users on the machine. It ts user specific; so again if a users leaves, we may run out of serianl numbers if we cannot deactivate. We're using Windows 10 Pro Thanks

Bonjour,j'ai besoin d'un p'tit coup de main , abobe creative cloud n'arrive pas à ce mettre à jour, j'ai une erreur comme quoi il ne trouve pas abobe installer.exe et cela bloque n'importe quelle installation de logiciel ou bien les mise à jour. J'ai essayé leur resolution de problème (error 1004) mais bon ça marche pas... avez-vous une solution ? merci

Here's the deal, I subscribed to a plan, I am NOT uninstalling, and reinstalling a program that works perfectly fine just because Adobe thinks its not genuine. I cannot reach customer service because its closed. Stop giving me the pop up to fix the issue that's already been fixed by me paying for your subscription. If it doesn't stop I will report you to the better business bureau for harrassment and stalking! This is total crap! I am not paying for something to be told its not genuine nor am I unistalling and reinstalling a program that is working perfectly fine!  You have my money STOP BUGGING ME!

Due to house move, I've finally got my Mac, back out of the box. Just went to log in to LR (already installed) and after waiting forever to get the verification code to my phone and email, I tried to log in using another email address i thought i might have used.  After finding my correct email it's now defaulting to a 7 day trial period. I have now managed to log in with the original email address, and the account details are correct, but when i go to log in to LR, it defaults back to the new email log in, and therefore trying to take me through all the tutorials on the 7 day trail. I uninstalled LR and logged back into my old account on Creative Cloud, and reinstalled LR, but again, its jumped back to the new log in email address. How can i delete my googlemail log in and remove it? Will this work or do i need to uninstall creative cloud and all the installed apps?

Can't sign in with google during install, and can't install at all. Same with Creative CloudI'm posting in this forum again with frustration and disbelief that this is Adobe. Hope this year this will be resolved, bc it would be nice to view my old XD designs. *I need to pay xd2figma and migrate*👏

I try to launch ACC to see update but when click on the icon no thing appera to me just the icon in the taskbar and disappera after few seconde , i tried to uninstall using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and then install ACC again but same problem

HelloTrying to install my LRc on a brandnew PC.After clicking on a wrong file, LRc keeps crashing at startup, opening PluginParm.log.Re-install LRc and all catalogues does not change behaviour: LRc keeps opening the wrong catalog and keeps crashing before i can select another catalog file.Help greatly appreciated.

Ok,  So I have SWISH Flash Banner Creator. This makes Brilliant Banner Adds for HTML which can be save in GIF format to place on my websites.Of Course The genius' here have not only stopped producing Flash, but have blocked its use all together. I want a way to Install flash to use my SWISH software. Therefore I want someone to tell me how I can install Flash. Thanks In Advance.(Those of you who want to ask why or tell me to go a different way or tell me that it is at end of life, don;t bother to reply, move on)

I am running OSMonterey 12.01.1 and am attempting to install Acrobat DC.  The download itself went fine.  But when I attempted to run the installer, I received an error message that stated  “Acrobat DC Installer” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information. It then forces me to close the installer.  I tried to download the update, but of course, you need to have something installed for it to update.  How do you fix this problem?

Hello. This morning I get a message saying that Adobe has identifed my Photoshop CS6 as not genuine Adobe software. It might be old but it is most certainly genuine.What is this about?  Is it true that my software will stop working in 9 days time?Is it no longer possibe to activate CS6?Thank you

Hab gerade das Photoshop Update gemacht und jetzt funktioniert er nur mehr sehr langsam und nur wenn ich online bin - habe ich was falsch gemacht? Wäre total blöd, denn ich sitze oft im Garten beim Arbeiten und da habe ich nur schlechten bis gar keinen Empfang. 

I have spent hours on the phone with Tech Support who said I would have to ask the forum. I went through my PC with the Tech and removed all the old CS3 files. We downloaded the new CS3 and got the new Serial number. We tried to install several times unsucessfully. Hope someone can help. Alan When trying to install the CS3 download the message shows

Hi all,My Creative Cloud suite was working fine until today, when all the apps started crashing upon opening. I got a blank white screen when I tried to load the CC desktop app. I followed the advice on this forum to uninstall all CC products then reainstall the CC desktop app, but now I can't even do that. When I double click the installer, the link it sends me to times out. Has anyone got any advice for me? I can't work without Photoshop/Lightroom!

Habe 2021 für meinen IMac , mir Photoshop Elements 2021 gekauft. Inzwischen nutze ich noch ein Ipad Pro und möchte Photoshop auch darauf nutzen. Mir wird aber wieder ein Probeabo vorgeschlagen.Kann ich Photoshop PS ohne noch ein zusätzliches Abo abzuschließen auf dem IPad Pro verwenden, wenn ich mich auf dem IMac bei Adobe abmelde unm mich dann bei Adobe auf dem IPad  wieder anmelde.Laut Info darf man Photoshop auf zwei Geräten nutzen, muss sich aber jeweils abmelden und dann wieder abmelden.

Been using Abode to fill out PDF's forever. Recently on the desk top every time I try to open a PDF a pop up opens and says I have to get a subscription? Why is this? Tried reaching Adobe customer service for help and it wouldn't let me through because I wasn't a paying customer? I'm not try to be a vet flake, but I think it's ridiculous that a veteran (or anyone) has to pay for a subscription just to fill out medical/disability forms for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Some of us are on set incomes and can't afford the $14-$25 a month expense!

Everytime I use Spark I end up with several alerts from my computer that "this webpage is using significant memory".  Moving items are jerky and the page slow to respond.  This is a more recent issue.  What has changed?  I am very close to canceling my subscription over this.
