Download & Install

My Issue: Every time I open creative cloud, I have to install all my apps. I use Premiere and Media Encoder. I have had this issue for so long. I have tried to reinstall Creative cloud, I have used something used some "Creative cloud cleaner"That's supposed to fix these kinds of issues, I have Uninstalled and deleted every Adobe file I could find on my computer so just I could have some sort of fresh restart and still this issue happens. What makes it even more odd is, Even though Creative Cloud will say "Install" next to my apps. If I search "Premiere" in my PC I will have a Premiere 2021 and Premiere 2022 App I can open and use. Which normally I would say screw the Cloud I will just use that, but after awhile doing that, I get freezes and crashes . please any help would be great. 

I have recently downloaded CS6 from ebay. It works really well in my Acer Aspire 5 laptop with Windows 10. However, if I try to open the program from the desktop or from a thumbnail in 'explorer' in windows I get the pop-up... 'Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?Yes/No' This is most inconvenient.Is there a way that I can go straight to CS.

Hi. For the past ten years I've been using Adobe CS5.5 on OSX, and unfortunately my old computer crashed a few days ago. I've since got a new laptop running:  Mac OS Big Sur version 11.5.2and when I tried to install CS5.5 via disc this morning I got told it wan't able to install on the newer operating system. Is there a way around this, or will I have to buy more recent version of the creative suite?

I am a photographer who uses Adobe photoshop 2022. I have a program called Yervant page gallery and it does not work correctly with the 2022 version. The programs calls adobe and actions are installed in the adobe. So years ago I would use Adobe CS5. So I downloaded CS5  recently and the Yervant page gallery works like it needs to. It works great. My question is since I am in the trial period it will shut down in 20 days. I had spoke to adobe support and they referred me to your community.  I design albums for my client after the wedding and would hope I could have the use of CS5. Please help and solve this issue.Thanks Alan

hi! so, i downloaded creative cloud because i thought i had it through school, and i downloaded photoshop because i need it. it now says that i have the 7 day free trial, but when i go to my account and to my payments and subscriptions and stuff, it says there's nothing there. this makes it impossible for me to cancel the free subscription, can anyone help me?

When I downloaded my PS Elements 2021 there was a connection loss on the wifi and evidently it did not load corectly. When I sign in it just keeps recycling the sign-in and never opens.  What do I do so I can use it?

Hello,1)I have a problem with deactivation Adobe Design Std CS6 on mac os el capitan wersion 10.11.6.This package works but i can't deactivation it. I have access to the Internet and the connection is working,but it keeps showing me the information: "Please connect to the Internet and try again".I checked everything like on this page (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html )and everything works. Where is the problem?2)I tried to install this package on a different disk with older mac os (snow leopard), but the situation is similar as above with establishing an internet connection.I connected both the internet via wifi and stationary and nothing. How to check how many computers is the license installed on? How can I reset/delete the licenses on another computer if I do not have access to it and the disk on it has been erased?Adobe support won't help and would like to refer you here ..3)I would like to transfer my license to another computer tha

Yesterday, i had been recharge my monthly plan of crative cloud,but the program didn't opened.I don't know what is the problem, but when i open  for examble an illustrator,it doesn't open. 

Is there any way to install an older version of Illustrator in 2019?Thanks in advance for the answers.

Hi there, since months after my updates to all the adobe programs i get every time the error code 507. I have reinstalled adobe creative cloud several times but nothing have changed. can you support me in this case ? thanks and regards juerg

I have had a student adobe account for the last year and a half. Over the holidays I got a new laptop and I'm trying to download Photoshop and InDesign onto it. Whenever I open the apps they say my free trial has expired even though I'm paying for my subscrption, and it only gives me the option to buy a second subscrption.

I downloaded and installed the Photoshop Elements 2020.The Video Editor opens but the Photo Editor will not.It says try Photo Elements for free and offers a choice of download Trial or Install from CD.The trial download is for the 2022 version which is not supported by my pc.I do not have a cd as I downloaded the Photoshop Elements 2020 software from the Adobe website.I can't find a way to enter my serial number for the Photo Elements software as I did for the Video Editor.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to install Premiere Pro but I keep getting this message: "Conflict Installing Premiere ProSave your work and closed te following programs before continuing:AdobeCRDaemon" I found an earlier post that offered that the solution is to open Activity Monitor, find all instances of adobecrdaemon and close them. I did this.The problem is that when I go back to CC and start the download for Premiere I get the same message and when I go back to the activity monitor I find that adobecrdaemon is running again. It doesn't matter how fast I go from stopping adobecrdaemon to starting the Premiere download in CC, I always get the message.  I also tried quiting and reopening CC. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas? Thanks,Adam

I purchased the basic photography $9.99 package mainly for Photoshop and Lightroom.  However, during a webinar I watched I understand that thru this package I have access to build a website for myself.  What is that application called?  How do I go about doing that?  The only tools I have used with this package has been PS and LR.   Any advice you can provide I would be so thankful.   [Topic edited by moderator.]

Hello,   I am not able to install Adobe CS6 Design Standard on my Mac. I am using MacOS Big Sur Version 11.3.1 and I get the following error: “Install” needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.    Could you please let me know the update required to be able to install the software and where to find it?    

I tried to upload Lightroom onto an old laptop to try and use it for tethering, I signed out of my good laptop.  Now when i try and get back into adobe I am getting the message "you've reached your device activation limit"  asking me to sign out of one of the devices below to continue.  I unistalled the lightroom  app on my old laptop.Adobe  is signed in to 2 computers and it will not let me back into adobe.also states you're currently signed in with XXXXX@gmail.com, to sign out and use a different Adobe ID?I have presets and brushes saved on my photoshop and don't want to lose them.what do i do?thanking you in advance.

i'm using linux cuz my pc cant't handle windows properly and if i wanna use window i should boot to it.and it's not a fun thing to do...so please add adobe on linux

Hello! I want to install LR 6 - yes, the old one...My last installation was about 5 years ago, now I want to give it another chance. After Installation I get the message: max installations - deactivate device. But my account says: No devices activated. SerialNo of LR ist registered.I dont get an direct line to Adobe to fix ist???Thx, Mike

So I'm running 4 macs. 2 are older, quad core Intel machines, 2 M1s. One of them grinds to an absolute halt tonight and seizes up. Why? Because Adobe has decided after restart to commandeer my restart, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER, and update Creative Cloud WITHOUT asking me, and WITHOUT TELLING ME. It doesn't matter that these are using older OS. Apple somehow can leave the OS alone, but Adobe sure can't. They have to force install their NEW IDIOTIC CREATIVE CLOUD RIGHT ONTO MY MACHINE WITHOUT EVEN ASKING. Wow, do I ever hope for the day I never use this product again. This is only one of the benefits along with uploading all my projects to the cloud without asking also. Who knows what Adobe does in the background? It does whatever the fleck it wants! ANd it took THREE SIGN INS TO GET HERE ALSO! IMPRESSIVE!

I know the password is correct because I signed in on my web browser but when I use the app to open PS it says "you have been signed out, unable to authenticate blah blah blah" I know you probably have to reinstall it but when I try doing this it says I have to unistall my adobe programs first, and to do this I need to sign in!!!! I am on a Dell PC

Every time I go into an Adobe Creative Cloud app, a message appears saying that it can't verify my subscription. It then pops up with a message saying 'An error has occured. please use the reference code 202'. I have tried everything, even from uninstalling everything Adobe related with the 'Creative-Cloud-Cleaner-Tool'. Here is a video to show you what happens.
