Hi,I have a big problem with my INDD CC installation.I can't update it. "Inside _GetOSDetails. Failed to find IsWow64Process2"This appears a myriad of times in the install log after I attempt an install. Trying to install looks like it's going well, int initial install works, but when the creative cloud window opens and the icon appears in the system tray the window is just blank and after about a minute the window and the system tray icon just disappear, no error message or prompt of any sort. I can't really find much on iswow64process2 other than it's basically to tell what bit verion your pc/os is. Please help!

I'm very upset to see that with the new updated Creative Cloud Desktop App, there's still no dark mode option available. It shouldn't be too hard to implement, but it's very important... I don't like being blinded, so dark mode is always the savior (well clearly it's not always). I hope that this can be implemented into your software sometime soon, there's no harm in doing it.

Good afternoon, I recently had problems will photoshop, so i uninstalled it and deleted creative cloud, when i reinstalled CC, I can no longer download photoshop and illustrator, have managed to down load indesign and DC no problem.It says that both illustrator and photoshop are compatiable with my PC, running windows 11 and the rest listed below, but i keep getting a message about there was a problem installing..., photoshop is not available for your device, it talks about ARM when I look up the help files. I cant work out why it installed ok the first time, but now wont, when it says these apps are compatable. Help frustrated graphic design student. Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4500 @ 1.10GHz 1.11 GHzInstalled RAM 4.00 GB (3.81 GB usable)Device ID 9B52D0A5-24C6-45F9-829C-4CF652099B9FProduct ID 00356-02330-30922-AAOEMSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorPen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

This is the first I've seen of any updates for quite a while so I am confused as to why there is more than one update for Photoshop:Should 22.5.2 be installed before installing 22.3?Thanks in advance. 

Can I buy out right an older version of photoshop instead of monthly fee

I have a license for Photoshop and Lightroom (monthly paid) installed on my Windows laptop.I consider buying an I Mac. Can I use the same license also for the I Mac, next to my Windows laptop? I read different answers on this question in this community. Thanks for your help! Marja

Problem: I run Win 7 Pro 64 Bit with Adobe Premier Pro 2018. It now wont run. It displayed an error message saying my subscription had expired. Creative CLoud would not run either.Situation: The problem is in the TLS 1.2 protocol. Not allowing Adobe to phone home and initiate. After an hour on the phone with Adobe Tech Support, who was really great. He pointed out that Windows 7 Pro needs to be updated to enalbe TLS 1.2. He was unable to locate the update file, but left my case open if I was not successful in finding the update or possibly a Windows 7 Ultimate update. Good afternoon. I have a license of adobe CS6 that I would like to transfer from 1 computer to another... I no longer have the software (i have a CD but not a CD reader). Hi We've purchased a total of 6 Adobe CS 6 Design Standard licenses in previous years and I'm now having a problem activating the software on a computer.  The software was previously installed on the same computer but due to hardware failure some of the hardware components were swapped and now I can't activate the software. I have already uninstalling / reinstalling but it is still showing that Adobe Acrobat has a trial license and will expire in approx. 32000 days (although I believe it may expire in 30 days). I noticed that although we purchased 6 licenses throught the academic TLP 5.0 scheme I can only retrieve 3 different serial numbers from the LWS website for use on Windows systems.  Are we missing some serial numbers or should multiple computers be using the same serial number? ThanksAlan M.

Hello, My fan is starting almost as soon as I boot up, getting really loud and draining the battery on my laptop. My laptop was only bought last year and still in warranty so I sent it back for analysis. They said the machine was totally fine and it was a problem when connecting to Adobe. I've seen similar posts on here and tried uninstalling and reinstalling earlier versions but earlier than 2021 doesn't appear to be available any more for photoshop and illustrator.  Does anyone know what I can do to correct the issue? My laptop is:MacOS Big SurVersion 11.6MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i732 GB 2667 MHz DDR4AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GBIntel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Thanks in advanceTina 

I purchased one of the newly released Apple MacBook Pro (14”) with the Apple M1 Pro chip. During the setup, it asked if I wanted to migrate the prior settings/files/data/applications. I didn’t give it much thought and proceeded to do the migration. Everything worked flawlessly, and I began using the Adobe applications I subscribe to. I’m a bit fuzzy on the details, but I believe the next day (or so) was Adobe MAX, and the introduction of several new releases. Somewhere in the correspondence I received it talked about native applications for the M1 chip. I checked and I was running the Intel version. For a week now, I have been going back and forth with your customer support trying to figure out why I am not running the Universal applications which supports the M1 chip. And for a week I have gotten the same response … just uncheck the Rosetta option, and it will run in native mode. BUT ... Is there a way to download adobe apps and completely bypass creative cloud? Ive had so many issues with creative cloud. Errors, freezing, disconnecting my whole computor from the internet when I'm downloading an app. Im over it. Can I just not use creative cloud?

Creative cloud says all apps are up to date, however the apps I have are 2020 versions.  I'd like to use some features from 2021 but there's nowhere for me to download them via creative cloud. Please help cheersJason

I'm haveing quite afew problems with mainly Adobe graphics app lagging & apparantly crashing on an M1 Mac mini & when I checked the application list in system report only Creative Cloud is installed as Apple Silicon version, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat are Intel & Photoshop, Illustrator & Lightroom are Universal versions.Surely if PS. ID, Ill & LR are native Apple silicon then how do I install those versions.I've tried uninstalling but it just reinstalles the latest version, I dont get an option on which version it installes.Is there an option to install just the Apple Silicon versions?
