Download & Install

As part of my work in Keter publishing House, Jerusalem, we purchased 4 InDesign ME software. The last upgrade we did was to 5.5 CS. When the company closed I got one of the software for my personal use. [serial number removed by moderator] I recently purchased a new computer and when I tried to install the software on it it turned out that the disk was scratched. Is it possible to install it from the network? I am very used to the software and it is great for all needs so I would be very happy not to upgrade to the cloud.

Als diese dann abgelaufen war, habe ich alleswieder runtergeschmissen und den Account seitdem nicht mehr verwendet. Mein Account war also seitdeminaktiv, und Abos habe ich auch keine gestartet.Tatsächlich erhalte ich aber ständig E-mails von Adobe, die meinen Posteingang zum Platzen bringen, und wollte das sofortig einstellen, weil das einfach nur noch nervt. Also, was tat ich? Ich loggte mich ein, und sitze jetzt mit einemtotal nutzlosen Account da, den ich anscheinend auch nicht mehr so schnell loswerden kann. Fände es toll, wenn ich den Account einfach löschen könnte, ohne stundenlang auf eine Antwort warten zu müssen.Vielen Dank!

I downloaded Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro then I ran both through virustotal.com and  both got detected as malware but when I used the anti-virus on my pc it didn't detect it as malware. Should I be worried?

What is the reason we are unable to buy creative could in Sri Lanka?? Even when I searched a re-seller I couldn't find it either. And other versions of photoshop and Lightroom are no more available to buy. What should I do??? Should I not use adobe products?? Pls give an options for us to use

Did Adobe shut off the activation server for Adobe CS6 products? I haven't been able to install anything lately. It keeps saying my serial number is invalid. I've tried all of the solutions listed here Error: "The serial number is not valid for this product" | Adobe Creative Suite​, and nothing works on multiple computers with multiple network connections over multiple days. At this point, I'm pretty sure the problem is on Adobe's side.

I am in need of downloading LR 5.7 to my Macbook running 10.10.5 for a specific use. I am unable to find any working links. Adobe support told me to post here. Thx. 

Good afternoon, I have had CS3 for the longest time, obviously, and it worked great. I recently had to reinstall it, and imagine that, it's so old that the activation servers are deactivated.I saw a few articles about upgrading a CS3 license to CS5 or 6, so I figured I would contact customer support to try my luck. The person seemed helpful enough, telling me to:"Go to this page Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications and download from there. Make sure to choose CS6 Design Standard, if you choose any of the other options, you may run into problems with the serial number. I am having trouble downloading the Creative Cloud App to my Windows 10 computer. When attempting a download, the installer gets stuck at a very low percent, after which it gives me the error code 207.  I have tried all of the recommendations on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck-advanced.html including but not limited to: temporarily turning off my firewall and virus protection software and running additional downloadable programs by Adobe designed to clear out corrupted files. None of those options have worked. I am still running into the same error.

Hi there I recently subscribed to abode creative cloud using my student email, then I was told by the college that I was getting it for free. So I cancelled my subscription and purchased the free subscription which the college got me. But now I can't install any the apps (photoshop, illustrator, in-design) on my MacBook Pro ! I've contacted the college and they can't help me because it's my own personal MacBook! I've been in contact with apple who can't help me because this is an Adobe problem! And I've been on the phone several times to Adobe but I keep getting passed onto different people in different departments n then getting cut off !!! I've followed all help but nothing is fixing this problem surely someone can do this over a phone call as I don't know what to do ???

I can't install Photoshop Elements (trial). When I click the run file, it's asking me to sign in, but when I click Continue nothing happens. I downloaded the install file again, restarted my comp but nothing helps. What now??

Hello, I have CS6 product with disc and serial number. It was installed on a computer which broke before I had a chance to remove it. I don't see it as an activated device on my account so can't remove it that way. I now have a new PC with Windows 10 and was hoping to re-download it to here. Just wondered if anybody here had any similar experience of this please? Does it seem possible that I could still go ahead and download this product on another 1 or 2 devices? Has anybody tried with Windows 10 and had any issues or anything I should be aware of in advance please? It's a brand new computer with all system requirements, I'm just hoping it won't break 🙂 Any advice/guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks

Where can I buy Photoshop CS6 ? I just want older version of PS,I don't want new version with monthly subscription, I don't want Creative cloud.

Hello,Although my internet connection is working fine, I cannot install the acrobat I subscribed to. The displayed error code is: P206. My antivirus is Bitdefender Antivirus plus ans Windows version is 7. Thank you for your help.

I am thinking of getting a Lenovo Duet 3 laptop and, am not sure if it supports Creative Cloud. Any thoughts? I have checked the Adobe system requirements but those have left me none the wiser.

Tried multiple times, it will always stop at 91%.I tried the following to fix:- Completely uninstalled Creative Cloud and ran the cleaner, cleaned everything- Updated GPU driver- Rebooted PC multiple times- Removed everything in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE- Disabling Virus scanner (Windows Defender)

I was looking in windows credential manager for other reasons and find the attached. Whats all that about, and might it explain why CC app keeps getting confused about me being logged into another PC when I am not?

First I noticed that there were updates available for Photoshop, LR Classic, and Camera Raw. I opened the CC app on my Mac and tried to update those apps.  The "update all" link was grayed out and when I clicked on the individual update buttons nothing happened.  I restarted my Mac and tried again, but the same thing happened. The I came to this page, and as I was typing something into the subject line I get a popup window about CC wants to make changes, asking for a password (see screenshot below). I enter my password and the same window just pops up again. I again enter my password and then the CC app opens and it shows my apps are now uploading. Then I get another popup asking me if I want to update the CC app itself. What is going on with this Adobe?  If this is how it's supposed to work then the engineer who designed that workflow needs some psychiatric help.

Hey, I've just changed to a new Adobe account. I had no problems with logging out the old account and logging in the new account. The programs i had installed with the old account are running perfectly. BUT I can't launch or update these programs since the cloud says reinstall. Is there any way to let the cloud know that these programs are already installed. I am a little afraid of losing all my presets due to reinstallation. Thanks in advanceN.

Dreamweaver worked perfecty until I upgraded my OS to Big Sur (Mac).  Do you have a fix to make it work?

I have a project called Carte Blanche that I did that I need to add to my portfolio, however whenever I type "Carte Blanche" into the page header, it changes to either Blance Card or Flames. Why is this happening? 

Hi There!So I've been using an activated version of adobe illustrator just for personal purpose, and although I was just learning and testing out the software without earning money from it, I felt it's kind of illegal, so my question is, is ok to use this activated version (not cracked) just for personal purpose? and if not can I keep the projects that I built using it?or if I can keep using it till I get a job I'll pay for that period of using it for free?I hope you'll answer all of my questions?Have a good day.
