I’m considering getting a new MacBook and I have some questions about transferring my adobe files to a new MacBook. How do you copy your adobe files (so any illustrator, photoshop, Indesign, etc files) to a new MacBook? Would they be transferred over when using migration assistant to transfer all data from the old MacBook to a new MacBook? Would I have to sync them to adobe creative cloud storage and then download them through adobe creative could storage onto a new MacBook? (Or sync them somewhere else)   I would think I have to download the Adobe Creative cloud apps on the new MacBook and sign Into my adobe account on the new MacBook first In order to open any of the files I made with the apps and want to add to the new MacBook, would signing Into my adobe account on a new MacBook copy all my adobe files from the old MacBook to the new MacBook?   I’m kinda confused on how my adobe files would get onto a new MacBook, I wouldn’t want to lose all the work I’ve done In apps li

Hi, I have a problem - on August 18th I received on my e-mail message that I ordered a year plan of CC but... I don't order any plan on this account (it's my private account). To make it more fun - apparently I used some code (I never add any payment method on this account and ever on any Adobe site). It looks like an bug/error/something because I don't even visited my panel in that day. I want to cancel that subscription but I'm scared that Adobe charge me unfounded. Thank's in advance for help.

Can I delete this folder regularly?library/caches/AdobeInstalled Adobe CC around 10 months ago and this folder is taking up over 200GB of hard drive space.Is there a way to manage cloud app cache through preferences or something so this is emptied regularly?

Hello, May I ask how to buy Premiere Pro subscription with Paypal in the Philippines?

I must admit I've come to hate Adobe more than any other software company out there. Just the login and verification steps for their "Creative" Cloud are so noxious, it's really hard not to infuriated. I wish someone would create a good image software so this dumb company just becomes irrelevant...  

I called Adobe and got an email sent to me with a link to Photoshop. However when I try to install the Photoshop application, I get the following error: "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged" So is it possible to install Photoshop without having creative cloud application installed?

Hi Everyone, I'm currently following an Adobe training (only for 2 months) and I got an official paper to proof that I'm a student from the institution. However I'm unsure if Adobe will accept it as it's "short term" training. I found no possibility to reach directly adobe to ask them or upload my document to see if it's approved or not. So the only way is for me to subscribe and so pay directly the yearly subscription but I'm wondering how does it work. Will they ask by after my document ? And what happen if it's not approved, will they automatically switch my subscription to the full plan at 59,99 euro / month ? Thanks in advance for your advice ! 

I have downloaded Adobe acrobat but have used the wrong email address when signing up so I can't get the verifcaion code to use it, been trying to find the online chat but having no luck  

Hi, I've been using a Creative Cloud subscription for a few years now, but recently cancelled and wanted to go back to using my Student Edition of Creative Suite 6 bought approximately in 2010. I have it installed on an old computer I want to sell, and want to uninstall it from there and reinstall it onto my iMac that has no disc drive. However, it doesn't appear in my apps in my accounts online, so I can't download it from there. Also I can't find my Serial Number! I have the box and the Product Code, but I didn't write the serial number there. And I've checked all of my email addresses that I could have used for an email but haven't found anything with a search.  My flatmate tried to find the serial number within the program and found something only in Photoshop, but trying to register that number in my Adobe account didn't work either. Please help!

First of all, I am not in the money. I have to choose wisely what to buy or not to buy. That being said, I am already pissed off that I have to SUBSCRIBE to a product I use about 3 times per year which amounts to the photoshoots I do per year. As if this wouldn't be annoying enough Adobe is subversively forcing me to upgrade to Windows 10. I already applied the last version of Photoshop which works with Windows 7 but now NOTHING works here. Tried all the fixes in the useless crap help articles but CC and all applications don't work anymore. CC error P206 no connectivity etc. can't verify your subscription statu etc. Installed TLS 1.2, fiddled with the firewall, shut off my AV etc. nothing works. It's not funny anymore and I claim it's just a scheme to force Windows 10 on everyone who doesn't want it in the first place. Keep the money flowing, help the technocracy staying alive. Adobe, I hate your guts. Just writing this to get it out of my system. Don't want help and expect help anymor

My system is low on disk space, and I canot update Photoshop.  What can I do?

Hi all, i've seen a few of these posts and have seen some people have been able to get refunds and others haven't. I am a student in Australia and have an adobe creative cloud student subscription for all the apps, i'm writing this post as I was automatically renewed for a year subscription of $527 for an account I am no longer using. I have tried to cancel this account in the past but haven't been able due to the fact that adobe is constantly trying to charge my card to renew my subscription, however, I haven't had enough money on that card for the transaction to go through, therefore, i thought i'd wait until the account automatically cancels itself. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have transferred a large sum of money into said account in order to purchase something and in the meantime adobe has charged me the $527 for the account renewal, it's honestly super annoying that I can't cancel my account because adobe is trying to charge me and the fact that they won't issue refunds for auto r

Received a legitimate looking email asking for feedback.  It said that there had been recent changes to my account, to which I replied NO and there was another question also to which I replied NO.  The survey ended and the emai disappeared from my mailbox. Now I am concerned that I allowed my system to be compromised!  Anyone else?

My error is : You cannot install "Adobe Creative Suite because Power PC applications are not supported". Has anybody seen this? and is there a work around?

After installing the Creative Cloud app, I opened it for the first time. It shows the screen which allows me to log in to my Adobe account. However, every time I log in, it says:'Unable to reach Adobe servers. I have recently purchased an adobe subscription and my invoice has been generated but it shows the tax rate as 0%. I want to know how can they do this, the right way is to charge GST using the correct percentage and that I should be able to claim it back using ITC. I contacted customer care but was left unsatisfied with their answer that they have applied my GSTIN so I don't have to pay any GST to the government.

I reinstalled my CS6 on my older iMac running High Sierra after a hard drive failure. I used the original disks and serial number. It won't let me use the software claiming that the machine isn't connected to the internet, which is not correct. How can I get the permission to use the software that I purchased legally? My machine can't support the Cloud version.
