HiI'm native chinese and have booked a chinese course and therefor want to use an old version.Can I install a Photoshop version CC2018?Can I use the simplified chinese language for it? How can I do this?Thanks 

I have the Master Collection CS5 and bought the Dreamweaver 5.5 upgrade. But when I try to enter my CS5 number it say it is not valid for this product. Is there some way to determine what the Dreamweaver standalone S# is? I don't see any documentation on it.Thanks!

Hi,So I need all my CC apps on another internal SSD due to lack of space on the boot SSD. (MacOS is usually good with this) Moving them manually works. But they wont update. None of the apps show up as installed in the Creative Cloud app. I checked: Creative Cloud App/Preferences/Apps where the location to the other SSD is specified.  Even if I click install - it installs the app on the Startup Applicaitons folder and NOT the folder specified in the above preferences.  

I purchased Lightroom 3 and have it downloaded on an old computer. It still works well. I got a new laptop. Is there any way to download Lightroom 3 (or any version after that where a Lightroom 3 serial number will work) so I can continue to use it?

HiI am planning on buying the 'all adobe apps' plan.However, in the Creative Cloud it says that most of the apps are not compatable with my Mac (which is OS 10.12.6) and my mac is not able to update.On the Creative Cloud there are no options to get older versions which are compatble with my mac.  I have seen on other forums online that once I purchase my plan, older version of apps will appear. Does anyone know if this is the case? As I dont want to risk signing up for an annual plan which I cannot use on my computer. I included an image bellow of what I can see. Thanks!Moll 

Hi,I installed my CS 5.5 Production Premium yesterday on my computer. During the installation, they asked for the serial number, everything was fine and it was successfully installed from the 3 disks. But when I want to start a program, e.g. Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator, I get the window with the license agreement. I agree and move on to the next step where they ask me about my serial number. I put that in, it takes a while and I am right back at the license agreement page. I could go in circles like that forever, without any error message or so. Any ideas on how to fix that?Thanks a lot in advance!

hi! i have windows 7 for OS and i`m not able to install new Adobe products, cause they ask for windows 10. is there a way to dowload older versions of desktop CC and illustrator in order to try to use them on windows 7 ?? thanks in advance 

I've been stuck trying to update creative cloud and xd.  I've tried everything recommended, repairing, uninstalling the application, and the error indicates that the folder doesn't exist (but it does). I have no idea how to update this anymore?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to install earlier versions of Adobe apps, specificly Photoshop.I would like to install the 2019 version if possible. There are many features I liked more in the previous versions that are now gone. Does anybody know how to do that? FYI, I'm working on Mac. Best RegardsLauge

Is it possible, legal and workable to install and use Adobe Creative Cloud software (PS, AI, AE and others) on Microsoft Azure VM? (provided you have access etc, etc)

After I click "Install" button, the install begins and makes it to 4% then stops and says "Retry". It provides no error code or no reason why the download has stopped. I have made sure there is more than enough storage for the download. I have closed out and retried but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix it? I'm paying for an application I can't even use and I'm not too happy about that.

Ik probeer al een tijdje Photoshop Elements 21 te installeren op mijn desktop computer. Na klikken op "Nu installeren"krijg ik meteen de melding Foutcode 44 Installatieprogramma Kan essentieel bestand/map niet maken. Aantal keren opnieuwgeprobeerd met zelfde resultaat. Ook Firewall uitgeschakeld, maar nog steeds zelfde foutcode. Ik heb meerdere Adobe producten (Lightroom en Adobe Photoshop elekments 14). Nooit problemen gehad met installeren. Weet iemand een oplossing?

I used to work as a graphic designer and on a website. I retired 4 years ago, and only use the product on my older Mac for creating graphics and flyers for the nonprofits I volunteer for. As a retiree, there's no way I want to pay Adobe a monthly fee for products I use two or three times a year. Is anyone aware of a workaround for starting up software that I BOUGHT, and for which I own a license? I appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks --Julie 

My old laptop's drive became completely corrupt about a fortnight ago. Nothing I did could revive it. I obviously couldn't remove my copy of Adobe Creative Design Premier 5 from the old laptop.I bought a new laptop to replace the old one, but it doesn't have a DVD drive, so I downloaded a copy of my  Creative Design Premier from my account on Adobe's web site.The problem is that on installing the software from the USB flash drive it fails with a message to insert Disc 1.Is there a workaround for this? 

I created a new account, logged in, and paid, but Photoshop didn't run, so I'm going to delete all of them and reinstall them. How do I completely delete everything? Please help me.

Hello I tried installing from creative cloud. It failed. I retried, it failed again the same way. Dear community,after a recent CC desktop app update the processes that adobe runs in the background appeared as apps on my mac (pic related). Why is this happening, and how can I delete them? Best,Nik 

Adobe tech has crashed both my computers last time the rep logged in took control, did a lot of changes in Windows system, and did updates after a reboot, windows would not reboot paid 500, euros to get both computers back - basically reinstalled everything, all my music production software, microsoft and adobe but the issue still remains Desktop updates fine, when I open CC it sees updatesLaptop says update, looking at the latest version it is two versions behind now.  At the last call before my vacation (which I am still on for another week) .. they said wait until 1 Aug when updates roll out it should work.  All the tech issues you see Adobe, like deleting files, uninstalling creative cloud etc,  the only way to get updates is manually uninstall the app then reinstall then it is the right version, I have done this 30 times on the Laptop but it is annoying and wastes time plus I lose settings doing it this way, all my brushes, preferences etc are all gon
