Hi there, I'm an Adobe user since many years. I have some unknown icons on my app list related to Adobe, but I honestly don't know how can I delete them and mainly if I can delete them. Thanks to who will help me. 

Firs thing I noticed after installing Windows 10 was that I couldn't open Adobe Premiere Pro because WMVCORE.DLL was missing... So I went out looking for a solution, found one, made a quick tutorial on how to fix the problem and hope I can help a lot of people quickly because I for one hate having to search endlessly on google for a solution and find video's that never help or are outdated. Hello,I´m an architecture student who decided to learn Illustrator  and instead of chosing the student plan with all the adobe programs included for a relatively lower price, I mistakingly chose the one for Illustrator. Today while trying to cancel I was a little shocked by the price of the cancellation fee because I didn´t read it before I bought it, so Iwas trying to change my plan to a student plan where I could also have other programs like Photoshop, but that option doesn´t show. If you have information regarding this issue please let me know. Thanks in advance.

None of my apps will work.  I restarted with no luck.  I uninstalled,  used the cleaner, reinstalled and still no luck.  I am not getting an error message etc.  After I reinstall the CC desktop app I then reinstall Premeire and Ecoder,  they both say "up to date"  with a little green circle.  But when I click on them nothing happens.  Im using windows 10-64bit and am fully updated etc.  What can i do?

By way of preface, I have Acrobat DC installed.  In the last few days each time I attempt to open a pdf document I get an "Update Required" message.  It tells me to update my operating system, which I do. But that doesn't cure the problem.  Tried talking to someone at Adobe and got hung up on for my troubles.  So I hope someone can help me.

Hi all, I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 & Premiere Elements 2020 on my brand new Win10 Pro computer. I unregistered Elements on my old computer but on the new one all I get is 'Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system' Well everything is up to date so can anyone help please? It'll be annoying if I have to update to v2021 as I spent so much on the new computer and a new monitor.    

For the love of god, someone please help. I keep trying to install an update for Premiere and this error continues to appear. I am on a private home network and have attempted to disable all my security settings (firewall, antivirus, etc,) and have switched networks, but nothing is working. I also made sure no proxies were enabled. Please please please help before I lose my mind.

Photoshop. I did not use the program for several months, fine last time I opened it. I kept it updated, now on 22.4.3.317.On trying to open a file I get the usual tools on the left of screen, adjustments etc on the right. The file might appear as the usual thumbnail on the right but won't open in the workspace. Or I get a blsack rectangle with a white border in the workspace. 

Hello everyone.Please, can someone tell me what would the full hardware requirements for the whole Creative Cloud + Substance suite are?I saw the requirements page, but I have problems "merging" all the requirements for each App in a "master" requirement spec, so, please, can someone give me advice?Or, maybe, can you suggest a Brand/Model Windows PC to buy for the CC+S? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey, i have the following issue right now: i used creative cloud, ae, ps and me without any issues but today i was not able to get into the creative cloud client at all, despite not having any issues logging into it on the website.Here is what i already tried to do: -reinstall cc-use the creative cloud cleaner tool and reinstall it-try logging into it on a different computer-used my phone as a hotspot to have a different network connection-used a vpn-disabled all vpns, firewalls, antivirus-reinstall windows -tried a different account with a demo licence  not sure what i could do anymore, any help would be appreciated  

Hello  I have a strange situation that I want ask if it is allwowed with an "all Apps" license.  I have my main Computer that is windows and I have my windows laptop that both have Photoshop and bridge on it.  I had Indesign and acrobat  on the machines too but it has been removed.  Many of my forms we use for the business, were done by a consultant that used a Mac and the consultant is no longer availalbe. Trying to update the forms,  I have found some discrepencies with fonts and spacing on the forms when I bring them up with windows. Question:I went out and purchased a Mac mini and I want to JUST install Indesign and Acrobat on that machine to update the forms.  All of the mchines are JUST used by me.  Is the rule "two computers"  or "one user"  Am I allowd to intall the MAC version of Indesign on new Mac while keeping Photoshop and Bridge on the windows machine

What can I do to get the pc version of light, I accidentally downloaded the mobile version and paid for it.

Hey all, Long shot, here goes! I'm setting up Shared iPad using Jamf and am trying to find a way to streamline the signin process for Adobe Apps.  The apps deploy as expected and run fine, the issue I'm having is that when someone signs into a Shared iPad, they are are asked to sign in - every time. I've had hit and miss outcomes when launching apps from the Adobe Creative Cloud app (once signed into that). Some apps - such as Lightroom - will offer a 'Continue with Adobe' button, instead of 'Sign in with Adobe, which auto signs in. Where as others apps - like Adobe Illustrator - require a full sign in. I know there are some App Configuration options for the Adobe Reader app, which seem mainly aimed targeting which applications can read/write files, but has anyone come across any info or tips regarding signing in? I have Adobe CC on both my laptop and my main studio computer. However, every time I open an Adobe CC program, this dialogue opens up and says I have to deactivate a device before continuing. "This device" is the same computer called "STUDIO". Why does this happen every time I try to use a CC program? Scott 

Hello, The application prompts me for proxy credentials and indicates that they are not correct. I understand that you acquire them from the system configuration. And these are correct since it navigates without problems. What could be the problem? Thanks a lot.

When I go on Youtube for Photoshops tuturials the layouts there are totally different!My layout are so simple and different and it is hard for me to learn Photoshop. The tool bars dont match at all- and it takes me extremely long time to figure out what is what..... Why is it like this? And what can I do? It drives me crrraaazzzy soooon PLEASE help!!!

Simple question here.If I subscribe to the 25$/month Photoshop plan, do I get Photoshop CS6 Extended or the normal version?It is my understanding that I need Extended in order to work with 3D objects.Do I have my facts wrong?

I've been using Adobe software for many years. I've purchased the MAC and Windows version previously. My Apple computer stopped working several years ago, and now my Windows computer also stopped working. I've already paid for the software twice. I don't want to buy it again. How can I get the software to work on my new computer? Thanks
