I am upgrading my Windows desktop from 8.1 to 10. Are there any preliminary activities I need to perform to ensure that the Creative Cloud apps run with this new upgraded Operated System. Thanks in advance.

Desde Creative Cloud Desktop he instalado Lighroom y Photoshop.Lighroom funciona, pero Photoshop, aunque aparece en a lista como instalado no se abre, no hace absolutamente nada. Por otro lado, si entro a  través de la web https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop con mi usuario Photoshop no aparaece en la lista de programas instalados.Qué está fallando? Cómo puedo solucionarlo?Gracias.

I have just had my hard drive replaced and lost my Adobe Lightroom 6 version 6.14.Contacted Adobe and ended up paying for a secure remote reinstallation whis was bloked before the installation completed for some reason.I recontacted Adobe and they have sent me here.When I initially purchased the computer I contacted Adobe and a tech' reinstalled it for me free of charge.How do I reinstall my program onto my computer?I have it on my laptop, but I use my PC for photo editing for exhibition.RegardsDon.

I'd had my previous account deleted with my old school, and I have tried to log onto adobe Creative Cloud's app with my new account but when ever I click sign in, it just constantly reloads, telling me to sign in. Photoshop refuses to let me log into my new account, however my account works on the website. It is only when I try and download an app through the creative cloud it won't admit me, as I cannot sign out of my previous account.

I was charged twice on my account for this month (May). I just renewed my subscription and my account shows two charges.I tried calling customer service but I hung up after being on hold for 2 hours. Please help me understand what's happening here.

When I start either Illustrator CS6 or InDesign CS6,  I get the same warning message.I quote."Creative Suite 6 Design StandardYour application install seems to be damaged, please reinstall the application"end quote see attached. I've reinstalled twice now and still get the same message.  Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

Hey everyone, I got a brand-new laptop today and wanted to install my Adobe programs, but the desktop app won't load. At first I was told to update the Windows C Runtime thingie, which I did. I've already tried everything that's listed here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html If I uninstall the app one more time, I'll have wasted a total of two hours installing and uninstalling the da*n desktop app. Please help a creator out!

Hi, I have CS6 on Windows 10 and Acrobat is making huge troubles with the "test period" and Login panel. It appears again and again after entering the serial number. Can you please help me, on how Adobe Login remembers my serial number? 

After migrating to a new MacBook, I was unable to log-in to Creative Cloud. After trying many suggested solutions, the one that worked for me was to delete the Adobe Application Manager (AAM). However, now when I try to open Photoshop, it says "Adopbe Application Manager is missing or damaged." When I click the link to download AAM, it takes me to the download page for Creative Cloud. Is there a way to only download AAM? 

I know that Director 12 was discountinued in March 2017, but I've continued using the version that I had for many years, and I have been happy using it.  I was paying Adobe a monthtly subscription since 2017 for continued use of the product, and everything was going well.  A few weeks ago, at beginning of June, my Director stopped working and it said that my subscription had expired.  It sent me to Adobe's website to reinstate the subscription, but on Adobe's website my subscription was still in effect, with monthly automatic charges, including a charge on June 11th.  So the software is telling me the subscription is expired, but Adobe is telling me the automatic subscription is still in effect.  I double checked my clock and calendar (in case Director was referncing a different time for my computer, but that info is all correct.  I would like to be able to continue using Director 12 as long as possible, and I do realize that eventually the operating syste

Why is it so hard to speak to someone from Adobe directly?  I have been charged after using the Trial for Lightroom and the Photography package. I can see I have been billed on my account but cannot download or see where this can be cancelled - all the possible accounts I could have registereed ths under has been cheecked. Is possible to actually understand what is going on or for someone from the accounts or IT access department to speak to me about this, otherwise I'll be going straight to my bank to reverse the charge.

I am sure no one really cares there at Adobe's Upper management, but I just wanted to post a complain about Creative Cloud's subscription model and the cost. I am sure they have all heard this before when Adobe switched to the Cloud-Subscription model, but I am a independent artist trying to run her own business and I use the full creative suite. At $600 a year that is budget braking and will be a financial hardship on my business. I used to buy the upgrade and be able to use it for about 2-3 years. Now that I am having computer problems and forced to upgrade my OS, it appears I need the new CC to get my Adobe Apps to run right too. The current Cyber Monday sale, helps but it is clearly for only one year, and it is still expensive. All the upgrades you do aren't worth upgrading to, the features are not such great enhancements for me. I do understand that all this development work is expensive, but...being the only good graphic design programs on the market, I feel really, really stuck

Hi I understand that CS3 is finished? I had it on an old G4Could it be reinstalled to a new computer?can you get 3 software ie photoshop, Indesign and illustrator? I dont / want the all singing/dancing package. Disappointed to say the least. I worked hard to buy your brilliant software; nothing compares!  I am not paying £40 pounds a month on my wage. Please send this up the chain, it would be great for them to know there lowest payed customers are left with nothing!  Awful to pay the amount i paid then nothing! 

I want to cancel my subscription at Adobe but I can't. I've already paid an installment and that payment doesn't show up in the billing history, and neither does the plan I'm paying for. In other words, I want to cancel the subscription and I can't, and I keep getting charged for a service I'm not using. How can I resolve this situation? I can't talk directly with someone from Adobe and I really don't know what to do.

Hi, i have very recently purchased the All Apps Plan, it has automatically changed my Photography Plan to this but has not changed my single app After effects to the plan.Any help pretty please i dont wanna pay more than i should be and dont wanna have to pay the cancellation fee bc ya know.......no Thankyou.

I downloaded the trial version of both Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC. I don't know what happened, but I can't get any of them working. I've started my trial now, and I don't want to waste it. It says, as mentioned earlier, "Cannot start application. Error code 0xc000007b" or something along those lines. I've tried checking online but the only solutions I could find were DirectX and .net, updated both but still no difference. Using Windows 8.1 x64. Help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

Hi, I have been using CS6 version of Adobe apps on a MacPro 2008 system (macOS version 10.13.6 - aka High Sierra) for quite a while and got a free trial offer for new version of Photography apps with a new hard drive I purchased last week, but want to make sure installing the free trial will not goof up my existing CS6 installed applications versions before doing the actual installation of free trial software. So basically, can a new/current version of Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) co-exist on the same system as the CS6 versions at the same time?  I don't want to have to re-install my CS6 version again after the trial expires if I decide to not upgrade. I will be installing the two sets of apps in different folders in the /Applications folder, so that's not the issue. The issue will likely be libraries installed in system folders and perhaps my ~/Library folder. Anyone have any experience in doing this and what were the results? Did the CS6 versions have

Ich möchte Lightroom Classic installieren. Bei der Kontoauthentifizierung wird mein Passwort, dass ich bei meinem AdobeKonto erstellt, habe nicht erkannt. Ich habe das Passwort zurückgesetzt und ein neues erstellt. Auch das wird nicht erkannt. Und ja, die Rechtschreibung stimmt.Wo liegt der Fehler? Was kann ich tun?
