My c: drive is full as it is small ssd (error code 189)I would like  to move all Adobe to drive 😧 but need help please

Hi everyone, it seems that this error isn't new. However, my adobe crashes on startup. There is no chance of opening my files. Apparently you did an update and my adobe xd is up to date. What should I do now?

When will the package "Oracle JDK 11.0.12 - Windows x64 ZIP Archive" be available in General Downloads?

 I know there is registry fix for this issue to allow compatability mode in IE. What I am wondering is that is there any other fix other than that to resolve this issue. I am using the newer version of the Adobe DC and have Windows 10 Enterprise with July 2021 patches 

I recently just updated my macbook pro to macOS big sur 11.0.1 and after doing so I bought the entire adobe package. I was able to download Creative Cloud but when I press install on any apps they don't install. It says waiting... for about 30 seconds then I type in my password and it says waiting for about 30 seconds more then it just stops. The install button comes again. I need to use photoshop, indesign and Illustrator for school so this is stressing me out. I tried to get help from my schools tech support but they couldn't help me. I don't know what to do, if anyone has any ideas please help x

I'd like to download the 5th version of Photoshop. It doesn't matter if it's a trial. How can I get help?

So now what? My C drive is only 128 so I have a different Hd that I run LrC from. I thought all was well until I noticed it doesn't show in CC and as a result will not update. It says I need to insstall it. It is installed and runs fine, just not on my C drive. Any solutions? If I do reinstall it why can't I choose where it downloads?  Thanks for any help

Follow the installation or product launch screens until you see a link that says "I cannot connect to the internet" or "Having trouble connecting to the internet". Click the link and follow the instructions on the subsequent screen to initiate offline activation. Instructions there will tell you how to generate a Request Code.However, version 13_LS16 of Photoshop which I just downloaded does NOT offer such a link during either installation or launching - just a continuous loop of "Retry" a connection.Two calls to the Support Center met with incorrect information. Neither person knew that CS6 can be activated offline. In the past I have used tjhe Call Center successfully to exchane REQUEST Codes and RESPONSE CODES to install earlier versions of Photoshop. Hi, I have a similar problem with deactivating Adobe CS4 which has already been described. Following the next steps to solve the problem, I wanted to reset the activation counter on the Adobe LWS website. The problem is that on the Adobe Licensing Website I get the message: "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance.". I am logged in to the account where I have registered my Adobe package. So I wrote a support request in the chat in which I was redirected here. Please help. 

I have a friend who is having the same issue with trying to install on Mac. It stops and says not enough space but he has 250GB  can't figure out why it's not installing.   [Branched by moderator to new topic.]  

Hello I have bought LR 5.0 some time ago.  I also upgraded it to 5.5 during the one year service period.  Now I need to re-install is due to LR failure to register again after a crash.  Do somebody knows were can I download a legal patch ? I am having problems to log in with the second computer.The error which appears is related to a failure with the Internet connection, but the network seems to be working fine.Any suggestions to what could be happening? 

Hi, After updating the Creative Suite I have now Photoshop 2020 and 2021 as well as Bridge 2020 and 2021.Do I have to keep both or should I delete the older ones? Both work perfectly OK.I just update, can I avoid these 'new' installations? Many thanks,Dorine

Good Day, I have two separate subscriptions with adobe. One subscription is "Creative Cloud Photography Plan" and the "Creative Cloud Single-App membership for Adobe premiere Pro".I signed up for adobe premiere in 2015 through my paypal account while it appears the creative cloud photography plan was signed up for in 2016 ( I did not sign up for this plan to begin with ).Initially I thought the amount that was being withdrawn from my account every month was for the adobe premiere pro service, so I went in to cancel my account and found that in order to cancel the account I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL amount. After further investigation, I realized that not only have I been double charged for the creative cloud services for the past few months, I had been double charged SINCE 2016. I could not believe it. I live in an area without high speed Internet. I have been using cs5 for years and would like to upgrade. I was recently told that if  I downloaded photoshop it could be used without internet. So I purchased CC. I just cancelled it because it would not work without internet. Why is this not doable?
