Download & Install

Ever since the new Mac OS update I've been having issues with my Adobe Apps. Photoshop refused to open and now when I'm trying to install Creative Cloud in order to manage all my apps, it freezes consistently at 21.5%, I've left it for hours. No internet issues, it's been able to install previously, years ago, and I haven't added any firewalls for it to get stuck on.  What can I do?

I try to contract adobe becouse my virus program told me my adobe passwords hase been leaked to internett 5 years ago.so i wonder how this happen?? Can it be explaine?

I had adobe installed on my computer until a few weeks ago when I had to have my hard drive replaced. I signed on to reinstall adobe and I see they no longer offer a free version. Is there any way to get back what I had. 

I have just bought the Adobe Creative cloud apps and want to install and download them but when I click install on the app that I want to install it gives me a download error. How would I fix this? 

I've been having issues using InDesign and Illustrator with my MacBook Pro running Big Sur. One of the solutions I saw was to try the Beta version. However, creative cloud says that the installation failed and I have no clue why (it says to try again and that the error code is 301). Any other fixes for glitchy InDesign/Illustrator? Any reasons that the Beta installation isn't working?

Hi. I can't login to veryfy my account. I have CS6 in a box, I have my Serial number of' course, but when I try to registrate the product I see the message that I don't have Internet connection, but it isn't true. I try to solve the problem wit this steps (https://helpx.adobe.com/pl/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html#access-secure-sites), but it didn't help. Can You inform me what else can I do? I work right now on the WIndows 7 Ultimate system. My adobe programs work fine with system earlier, before I had to reinstall my system WIndows 7.  

When I open Creative Cloud from the menu bar on my Apple desktop computer the screen is blank. If I go to uninstall and repair, then it works. It must be repaired almost daily. I realize that if I don't get that message and perform that function, then the blank screen appears. I long for the days of individual programs one could buy instead of renting.

If a buy a product plan (monthly or yearly), that license can be used in any operative system (mac or PC) or only a specific one?

macOs Big Sur (beta 11.5), не обновляются продукты, принудительная проверка обновлений ничего не находит.. indesign последняя версия согласно https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/release-notes.html 16.3.2, в моем СС отображается 16.2.1.. подозреваю что с имыми продуктами происходит аналогичная ситуация

I I have changed my hard drive and reinstalled my software but in the process I have lost all of my software from my old account for adobe Cloud was     REMOVED [personal information removed for your protection][This is a public forum, not Adobe support, please do not post personal information]   I had and annual base photo plan which I don't seem to have with my new account don't seem to exist anymore and I had change email address and nothing seem to be  connected with new email address   Can someone working at Adobe help me       

I have used Adobe products for years, & just wanted to voice my frustration with the hidden bundling of McAfee that still occurs. I navigated to the download page & pressed download, only to find the installer was also going to install McAfee. It turns out that the tick boxes for the additional features only load into the webpage 5 seconds after the main download button does. Can we please get past the era of dumping shovelware on people's computers?

Hello, I tried many times to download the Premier Pro but I couldn’t download it, because they said that I have to update my Window version when i proceed the download of Premier Pro. I have windows 8.1 (64 bits) and a lot of free space... thanks!

I only really use Photoshop and Illustrator - the Photography plan says it comes with Photoshop (along with lightbox etc.) and '6 Free Additional Apps'  - can you download Illustrator as one of the additional apps??

I recently reinstalled windows on my laptop and installed the Adobe CC "launcher" to install adoobe after effects. When I try launching an installed product such as Photoshop or After Effects, nothing happens. No errors, no screens, no loading. I tried creating a new user account and running the "cleaner tool." None of these worked and I still can't open any apps. Does anyone here happen to know why? Thanks

I am useing Photoshop CS6and5.5 on Windows 10.Are there any ways to find out which serial nunber is used in my computer?I wanna use one of them in new computer, but I have three numbers of Photoshop in my workplace. And I don't know either my Adobe ID or password.  If I can't find the number, I am goingt to input each number on my new computer, to know if they are used or not.  Is it safe? or will it cause trouble on the computer which the number is used?  

I purchased the Adobe Master Collection two years ago. I would like to download it onto a second computer. I went to my "products" page, hit "download," unzipped the file, and hit "set-up.exe." I then got a message saying that it failed to initialize, possibly due to a missing file. The message then says to download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. Ihit the link, which brings me to the "Adobe Help Center," which has no mention of Adobe Support Advisor. How do I fix this?

I am on a free trial with Elements 15 and Premiere 15.  What happens at end of free trial if I decide not to purchase?  Are products uninstalled?  It would seem so.  But let us say that in the meanwhile I have  PURCHASED the 2 products and have installed them.  Would they now be uninstalled with the free trial products?

My iMac screen went blakc, I tried to put my hard drive in a different iMac but it did not work (wasn't eaxcyly the same), so when I put it back into black scrren computer then hooked up to the other iMac - I was able to use for 5 days then it said Re-Activate program. Needless to say - Adobe will/can not provide a new activation code (BTW - the computer with CS3 will not connect to the internet) - Anybody have any ideas, my new computer will not arrive until beginning of August...in meantime I have jobs to do and I don't want to put New Program on current computer running High Sierra because the new one is Big Sur and not sure it will work or that I will be able to move it to new computer. PSS: Quark provided reactivation code for Quark 8.5 so I can continue to work until new computer arrives..Thank you Quark! 

What is the code?? Why is there a total of eight codes for the same issue but when the Pop up window shows up that says: ' Unable to reach Adobe Servers' Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again - there is no code anyway!?   It was working fine! I own a channel in our company Teams and when trying to connect the Adobe CC app, going through the steps, get to the login screen and it opens an html window to log in to my CC account (which I'm already logged in to so why is it asking me to log in?) but the url (ccmsteams.integrations.adobe.com) throws a 502 error "This page isn't working" (no kidding!) so it halts the process of connecting the CC app into Teams entirely.

Hello, Windows Server 2016 Standard 1607 English, no other A/V than Windows Defender. All previous versions of InDesign Server being uninstalled and OS rebooted,All available Windows Updates being installed - none pending, Trying to install InDesign Server CC-2021 with provided "Adobe InDesign Server Limited 16.2.1.msi",Only 14 seconds after the installation started, we repeatedly get the following message: [...]MSI (s) (38:60) [17:04:30:961]: The call to SRSetRestorePoint API failed.
