Download & Install

Hi,I installed the new MacOs Monterey. All the programs work well, but I cannot update the Adobe programs via the Creative cloud app. Is there a way to download the programs directly, without involving Creative cloud, and then install it like that? Pieter.

Help Please! Lightroom 6 no longer has customer support. They referred me to the community for answers. I bought a new MacBook Air which runs on MacOS Sierra straight out of the box.  I went to install using my account download links and it says: "Lightroom 6 -- This installer is no longer available" Someone please give me a clear answer on how I can use my current product on my new computer. Apparently even the new subscription Lightroom will not run on my system. 😞    Please, some answers!

Creative Cloud indicates there is a new version of Lightroom, but every time I try to install it, I get the message, Please save your work and close the following programs, then click Continue: Adobe Lightroom".  The problem is, Lightroom is not running in the background.  I have reinstalled Creative Cloud and that didn't help.  Any suggestions?

Hi, guys!I am using the latest versions of all Adobe apps. But older Media Encoder keeps re-installing itself right after I reboot PC. I would care at all if it's there. But for some unknown reason the latest Premere Pro opens files in older Encoder instead of the newest one. I don't know why this happening.I wrote Adobe help center. And you would never guess what Adobe support team told me to do: "Try to Uninstall the apps". LOL. This is what I do for two months now, every time I turn on computer. Do Adobe guys even read users request or what is it? So frustrated here. But mostly I just want to find a solution.Does anybody know how to fix this?Thanks.

I paid $69.99 for and downloaded 2021 version of Elements that I cannot install on my PC bc I have Windows 7 Pro OS. Message says I need Win10 which I cannot & will not install, How do I get a refund?

Hello,Creative Clound alerted me that it cant open some dll files, so I have flowed all steps provided in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html And right now I want to istall it again, but the installer keeps speanning and nothing is heppening.I know that there was a simillar issue here https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install/creative-cloud-desktop-app-keeps-spinning/td-p/11597495 and support managed to fix it. Please help

Hello, I have a Macbook air m1And I would like to install photoshop beta, but I do not have it in the "beta applications" tab

I have a MacOS Catalina (10.15.7) and I'm trying to install Lightroom and/or Lightroom Classic. But both apps won't install. In the cloud desktop app it shows "installing", but when it hits %99 the "install" button reapears. What am I doing wrong? What should I do? Thanks in advance!  

I can open a psd file on Photoshop.. thats proper but if I try to open a tiff or jpg Photoshop shuts down and is sending a report to adobe.I work on windows 10..  I test Lightroom and Bridge.. Both are cracking by opening

Hi! I have changed both my install location and folder location to my D drive because I dont have enough space on my C drive. All apps are installing on the D drive accordingly but they also install on the C drive for some reason? I cant find the installation path on the C drive which is weird. Everytime I try to download Premier Pro 2,1 GB gets taken up on my C drive and I do not want that. Could anyone help me ASAP?Thanks in advance Chris

Hey, I need to install and use Adobe CC products on Linux instead. I looked around and it seems now that all answers in relation to that topic are from 2020. Now 1 year later after developing for linux has been made even easier... Is it an option yet? 

desktop accsess keeps asking for archive vcruntime140_1.dll cant desintall it or run it or reintall ontop of the file i sincronized my files with te link given tried updating windows an still fails

The support centre in India has stolen my serial number and product codes. I purchased Adobe Pro 2020 on April 9th,2021. The serial number on the box isn't working because it was stolen by the scammers in India pretending to be Adobe support. Sameer at Adobe Support must be delusional that I would allow him access to my computer.  I live in Canada. I would like to have customer service in Canada.  

As in the subject -  I want to to deactivate my CS Prod Premium 5.5 license on a machine that is no longer in my posession.How should I proceed to make it happen? thanks in advance for any help

I using macbook pro M1 Chip. And i installed creative cloud desktop app.But after launch it, its not respone even how i click it! And i try uninstall and reinstall it also nothing change! And now i can't install my adobe that i need and i can't use it! i can't do my worl!Please fix it!

It's been weeks and days trying to contact someone for support as I couldn't solve the problem just following the instruction given (traying multiple times). It's absurd that there is no way to chat or call for support, not even chatting with a robot, to get your problems fixed!! Anyone with suggestions on how to contact Adobe employees?? Thank you. 

I have an Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 design premium disk. I see the requirements need Mac OS X v. 10.5.9 or 10.6. I have snow leopard v 10.6.3 and I'm wondering if it has to be exactly 10.6 to work?

I bought a Dell computer and purchased photoshop through them. The Dell Delivery app gives me a product code, but no install key, and when I click download, it sends me to Adobe. Adobe doesn't have a record of my purchase.How do I find my install key based on the product code? Help! 

After recent update Me Ae Pr Au (all vdo related app) has the same icon color which is very confusing. I found myself and my coworker accidently open wrong app very often ! Which is very frustating.I hope next update adobe will consider make each icon more identical.

I am no longer able to launch Photoshop or InDesign. Whenever I try to start Photoshop I get an error message that says "The code execution cannot proceed because CONCRT140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".  (Spoiler altert: reinstalling did not fix the problem) When I try launching InDesign I get an error message that says "Cannot load the PATH TYPE.RPLN plug-in. It is depedent on the GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in which failed to load. Please check documentation for GENERIC PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in" I've been working on this problem for hours and cannot find a fix. I've tried reinstalling Photoshop/Indesign, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of my creative cloud suite, restarted the computer a number of times, I've run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Combed google for insights. Nothing is working.  Photoshop/InDesign had been working just fine on my computer (Windows 10 Pro) until it wasn't. I didn't install any n
