I had to reinstall windows on my pc & reinstall Adobe. But it keeps asking me to login using my 11yo son's gmail not my own gmail. I try clicking on 'open with a different account' but then it won't let me login with my gmail

Hello, I have bought the Adobe Ilustratorand now I realise that i cant install in my computer. Is an older operating system. How can I solve this? I really need to work on it and now I'm stuck!Please help

hi there, is anyone else having issues opening all adobe cc apps on iPad? Currently I can open the apps but as soon as the app is open the touch screen stops working. There is no issue with my iPad as ive used it for everything else and typing this message. I have deleted and re-installed all apps but this does nothing. I'm stuck, I've contacted adobe through their direct chat and was told they couldn't do anything and to try on the forum, really disappointed as I use the apps to design using my Apple Pencil, entire reason why I bought the iPad and pencil in the first place.nadine

I have this issue too. 

I am a bit niffed at adobe at the moment. I understand they are now basedd in the cloud and has all but discontinued the scc.5 design premium, but even though Iunderstand tha,t but when one buy a product that says guaranteed for life, one expects to be able to retrieve it when necessary. no exception. we buy in good faith. good faith should be returned. We should not have to buy any new product. if there is an upgrade, just as windows do, they should notify us and upgrade FREE, NOT FREAKING CHARGE FOR WHAT WE PAID FULL PRICE FOR.  THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS AND NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS AND REPUTATION, ADOBE!

Hello!I registered for a free 30 days trial account a few months ago for Photoshop, Light room, etc. When I decided to cancel, Adobe offered me another 3 months free trial which I accepted, thinking I would have more time to try it out for real, but I didn't... When I decided to cancel again, it was too late, the first payment had been already charged and now they ask 20$ to cancel, which I have no intention to pay considering that it wasn't clear in that 3 months offer email that after the first payment I would be stuck for a year. I tried to find an email for customer service or a phone number where I can talk to someone in French but it is impossible to find. Can anyone help me please? I would be very appreciated 🙂

Bonjour,j'ai télécharger le fichier d'installation Photoshop.je le lance. s'ouvre une fenêtre "installation creative cloud". la barre de progression va juqqu'à 100% puis tout se ferme. Et rien n'est installé. impossible de trouver le logiciel dans mes applications ???????sur Macbook M1merci

Me dice que la actualización o la instalación no están disponibles, que actualice windows a la útlima versión, pero tengo windows totalmente actualizado y sigue sin dejarme instalar ni actualizar ninguna aplicación. Una pena estar pagando mensualmente a Adobe para que luego no pueda trabajar por estos problemas....

I nomarlly use my school account. It is working well. But somethimes it can't use and they said '7 day trail is over' What should I do to use it again.

hey, I downloaded adobe XD through the internet, after the the download is over I double clicked on the setup it won't open what should i do? I deleted it and again i dowloaded it and tyied to open the setup by running as administrator but it did'nt work..  

I have been using the Adobe Creative Suite for years and years. All the way back to 2006. I've upgraded computers and switched to the online subscription years ago. I pay at least $33 a month. Just to use Photoshop! And, I do use it a bunch, but rarely do I use anything else. I miss the days when you could buy it and use it. Done. That's like $400 a year. I'm a very, very small business. I do personalized art. And I did teach paint classes. Last year rocked me because I had to cancel classes and go virtual. Which was a struggle to just get even three people to sign up. Aren't there other options?  Kristinart

If I upgrade Mac OS to BigSur, what happens to my current catalogues and collections in Lightroom? Can I get them back on Lightroom OS upgrade ? Please help me in understanding this

Been working for two days on trying to get my laptop back working with Creative Cloud.  Cannot sign in as it is in a loop with the message you've been signed out and unable to authenticate....chat with support and they were of zero benefit.  Told me the could not access the credentials file and call back in 5 hours....well I tried back and of course they are closed for the weekend......I have tried every option I have found on the net and none of them work...I can nor uninstall as it says the files are in use.....I can not delete the oobe file because they are in use, Adobe Creative cloud cleaner does not work....it asks for language and then does nothing......Frustrated that I had to buy ON1 to process the RAW files from a Sony AR7III.....Can anyone help and not just send me back through the meaningless loop

I am repairing Creative Cloud once or twice per week.  I Uninstalled using CC uninstall, and clean the program, reloaded CC, and it worked for approximately one week.  This past week I needed to repair and install 3 times, this is getting ridiculous.  Your thoughts, ideas, and even prayers are appreciated.

I had to reinstall Windows 10 with the updates.  I installed the Creative Cloud but I can't figure out how to reinstall my Acrobat Pro DC.   

I hope you guys can help me - I am a real technophobe so please bear with me and respond as if I am 5 years old! I am a designer -I work on an iMac - the OS is Sierra version 10.12.6. I mainly use InDesign, but also Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat (all CC 2019, 14.0.3). I have just acquired a MacBook Pro to use when I am away/visiting family, etc. The OS on this is Catalina (10.15.7). I want to download the same versions of the Adobe suite on to this so that I have no problem with opening/working on files on either machine. So, when I try to install InDesign the oldest version showing under 'other versions' is 15.1.3. If I install this on the MacBook, will I have any problems with working on files across the two machines? What I need here is a solution on how to have compatible versions of the Adobe Creative suite on both machines. What's the best route? I am really stumped. I feel very stupid not knowing how to proceed so any guidance will be hugely welcome. Thanks in advance.

Since I had a sudden breakdown while saving on Lightroom, it refuses to start again. It will open but during startup but it will eather refuse finishing startupp because " an other program is using the ***.lrcatalog"  Before that LR will start opening until it reaches this message. No other open application is to be found. If I try to start from a singel image file it even shows the catalog image frames and start loading upp the files but stops before finishing. If I try to start from an other catalog the result is the same. The Creative Cloud lets me download and unzip installation files but they will not install. I can´t uninstall the existisng LR with the uninstall tool in Windows. 

Does anyone has an idea on how Apple's  transition to the silicon Mac will have an impact on Adobe's software development for the 'old' Intel-Macs? This is still a more theoretical question but photography keeps memories over decades. So I'm interested of knowing what may come...

I am getting this error while installing "Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg" - what could be the reason and how to fix this ? “Creative Cloud Installer” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Je dispose d'une licence Photoshop Elements 2021 et Elements Premiere 2021, mais je n'arrive pas à les réinstaller. J'ai à chaque essai le code 182 ci-dessus. J'ai bien les packages complets dans mes programmes d'installation, puisque j'avais installé avec succès ces programmes début de cette année. Quelqu'un peut m'aider à résoudre ce probléme ?Merci d'avance de votre aide !

I have 3-4 years old Indesign in my old computer. I want to move it for other member because I don't need it anymore. I do't remember passworld fo my Adobe account and my account email address is not valid anymore. So I can't use "forget password"-commant. I can't open email. How I can find my registeration code so I can move it?
