Download & Install

So I've read the forums and followed both instructions here (High CPU usage due to CEPHtmlEngine) and still no luck in solving this issue. I have turn off all sync options on Creative Cloud and rebooted and still no solution. It keeps running in the background in multiple process and kills my computers other functions. I end them only to have them spring back open again. Can anyone help find a real working solution to this problem that adobe has been aware of for years but has not given any real solution to solving? It happens when ever any Creative Cloud program is open no matter what it is. Hi,I uninstalled Photoshop Elements 11 on both of my computers (iMac) but it still says that it is registered (I have the correct reg.nr) if I want to add it to my laptop. Can you help me out?I want PSE 11 on my Macbook instead.Thank Maud

Hi all, I had Creative Cloud and several apps (Photoshop) running on my M1 macbook air until yesterday. I wasn't able to use photoshop for my design activities. Contacted the adobe support and been through 2 hours of screenshare for troubleshooting with no success. factory reset my macbook air, try to reinstall adobe applications, no success as well.  I suspect it is related to authentication service failure from adobe side. Please check this issue and advice how I can resolve this? until this issue is resolved, what should be the alternative to continue to use photoshop?  Regardsys

 

I have Photo Shop Elements 2 paid for by buying camera.  but  Windows 7 does not seem to accept it.I tried to download a free one but even this will not download.  Please help.  from bagtay

Hey guys. I want to install After Effects, but everytime I try to Creative Cloud tells me there is an "Error 13" and I do not understand why because I never had this "error 13" before.I really want to solve this.Anyone knows why and how can I fix it?

Although I bought Photoshop and Illustrator in March, i cannot use it. I did a uninstall en re install several times, than I could use it and then I have the same problem again:  It keeps saying: your trial period has ended (Mac OS Big sur 11.2.3).

Hello guys, 2 days ago I was cleaning my computer and I deleted all my adobe programs without willing it.I didn't just deleted the apps but the entire folder and then emptied my computer trash can.How can I find all my apps again when they don't even find my crative cloud account? Thanks in advance and bests regards Arthur

Because of limited disk space on my C drive, I need to move an installed application form the C drive to the D drive.  How do I accomplish this?

If there's more than one update for a particular program available, do I download and install both, in numerical order? Or do I just download and install the most recent, i.e., have the highest version number?

Hi, Anyone know how to solve the error 125 problem? When i try download Photoshop via Adobe Creative Cloud it just says "error" and "retry" I have tried all the problemsolving adobe has on their website for this error. I even tried to completley turn off my firewall but nothing seems to work.  regards// Viktor

I am trying to download photoshop, but every time i start the download it freezes at 7% and wont go past that. I have already used creative cloud cleaner and it did not help.

Hi, I have a question. I bought a package for students and teachers. But I didn’t understand that it only goes for a stationary computer or laptop. I have a Samsung Tub S7 tablet. It turns out I can not install programs on it? How can this be done with an already existing package. P. S. was also embarrassed that no documents were required when purchasing a package for students and teachers.

I recently upgraded from CS6 to CC.  First round of installs no problem.  A week later there were a few updates including the CC Destop App and this is where the fun begins.   I installed the updates and immediately after I noticed it was only showing I had 3 apps installed when I have several.  I tried uninstalling the CC Desktop app and re-installing it but I can't get it to install.  Every time I try it just says you have an "unknown error".  I called Adobe's awesome support to which we ran throught diganostics only at the end to tell me they are having issues and to call back later.  I have been all over the forums and have yet to find a solution, nothing works (Including runing the cloud cleaner and renaming the OOBE file).  I am running OS X 10.8.4 any other suggestions or help will be much appreciated

I had a older version of Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects installed. I uninstalled to test with my ssd and now I can't get the same old version through Creative Cloud. I have the option to get older Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom versions, except Premiere and After Effects.My settings are old and I can't get a new one now.Does anyone have the link for some older versions of Adobe Premiere and After Effects?Settings:macOS High Sierra3,2 GHz Intel Core i316 GB RamATI Radeon HD 5670 512mbThank you.

Unfortunately I didn't uninstall CS6 before upgrading to Big Sur. Now the uninstaller says "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." The help desk at Adobe said I need to post this question to the community since they have absolutely no idea how to do it. How do you fully uninstall CS5 from macOS Big Sur?

i took the photography plan today and i try and try to install adobe creative cloud and keep showing me a message after the download : VC RUNTIME140.dll was not found.i don't have a lot of knowledge and i don't know what to do. as i can see without creative cloud i can't download lightroom.i'm in a real hurry for a work and i can fix it.please help me.
