The website indicates that this older version is compatible with OS 10.13. It says it's downloadable in creative cloud, but when I click to download, it indicates "waiting" and never downloads...any suggestions would be welcome...thank you.

The update live site button is missing. I am logged into the Adobe account and I zoom out the page till it was a large space where the button was supposed to be.

Hi! I am a new use trying to Adobe After Effects but After Effects won't seem to install. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC and I tried to free up all the storage I can but every time I retry, it hits 4% then "Installation failed". I am on macOS Mojave. After Effects says it is compatitble on this laptop but it just doesn't work. What do I do?   Let me know,Lay

I am considering a perpetual license for Acrobat Pro 2020, but want to install it on one Mac and one PC. It would mostly be used on the Mac. From the reading I have done in the EULA for this product I don't think that is allowed but would like some clarification. I think it IS allowed in the DC version, but I really don't want the yearly subscription fee. But thought I better clarify this before making a decision. Thanks for any help you can give me. Judy

Tengo instalado Creative Cloud y anteriormente ya he descargado otros programas de adobe. Intento instalar Photoshop con la versión 21.2.7 que es la que me permiten. Empieza a ejecutar la instalación y me llega la notificación de que Photoshop se ha instalado correctamente PERO NO HAY NADA! Sólo se descarga la extensión de Camera Raw en CC y dentro de mis archivos sólo está el desinstalador de photoshop. Y nuevamente vuelve a estar listo el botón de "Instalar", carga al 100% y no hay nada, Ya lo desinstalé varias veces, al igual que CC. Ya reinicié de igual forma mi MacOs High Sierra y NADA!  No sé cómo solucionarlo porque no marca un error como tal, sólo no se instala

J'ai Je ne sais pas quoi faire, et ça m'embête de payer pour quelque chose ne fonctionne pas.

why can't i contact a real person at adobe to find out why I am only offered trial versions of the programs despite doing all the fixes they suggest

Hello, I'm running out of storage an my computer to a point where i can't open photoshop anymore because my startup disk is full. I was wondering if there is any ways to essentially make my external hardrive ( Lacie 2 TB) an output for everything I do on adobe creative suite. I don't want to have to sweep my computer for storage spoace everytime I am done with a big project. I can probably run the starup of the apps off my laptop (mac book pro, Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) but for anything saved, my clipboard, history and everything else whhile the apps are running would be sent to my external hardrive. Let me know if you have any ideas, thanks a bunch 🙂  

everytime i send the email for after effects and i click on it it takes me back to sending the email

Hi, since I'm in charge of our home computer, the task of installing programs is mine. My wife purchased your (site licence) Adobe Creative Cloud medewerker-Nederlands through her university back in 2017 I believe.We now have a new computer but when trying to install CS3 [was: Creative Cloud] (on the new computer), I am asked for the redemption code.  I have entered the redemption code that we were originally given a few years ago and your software shows that we have already redeemed that code and we cannot proceed further. (I have all the sets of 24 digits for CS3, Acrobat 9, Firework CS3, and Contribute CS3.)Our needs for the software are rather basic and we don't need to update this with a subscription.Are there any easy solutions for us?Thanks, Dave Horne / Sacha Trimbos

I found a youtube video that allows you to copy applications to an external SSD & then delete the original from the applications. I was wondering if you could do that say run Illustrator,Photoshop,Lightroom Classic, & bridge from the SSD in order to save as much space as I can

I own Photoshop CS5 - works great.  I want buy Photoshop Photography CC and try it for a year but keep my CS5 intact and operational.  Can I do that and if so, how do I keep the CC from overwriting CS5 during the installation.  Thanks for you help.

Does anyone know what is wrong with my design? It looks fine when I am editing it but when i preview it, the top navigation is cut off due to the tall height of the masthead contents. How do i rectify this please?thank you.

Cuando voy a editar una forma utilizando el efecto 3d me aparece el mensaje de que no hay sufieciente ram. Borré documentos de illustrator para verificar si era ese el problema y no. Si abro un documento nuevo puedo trabajar bien, pero no al usar el efecto 3d.Tengo 1T de memoria así que no entiendo lo que pasa. 

How do I install CONTENT dvd that came with CS3 Design Standard? The APPLICATION dvd had an installer, but the Content dvd is just files. It is not clear where they go. Macbook Pro Retina. For the time being, I have pushed the files into the various application folders, which may work, but I'm noticing the fonts aren't all showing up in Photoshop

Apparently Build: 20210304.m.156367 is now available, but my "update" link is greyed out. My latest build is 20210126m.155261.Any suggestions on how to get this update?

Last night Windows did an update. After the PC rebooted Creative Cloud said it was corrupted and needed to be reinstalled. Unfortunately I cannot reinstall it as the installer keept crashing. All Adobe Products I try to open crash. I tried to uninstall Creative Cloud and the uninstaller just disappears instantly as well... not sure what else to do...

When trying to installed Adobe Dreamweaver onto a new WIn10 laptop via Creative Cloud, I'm getting Error Code 190.   How can I resolve?
