HelloI don't know why this should be so difficult.There's an option in CC Preferences to choose Install LocationIt won't allow me to choose my external HD. I literally just unistalled all the apps to update my MacOS, hoping to re-install on my external HD. My hardrive literally ONLY HAS my OS on it. I just run all the programs I use from my HD. Right now, I don't use anything but Adobe CC. Is there anyway I can install these apps on my external ?  If not, can someone please explain like I am 5 why this is not allowed? 

I am trying to install Permier Elements 2018. The PC has Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86) - version: 14.23.27820 alread installed, the Premier Elements installer tries to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable and then fails.  What is the best way to fix this?

Hi all,I work in French administration.I'm not allowed to connect my computer to Internet.So, is there any way to register and use Adbe CS 8 off line? Thanks for your help !  

Short of going to a previous image backup & fixing this, how do I fix this that Adobe's update manager broke. I am not interested in going to cloud based software, so prefer to stay at CS6. Seems like there should be a simple download link for this somewhere, but all I find is the application manager download link for CC versions.   Here is the message I get when trying to do an update to either my Photoshop CS6 or Dreamweaver CS6. If I knew where this file was located on my hard drive, I could just extract it from imagex backup with 7zip.

A week after I upgraded to Adobe CC 2019, it started logging me out every 5 minutes or so. I'll log back in, 5 minutes later it logs me out again. It's extremely irritating, especially when i'm trying to use Illustrator and i'm working with fonts. Some of the fonts that i'm working with are Adobe Fonts, so therefore I need to be logged into the cloud to be able to use them. It's also making my computer EXTREMELY slow.

Same here. CC disconnects, Photoshop asks to login, Lightroom doesn't keep sync anymore. I had to format and reinstall my PC.It worked for a month, now I'm back in pain.There's no way I can work this way.It's production software, the licensing method shouldn't render it unusable.

Hello! I got a 30 day free trial for After Effects 2020 and it popped up in my start bar that these were installed? Im confused. I thought C4D was a whole different company? is it a virus? is it something thats used in After Effects? or is it Cinema 4D as a whole that i somehow got?  

How do I update psd 21.2.5?Why does adobe make this process as convoluted and time consuming as possible?

Ever since I've validated my account photoshop will not open. With only four days left of my free trial this doesn't make me want to purchase the product if I can't even access the program. 

Hi, just installed a new motherboard and CPU now Lightroom 6 says serial number used for maximal count of computers. What should I do?

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times, and every time is says "Logging in to creative Cloud".. all it does is try to load and then return me to a screen that says "you've been signed out, sign back in"... so i click to sign in and it just keeps cycling this over and over again. It will ocasionally flash a picture of the login screen but then goes back to the wheel of death. I have deleted everything in the OOBE file, and most of the other troubleshooting found here. Any ideas as to why I am stuck and Adobe Creative Cloud won't load properly?

Hello, I just bought Lightroom and Photoshop. When I went to install I suddenly kept getting Machine Debug Manager messages on screen every 30 seconds. When Creative Cloud was downloading the messages kept coming. Creative Cloud also wont load my apps or connect to the Cloud, it stuck loading forever. I'm not getting any error codes, it only tells me starting up takes longer then usal please restart. (No problems on mobile but I ofcourse would want to use my pc) I tried everything on the support page but that didn't work. Reinstalling, restarting the pc and deleting everything in the OOBE location did  absolutely nothing.The debug messages only stop  when I delete Creative Cloud again. Anyone got some idea's? My 7 day trial became a lot shorter this way lol. Thanks 

I'm on version 22.2.0 of  Photoshop and trying to install the latest update but the update keeps failing.    My question is how do I fix this?  Also, where can I find the code to tell me why the update is failing? My computer is running Windows 10.

I'm running into an issue where my work machine opens all CC apps MUCH slower than my lower-spec home machine, and am currently trying my hardest to figure out why.I've created an example video of opening a fresh instance of After Effects here, but all apps show similar issues... taking twice as long, or more, to open on a machine that is arguably twice as powerful.Home PC:Windows 10 HomeIntel Core i7-6700 Quad Core 3.40GHz32GB RAMNvidia GTX 1080Work PC:Windows 10 ProAMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX 32 Core 3.00GHz128GB RAMNvidia RTX 2080 Ti x2Both machines have the most current OS updates and graphics card drivers, are running the same (most current) versions of all CC apps, and have the same plugins installed.One specific symptom, that is interesting (and extremely frustrating), is that while any CC app is loading on my faster work machine, everything else becomes extremely unresponsive. The mouse will freeze in its tracks, and I can't move, interact with, or close any other open window

Windows needs more space on my C drive to update and install the next version and I don't have the room. My Photoshop CC and Lightroom(s) and Bridge take up 7.5Gb on there. If I was to unisnsatll them, can I put them back on to a different drive again afterwards (D or G drives have room) Do I just need to download them again and re-intall them? And if so, do I do it through my Adobe Creative Cloud programme? Will I need to re-activate them or not? Paul.

So I had a MAJOR bug with the latest version of Adobe CC 2017. So I downgraded to the version under it, and it worked fine. (Adobe CC 2017 1.11 or something)Anyway. I saw 2018 came out and I remember submitting a bug ages ago for my issue, however it's not been fixed as I learnt after downloaded Adobe CC 2018.I now cannot go back to Adobe CC 2017 1.11 (or something) my only options areCC 7.0 and CS6 6.0Please...this is my job, it pays my bills and I CANNOT work with this bug.*The bug for those wondering. For some reason with my PC, I have to press hotkeys twice sometimes to get them to work. Even space for the playback. So imagine hitting space twice, just to play the footage. Or C twice just to get the cut tool. It gets tedious and adds hours to my daily work time.*So please how do you downgrade?!

I would like to downgrade Photoshop CC 2020 to mostly 2017, because that was the one I was using before, and I can't really do a lot with 2020. (Windows)

I've paid for my InDesign Trial and received a link. Where do I copy and paste it? FYI I am using a new IPad. 

My Mac is running 10.13.6 and seems to be out of date as I can't update Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign because I get a 'Not Compatible' message.  Can I get a reduction in my subscription? If I do upgrade to 11. (Big Sur) what problems will I encounter?    

Hello guys. I don't know what is going on. I was using on my notebook the CC 2015 Adobe Products (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects etc) just fine. I have done a clean uninstall of all the programs to do a fresh install of the CC 2017 pack. For some reason I only get the error 44 and cannot install the Creative Cloud and nothing from CC 2017.I tried everything that I saw here in the forums an nothing worked. I don't have any trace of Adobe in my computer anymore (any folder) and I still got the error 44.On my desktop I have done the same thing but there is all fine. I really don't know what is going on with the notebook. I have Windows 10 installed. Last version, all updated. Graphics card too. And I was using the Cc 2015 programs just fine before uninstalled them. Any help or tips ? Thank you.

I made the connection for the custom domain, everything seemed to go well and I thought it was only necessary to wait a few days. I got the "verified" message from Adobe, I waited to give time for the processing. After a week I still have the subdomain name "adobe.portfolio. com".Can someone help me? The CC desktop app on my Mac indicates that I have updates available for Photoshop and ACR, however when I click on the "update" button nothing happens. I particularly want this latest update because it is supposed to support Apple silicon, and I'm running one of the new M1 Macbook Airs. When I hover over the update buttons the hand cursor shows, but when I click nothing happens at all. What is going on with this?

Photoshop is not working anymore since I updated it to 22.3I tried :  - To desinstall Photoshop and re-install it (version 22.3 or 22.2)  - To desinstall/reinstall Creative Cloud  Nothing is working and now impossible to install Photoshop (Fatal Error 113) My OS is windows 10 64x
