Download & Install

Hey,ich besitze das aktuelle Windows Programm und habe mir auf meinem 2. Laptop CreativeCloud heruntergeladen. Ich habe das Studentenabo für ca. 30€ im Monat. Wenn ich auf  "meine Abos" klicke, ist dort das kostenlose Document Cloud-Abo und das kostenlose Creative Cloud-Abo aufgeführt. Wenn ich auf "Applikationen" gehe, konnte ich mir Programme wie XD, Premiere Rush, Fresco oder Bridge herunterladen, jedoch nicht Photoshop, Lightroom oder Indesign. Ich verstehe das nicht, denn ich zahle jeden Monat hierfür und auf meinem alten Laptop hat es auch funktioniert aber auf dem neuen lässt es sich nicht installieren, ich kann dort nur die Testversion ausprobieren oder das Programm gleich kaufen. Ich habe bereits nachgelesen, dass ich die Programme auf 2 PC's installieren, nur nicht gleichzeitig nutzen kann. Abgemeldet habe ich mich bei dem alten PC auch mal zwischenzeitlich, es hat aber nichts gebracht. Kann mir bitte jemand weiterhelfen? Ich wäre euch sehr dankbar.

Tengo mis aplicaciones de Adobe instaladas en el Disco C, necesito instalar otras nuevas (Adobe también) y quería cambiar en preferencias el lugar de descarga, es decir, que las nuevas aplicaciones de Adobe se descarguen en el disco D. Este cambio, afectaría el funcionamiento de las aplicaciones instaladas en el disco C o es independiente? Agradezco su ayuda.

I have reinstalled the Adobe CC , Deleted the caches of adobe and installed the CC again and the mac is updated too .. But nothing worked for me..Adobe community please help this issue solved. My projects are in Adobe XD files.. and I cant work in the adobe xd. Please help

I've built my website in Portfolio and I'm trying to connect it to my existing domain (not as a subdomain). I've deleted the A records @ and www and replaced them with the ones supplied by Adobe but I am getting the message 'Oops! Looks like you have an extra IP address set up. Please go back to your domain settings and remove any A Records not pointing towards Adobe Portfolio.'. My issue is that some of these A Records relate to my email service on this domain. Which of the existing A records on this list are necessary to delete in order for the site to work? sftp, ssh, mail, mailserver, ftp, mcp, smtp, webmail

Is ProDesignTools safe? I don't want to download anything malicious.

I have an old G5 dual processor Mac that I had installed Photoshop Cs2 and Photoshop CS2 upgrade years ago. That Mac processor is no longer supported, software cannot be upgraded and it can no longer be connected to the internet. I would like to move this program to my new Windows 10 system. I have the original install disks and the boxes I bought them in but they are for Macintosh only. How can I get install files for these programs so I can install on my Windows 10 system?

I am rebuilding my computer from a drive crash and trying to re-install my legal CD retail version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 but the installer is incorrectly telling me this is not a legal version which is wrong. It has the Adobe seal on the box and was installed on this computer before the crash.  I realize it is no tlonger a supported product but it should still re-install with a legal key unless Adobe blocked it whch is not ethical.  I do not have a need to upgrade as it does what I need it for. 

Hello all,I purchased Adobe Elements 12 from Adobe. I have spoke to Adobe on Facebook and they say they cannot find the app listed in my account. I am pretty clear i purchased it from Adobe, if i didn't it would of been purchased from someone like Software for students or somthing.. but it cost me approx £70.00 sometime in 2015/16. There is no where to re-register my AE12 on Adobe website.Anyway............ My Windows updated and then crashed i contacted Microsoft and they tried getting it to boot properly but didn't succeed so i had to reformat. Windows helped me through the proccess and i finally got windows back but lost so much stuff. After a week or so i decided to re-install my Adobe Elements 12.It gets so far into the install and then says "The installation has encountered an error" (See image).I have restarted and tried again, i have run it as admin and tried Compatability mode -win7- but every time it fails to install. I never ever had any problems installing the app befo

So Far I did try... From the AppFile- Preferences - Install Location- Changed to (E) Created a folder called Adobe AppsAlso tried Programs/Adobe Photoshop 2021In both cases the Install Fails with Insufficient Disk Space error 120. The (E) drive is an internal SSHD with 807 GB free. Also Tried my (D) Drive to Programs folder that has 931GB free with same results. My (C) drive is operating system only with no additional space. Any new ideas? Thanks

Because all "contact us" options are dead buttons. And all forum links or anything you can find about it is just a dead link.This has been going on every time sinds they released the CC editions. Forcing ppl to buy the overpriced "constantly online" edition. Ever so often i upgrade my PC or reinstall it and i need the download it (because i aint installing a CD rom again just for adobe CS4)We f that, i want my good old "CS4 - Master Collection" Anyone got a link for it? 

Bonjour,L’écran d’accueil d’Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 & de Premier Elements 2021 ne s’ouvre qu’une fraction de seconde et se referme.Je ne pouvais donc plus ouvrir Photoshop Elements et Premier Elements j’ai donc contacté Adobe qui m’a mis en relation avec un technicien qui m’écrivait en Anglais et moi qui répondais en Français sans trop avoir compris son message.Il a donc pris le contrôle de mon PC Windows 10 et il m’a redémarré Photoshop Elements et premier Elements et moi j’étais satisfait ( mais un peut trop vite) et ça c’est arrête là.Mais seulement maintenant je peux ouvrir Photoshop Elements et premier Elements, mais pas l’écran d’accueilAlors si quelqu’un peut m’aider, en Français si possible, je l’en remercie d’avance et j’en serais très heureux.

I'm trying to log into my Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop applications and it's asking me to sign in every other time at least. This is unacceptable I just need the software to turn on and be usable and not have to put in my email and password. Sounds like a small thing but it is actually very annoying. Then I called to get somebody on the phone to help me fix this problem. And I am put on hold for an hour. I talk to the chat bot and they don't know what to do. Because it's probably somebody in a different country that doesn't even understand English. Adobe you should be better than that take care of your customers give us good customer support. 

whenever i try opening creative cloud it doesnt run and says it needs repair ,  the repair doesnt work so i used the uninstaller , it didnt work so i used the adobe cleaner tool.i think i unistalled and installed creative cloud around 10 times but it still doesnt work.what can i do ?

Bonjour,Je ne peut plus installer Indesign, il n'apparait plus sur créative cloud, j'ai du le désinstaller car les mise à jours indesign n'apparaissaient pas non plus.J'ai désintaller Ligthroom pour voir si le problème était lié à Indesign seulement ou non, et la Lightroom introuvable aussi. J'ai déja essayé de réparer l'appli sans succès ainsi que de la réinstaller mais sans succès aussi.Utiliser un autre compte adobe ne change pas le problème non plus. Merci d'avance pour votre aide et vos solutions

So I have this old license of Adobe Creative Studio 5 Design Premium but there is no option to download it anywhere. It cost a huge amount of money and I want to use it once again. Is there any possibility to get to a download-link? I cannot see it in my orders in my account details.

Hi, I have an old (11) version of elements that I want to install on a new PC for very basic needs, I see the purchase under my adobe account (plans) but the serial number is rejected when I try to install. Can I not recover an old version to a new pc?Thanks

I've tried several apps and the main Creative Cloud installer (I have the all apps plan) and it hangs here every time. I get taken to the browser window (in Chrome, regardless of my default browser settings) and it says:But the installer does not proceed. If I click on "If your browser is not responding, sign in here" nothing happens. I've uninstalled, tried again, then used the Adobe CC cleaner tool and removed everything, tried again, I've gone into the registry and deleted all Adobe keys, I've run as admin and as not, I've restarted and tried installing in Safe Mode with networking. Same results. I've also tried signing out before being taken to the browser, then signing in, then getting the "You're all set!" screen again. I've tried doing that with a different account. Nothing has worked. Prior to this I had only Photoshop installed, and it worked fine. The issue started when I switched to the 'all apps' plan and tried to install acrobat. The installer hung 1/2 way through the

My college gave me free access to all adobe apps. I recently tried to download another app, so I uninstalled Photoshop for a bit. When I couldn't download the app, I tried to reinstall Photoshop from my college email. It worked, but only gave me a trail. I'm confused as to why it did that. Is there a fix, or should I email Adobe or my college? 

Hi, I have just bought a mac but have a photoshop elements product for windows. does anyone know how to change the product from windows to mac as when I download the mac version and try and install it does not accept the serial number.thank you a lot for any help.

After the photoshop 22.v2 update my .dng files will not open in the current 2021 photoshop from bridge.  They will only open in the 2020 version.  

I had to do a computer refresh yesterday of windows 8.1. I now can't reinstall photoshop or lightroom. I have tried chat but they simply say the download has been removed and I have to upgrade to windows 10 or downgrade to 7. I'd prefer to do neither - I just want to use what I was using. I don't really want to cancel either. I would prefer not to use a third party site. Can anyone help please?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, made sure there is scratch disk space and download space for the app. (on desktop)  nothing is working and it will not show a specific error code to search for help. So please community Adobe, please help me!

Hi. I've been navigating on this website for ages now, trying to do what everyone said to contact a real person for support, I don't find ANYTHING. I am in France, I need to contact a customer service (even in English I really couldn't care less). I cannot contact them by clicking on help or support, I did what was said, yet nothing appears and I am still stuck. (There is no "still need help?" Or whatever) I really don't understand how this business works and how contact option can be so blurry without anything being done by adobe. It really feels like a scam in the end.

Hi,I'm trying to cancel my membership and it doesn't show the option as the costumer service explains to do. I'm trying to contact anyone in the chat support and it is closed or not available at the moment. My membership is about to get renew in these days and I don't want to have it anymore.
