I have recently purchased a seagate hard drive which states on the front of the box that there is 2 months free of adobe creative cloud photography plan. How do I redeem/install this as there are no instructions!Thanks,Isaac

I have been trying to install adobe software and i am getting the same errors for every product!please help...

While trying to download the cloud that i got from adobe I get an error code 22 . Installation on case sensitive volumes is not supported . Please choose a different volume for installation . I've never had this problem before . I'm doing all of this on an iMac version 10.10.1 OS X Yosemite . I had lightroom installed also and its not working at all either . I try to launch it and another error code . Thats another problem all its own . How do i switch a volume ?

I follow the instructions but i cant erase or rename the file because the file does not exist. The folder is empty.

Adobe has become oppressive and dictatorial.  I will not give them another penny. Awhile back I bought a copy of Photoshop Elements, about $69 at the time.  Of course, I gave them lots of personal information to download it.  After I downloaded it, I had to register to activate it.  Again, I had to cough up all my personal information including, this time, my age.I'm not sensitive about my age, but I didn't think Adobe needed my age to function.  And it was none of their business. The registration dialog wouldn't close with a blank field, so I entered ZERO.  I was immediately kicked out of registration and prevented from starting it up again.  I was prevented from registering and using the product EVEN AFTER I PAID FOR IT!Fortunately, I was able to find the "human being" number and they got me fixed up, with no personal information. Adobe has no right to that personal information.

I run CC at WIN10 and a few days ago it stops working. This happen after CC have updates everyday the last week wich not is normal. I have try to install CC again, repair it and delete it. Sometimes it install 52% and there it stops and this takes around 10 minutes. Sometimes it install 100% in 10 seconds and then nothing more. So now I don't have any more ideas how to get it and now I can't access Photoshop.

Hello!Illustrator told me I have a non-supported driver (I attach the screen of the error window, sorry but it is in italian), so I tried to solve the problem following the instructions on the Adobe website that told me to update my NVIDIA Driver.The problem is that I don't know wich one is the correct choice, I attach also the information about the one I already have and the window of the NDIVIA Download page. Thank you in advance for the answers!! 

I know this is the Download/Install forum but I thought this would be the best place to ask my question. I'm transfering my OS to a new SSD and want to clear off my programs before I clone the OS and transfer everything to the new SSD.  I want to uninstall Photoshop and then just do a clean reinstall after the swap, but I can't find a way to deactivate my license befre I uninstall. Searching online I found this from Adobe Help https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html but I do not have the option to Activate/Deactivate. The Creative Cloud app doesn't give me any options either. Any help appreciated.

I removed Elements 2021 and then reintalled the program by download the latest version from Adobe's website.  No problem there BUT when I tried to open the program the workspace loader stops after about 30 seconds.  I have tried installs and reinstalls nearly a dozen times with the same results.  

I want to install illustrator but it takes too long time to sign in, here is my internet connection speed and the windows showing sign in process.. How should i do?

I had a question a few weeks ago about installing 2 copies of After Effects on 3 computers at the TV station where I work. I showed your post to the engineers here (who install the software) and they were skeptical that we legally could do it. The proof they want is an official looking letter from Adobe saying it is ok. Hi there,EVERY Adobe app freezes when I open it from either cc or directly from my  desktop: This white screen appears in EACH Adobe app, and I cannot open any file.Closing the white screen results in shutting down the app all together.Anyone out there familiar with this?Thanks for replying, can't use any app now 😞

When I downloaded the free trial of AI the Creative Cloud loads OK but the AI App says 'failed installation'. I have uninstalled and downloaded everything and retryed again and again but the same issue. No error code given to check it on the help section for.Does this app always install on the C Drive? I was given no option to choose from at download and as my C Drive is pretty full so I need to download this elsewhere if it is a heavy file.Please can someone advise as I am losing time with the free trial on a course? Thank you

I have a free photoshop cc for 1 month by buying external hard drive (seagate). But when I run photoshop cc 2021, the application will unusable and crash frequently due incompatibly hardware. I want to uninstall photoshop CC 2021, but includes creative cloud. Is uninstalling Creative Cloud will uninstalling Creative Suite application (such as photoshop cs6) or not?

Dear CommunityOK, now I'm very annoyed about Adobe's customer policy. How can they avoid customer's contact? OK to not publish the possiblity on their website ...Actually there are many updates in the Adobe CC Suite, also CC Cloud. I wonder why. But my problem this days is, that every day I have to login again. My Windows maschine is not recognized from one day to another. Actually nothing changes (some weeks ago I changed grapics card but sine than nothing but to add data HDD from time to time. The name of the machine does not change but I have to logout and  login the new (the same!) again.I hope this will stop as soon as possible!Any Idea to this?RegardsMatt 

Hi there, Despite numerous hours of online research, I am unable to install the product I paid for.I was able to retrieve the serial number by entering my activation code and providing proof of academic status, and Acrobat Pro appears under "My products" in my account. But there's nowhere to go from here.  I have purchased a license for a stand-alone product, but Adobe's website and accounts seems to focus almost exclusively on subscription plans... Where do I enter my serial number and get my software?This is really frustrating, can someone help? Thanks! Stéfanie

How do you buy and activate Adobe All Apps on a PC that is never connected to the internet? 

I have used ADOBE products for 13 years. 2021 is perhaps the most buggy set I have ever used. PSD crashes when trying to use the Create Normal Maps filter and Create Bump Maps filter (this is after acquiring the net-plus-ultra of all programs for this sort of convertions -- Substance Suite). Then I tried opening an In Design file I just opened 2 days ago on 2020 with my newly installed 2021 In Design. It crashed, it would not open and just hang there (luckily one of my computers still had 2020 installed, so I was able to open it and change it within 2 minutes). PSD also corrupted 5 of my recent files. Camera Raw sliders actually are annoying and Camera Raw does take a while to start, as does PSD.Overall, if there was a way to please make all the programs usable it would be great. I have not seen any improvement on any of the programs so far and going back means re-installing all the 2020 programs, if there is a way.Thanks.

Recently, my computer has been overheating after I turn on my laptop, and I realized that the apps that I mentioned above (Title), which are CC Library, AdobeIPCBroker, CCXProcess, and Core Sync are causing this overheating. What do I do to stop this situation? I only have used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, by the way. I have not used any CC applications.

Hello, I'm receiving Adobe Creative Cloud for Photography newsletters in French. How can I change that to English (or even Dutch)?I already searched in several settings. Last week I filled in my prefered first and second language for e-mails in some settings (I don't know were anymore) but today I received again an e-mail in French. Can somebody tell me where I can change this? Thank you!Kind regards,Sofie

I purchased the Creative Suite 6 at a local store. I need to install it on a computer that doesn't have a CD drive, and I can't find my installation disc. I did register my purchase on Adobe.com, so my serial # is there. It looks like the download links for CS6 have been removed from the website (for trials etc.). There must be a download link somewhere, because after someone buys it online, don't they have the option of downloading it? I know that Adobe has discontinued this product but I'm in a bind. If someone could email me a link to a presumedly old download page, I'd appreciate it. I bought the "Design and Web Premium" package.Thanks,Karin
