Download & Install

Tengo windows7 y necesitaría instalar una version anterior de affer effect para que me funcione. Alguien me puede indicar dónde puedo descargarlo? Gracias. 

XD Will download but no other apps will. It keeps saying retry but fails everytime. What computer version or app is abosolutely needed and prepared to download these apps.

For everyone who has been having this most frustrating issue (I had it for months, was unable to get help from support after mulitple atttempts and finally a suggestion of 'buy a new computer'), my friend suggested a fix and for me, has worked. Hope this helps you as well. Windows 10 computer.  Created a new, local user account on my computer. Installed the Adobe Programs. When I open Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc, etc. I DO NOT USE the Creative Cloud Desktop App at all. Period. I close it, won't open it. Period.  So far, I've enjoyed a week of not being asked to sign in more than once, have never had a crash or any other issue. Hope this continues. Also, I hope this helps everyone. I probably should buy my friend a coffee or something.

I've done everything Adobe prescribes. I purchased the software, received 2 serial numbers (1 for each), and clicked the Download button. I now have 2 downloaded .dmg (Disk Image) files residing on my Mac. When I double-click on either of them, it presents me with a message stating that it wants to access my Downloads folder. When I try to click on OK (or Don't Allow), the buttons are ghosted and the message window remains (can't get rid of it). Needless to say, there is no further action possible. Is this an installer problem, or does the Mac not allow me to continue for some reason ?

When I try to download either the Creative Cloud or Adobe Premiere Pro, I get an error message. The error message says Creative Cloud.exe - System error The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. And when I press OK, another message pops up saying the same thing but instead of MSVCP140.dll was not found, it says VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. And when I try to reinstall it like it says, the same message pops up.

Ive changed my password 3 times and reinstalled the app and everytime it wont accept, why? 

I just saw this. What is the  Creative Cloud version of Photoshop CS6?

   Is my Adobe program compatible with Apples Catalina? I worry that if I change over to Catalina from  Mojave, this version of Adobe won't work. Any help here will be appreciated.Acrobat ProfessionalVersion: 12.Platform: MacOSSep 14, 2015

I have tried everything but I still can't start creative cloude. 

I'm having the same issue , install button on creative cloud isn't working at all. Can't download off browser as it redirects to creative cloud app. Using 2012 MacBook Pro OS Mojave 10.14.6 And personal creative cloud account . Creative cloud version 5.3.1.470

Is there any word on whether or not Abobe Cloud 2020 next year will still support Macs using Sierra or High Sierra (OS X 10.13.6)? I noticed Adobe Cloud typically supports the latest 3-4 versions of MAC OS. So currenlty the Adobe Cloud supports Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, and Catalina.  Apple has dropped OS updates for Macs that dont have a GPU with the Metal API for Mojave and up. This means people with Macs with older GPUs that dont have the Metal API and can't upgrade thier GPU, wont be able to update to Mojave and later. So I wanted to know if there was a time table for when Adobe would move on and go with Mojave and later, dropping support for Macs with Nvidia cards and other non Metal API cards? 

Adobe master collection CS5.5: I purchased the original MAC OS dvds a few years ago. I need to reinstall my OS as I mistakenly deleted a wall working older Adobe programs I had due to space constraints. I'd like to remain with Sierra 10.12 but am afraid that if I reinstall, the apps won't activate. Any tips and suggestions? Do I need to go to an earlier OS? I'm not concerned about whether there is support. I just want it to run. It has been registered with Adobe, but I've never installed or activated the CS 5.5 mastersuite yet. And Adobe won't apparently offer any CS support or suggestions. Where should I start and with which OS?Thank you for any help!

Hi there In need of some help...  I am getting a sync error on CC that doesnt allow me to download Prmiere Pro on MAC OS latest version of Catalina - this is a company Mac, that I have recently bought to home to work from home. I have tried a few things to no avail. I have disabled the firewall - no joy. I have disabled Anti-Virus software - no luck; and I have uninstalled and installed - no luck. I have been on a few of the foru threads, but one thing I cannot find on my Mac after insatll is the 'CoreSync' app/folder. This must be the reason, but what I cannot understand is how or why the installer does not install it. So my theory is that is the reason why I get the Error Code: 119, as evidenced below:     

I purchased adobe creative cloud for our business, and i read that you can download onto 2 devices but only use it on one computer at a time, however when my managing director has come to download its saying try or buy? but its only installed on one computer currently? can anyone help please! 

Ever sonce I unintsalled Adobe Acrobat reader with intenrion of replacing with Adobe Acrobat DC, I've had nothing but continual problems with my PC and a persistent dialogue box errors with C:\WINDOWS\System32\Textshaping.dll that I cannot get rid of, anits now interfereing with setting on my PC.  How do I fix this?  tried installing and uninstalling Creative Cloud as well and nothing helps. 

I get an error message when trying to install Indesign desktop app: "You don't have access to manage apps – permission from your IT administrator may be required to enable apps management."I am a freelance designer, so a manager as well. What should I do?

I have downloaded Adobe Creatvive Cloud repeatedly.  I have restarted my lagtop repeatly.  So far, when I start the Adobe Creative Cloud install, a browser tap opens. I sign in successfully.  I close the browser tab.  After that, nothing further happens.  Please advise.  Thanks.

I bought 2 apps one of them is okay but photoshop dose not download becuas erroe 403

A few days ago I had to reset my laptop, losing all the downloaded applications. I figured I would be able to reinstall adobe since I have a subscription that is renewed as of today. If I log in to my account (the one where the confirmation of the renewed subscription was sent to) I cannot find any existing subscription and am only able to download a trial version or buy the application. Can someone tell me how to find my subscription and download the applications I am already paying for?

I'm using mac andI'm trying to install After Effects but when I log in to creative cloud I can't find "apps" tab...the tab itself is missing!

I had a contract for a year as a student, from november i stopped paying, today i payed but i don`t have the products activated, i have to pay the months i didnt paid ?

I get documents that are legal and letter-sized and I save them as PDFs.  When I go to print them my adobe is not recognizing them as separate sizes. It is printing everything as letter-sized paper. This just started this month. I don't remember seeing any updates, any ideas?
