Download & Install

My apple computer is no longer compatible with updates from adobe PS and LR yet i am paying $10.99 per month  for something i cant use.   I spoke to adobe and they said i could download an older version and stop getting updates. Has anyone else been able to solve this problem ? I really cant afford a new computer.  

I recently created an adobe account to purchase adobe acrobat pro.  I called customer service because I had a question about my activating my key and  was transfered to a support for adobe acrobat pro.  He sent me an email to verify my email address, which was weird due to the fact that I had already verified it when I made my account.  https://adobeid.services.adobe.com/verify/en_US/9R2Y60M7XSSTDZA7ZNK4GRVAJCThis is the link I received.  I clicked it and typed in my password and got a code from +1(844)200-2305, which i typed in to verify my account.  He gave me another link to purchase the software, which is when i found all this suspicious.  I choose not type in the url he provided and instead purchased the software from elsewhere.  When i checked what sessions my account was logged into, for some reason I had a session logged in in India.  I quickly canceled the session and changed my password.  What is going on with Adobe.

I have been using the lightroom classic / photoshop ( photographers package ) on my aging Mac.  I can not use the cloud because my internet connection is too weak and expensive to be sending photos to the cloud.   That is why I only use Lightroom Classic.  My old Mac is dying, so I am replacing it with the Apple Macbook Pro, which Costco will ship next week.   Thinking ahead, about loading Classic on the Macbook Pro,  I only see Classic listed under "desktop".  Classic is not listed under mobil.  Does that mean the Macbook Pro will not run Lightroom Classic?  Thanks much.

Attemping to download trial version of Adobe Audition. My Reason AntiVirus is stops the download and flags it as "malicious."  Don't see solutions to this issue online.  Thanks.

I've renewed my account but unfortunately it hasn't updated on my computer. When on Lightroom through my computer, it says I have to renew it even though I already didn't and when I try to renew it, it says there's an errror. I've tried deleting and redown loading the app but it doesn't work. How could I fix this? It says Reference Code: SERVER_ERROR_DUP

Hi, I would like to subscribe to CC as a student. Thing is, I study at a UK university but live in Germany and my credit card is associated with my German address. When I go to check out, it only shows me German universities. What can I do to get the student subscription? Please and thank you! 

I have been granted a student license to all of the creative cloud apps for free, but I don't understand how I am able to download it. If I go to the Adobe site it asks me to start a free trial.

nothing seems to happen when i try to install this app. if tried directly and with the creative cloud app. nothing happens - not even an error message. does this app still exist?

Chat with the support agent, used creative cloud cleaner tool + restarting the PC to uninstall the file and is still there. Error message pops up whenever I tried uninstalling" PDapp.exe. application error.the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). click ok to close the application. " I need help urgently! I have my installation disc ready to reinstall but the file doesn't want to be removed no matter what I do! I need to access photoshop for work and now stuck with uninstalling the program. 😞

Can I use my Photshjop Elements 2019 on my Macbook air 2020 M1. It has been installed and the only thing I see is waht would you like to do, however I can not open it. Furthermore I do not get any indication that app is not opening.

Hallo, auf meinem PC sind Die Programme irgendwie doppelt und in unterschiedlichen Versionen installiert. muss das so sein, oder kann ich die ältere Vesion einfach deinstallieren? Und warum ist das überhaupt so? Ich habe sie nicht nocheinmal auf dem gleichen PC installiert. Oder werden sie mir doppelt angezeigt, weil ich sie auch schon auf meinem Laptop intsalliert hatte? Aber da sind sie schon lange wieder deinstalliert.... ich verstehe das nicht so recht... vielen Dank für eure Hilfe

Moin, wenn ich von Photoshop 2018 auf 2021 wechsel, muss ich dann die Version 2018 erst deinstallieren oder kann ich Photoshop 2021 nach dem Download einfach installieren?? Für eine kurze Info danke ich im Voraus Klaus

(only for the time being. because this main computer was broken.   Now i have following uped your advise to re-install it on my other computer. I have done this, but still it is IMPOSSIBLE to install this programm omn my main computer.   I get every time the same message please remove this programm from the other computer. I am trying to download my apps and creative cloud on my new macbook pro, and the website keeps giving me page not found. So how do I fix this issue in order to get my apps to download on my macbook pro.

WHEN I try to download I get a message MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll are not found,  How can I fix this? 

Newbie here...sorry for my ignorance.  I pay monthly for Adobe CC and it says my updates have been installed.  However, when I hope Photoshop CC it's stuck at version 2018.  I want version 22.1.1, especially for the sky replacement tool.  Can anyone help me?  

It all started with opening photoshop - requiring a serial code sent to my email account to log into Adobe, it would just keep asking me to verify my account by loading a browser page, signing me, meanwhile endless circle/loading. Then I use the AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool (as I couldnt uninstall the apps because I was now locked out of Adobe), now im trying to reinstall CC, and its doing the exact same thing it was when I was trying to sign in in the first place.  Ive tried disabling my antivirus and firewall, checking net connection etc, and I didnt need to manually fix HOST file. Any ideas on what else to do?Thanks

Keep getting "update failed" in CC 

I bought a few years ago the Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.  I thought I was going to spend more time editing my pictures but I never did.  Last year or so, an Adobe rep helped me to create a pdf file, but in doing so she asked me to uninstall the version in my computer and then she asked me to install a new version from Adobe which indicated free trial.  I then got a message last month that the use terms were changing and it was going to be cancelled.  I thought I could install my own program, but it is now allowing me now.  It keeps asking me to buy a monthly subscription.  I only want to change the document I have into a pdf file so that I can send it to everyone in my family.  I rarely use the program, so why do I need to buy a subscription when I paid several hundred dollars for the program itself.  Could you helop me please_

I bought illustrator and photoshop 6 days ago. I looked at my banking app and it says I made two payments on that day. I have them both installed on my laptop. When I click on them however it says that my trial has ended and I need to buy them. I click on "buy". I fill out all my info again. click submit and it says I can't buy it because I already own it. I have repeated this cycle many times and I do not know what to do.

Right click on the adobe creative cloud icon in taskbar nothing happens, this is normal? I am Brazilian, sorry for my bad english, thank you in advance! 

HelloAfter using a  "AVAST" Application ( "Cleaning UP" and "UNINSTALL" programs , it seems that it caused some files to be deleted by mistake )..All Adobe Applications in my PC were disappeared from the desktop ( but still were found in the program files)  ,and when I tried to reinstall any Adobe Application from the CLOWD  the next ERROR  appearedRemark:  My PC Operation system is " Window 10" 301,Unable to install the product.Click Retry to download and install it again.  Please adviceThanksSam
