Hello Everyone,I have a problem with Adobe CC 2018 suite with Citrix Xenapp. Adobe CC 2018 applications are published applications published in the VDI session. When I want to start using Adobe illustrator CC 2018 or other adobe applications, for example Adobe illustrator application is taking focus over monitors and I can't switch between local applications from the taskbar. The issue occurs with one monitor or multiple monitors. It means that illustrator is opened on one monitor and some other application is on other monitor. At this moment it is not possible to switch between applications or work with other application on the other monitor.  so far we have found a workaround for this issue and that is the alt+tab combination. After using alt+tab than the issue is gone for the duration of the VDI session. New VDI session is repeating self.The environment is as follow:Xenapp 7.17 on server 2012 R2XenDesktop 7.17 on Windows 7 EnterpriseThinPC with Dual monitor.Has anyone have the

Hii, I am using i7 5th generation with 4Gb RAM. Now i need to install some Apps like Adobe illustrator, video edition & gogo live for myself. But their is an issue in installtion of these softwares. Need your support guidence.  Thank You![spam removed by moderator]

I try logging into my apps or desktop client using my .edu address. But it isn't giving me the option to pick Personal or Enterprise ID. It is just sending me straight to Enterprise login which doesn't work. How can I make Adobe show the option to use my Personal Account? 

i downgraded my premier pro to 14.6 but now i want to re-update thru Creative Cloud an error display pops up. says "save your work and close application". i already did and that also the ones in the troubleshoot area. done also using task options but adobe premier doesnt seem to end the process. what should i do? thank you so much for the help!

hello, I cannot install creative suite 3 on my computer, during the installation it asks me where the adobePDF.dll is located, I show it the path (I have previously placed it on the desktop) it continues installation then at the end it shows me that it could only install acrobat 8.0 pro and shared components all the rest is failing.   could you help me please   ps: it has already worked under Windows 10, on this computer but following a reinstallation of the os I cannot install it

Once Apple releases this Big Sur crappola, now my bleepin Adobe Creative Suite apps slow to a crawl, and of course, my Creative Suite App won't load. "Creative Cloud is taking Longer than Usual to Load...." . SHOCKER. I don't know why I do updates to the OS, it ALWAYS messes something up. Not only do we get to deal with the messed up finder windows, it's affecting our work apps. AWESOME!

There was an error when updated Photoshop to 22.1.1. An hour has pssed and it is still 'Canceling' should i be concerned?

I have the sales receipt, the 2 DVD's and the insert card with the redemption code on the back. It will not accept the code. This is an installation on a new iMac.  I have no idea as to what to do. The redemption code has 0 and O  and I and 1 in the code. I have tried using numbers and letters for those symbols as it is not clear on the insert whether they are numbers are letters. I have the original receipt, DVDs and box from Staples. Purchase was made on 07/18/20.

I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud on iOS and the installer crashes when it gets about halfway through, does it every time. How do I fix this?

I have the Elements disk and serial from the boxed copy I bought a couple years ago.I want to install it on my new computer but I don't have a DVD drive.  The Adobe website only has options to download Elements 2020 and 2021. and it says they don't carry downloads for older apps. How can I download and use my copy of Elements 2018? Thanks 

I have no access to premeire pro yet the are withdrawing money from my bank account. The help center is terrible. How do I contact a representative of adobe??? The "start now" chat link just takes me back to the help center page. It's all a circle, there's no email. no phone number?? What's going onnnn?!

My adobe account keeps signing out, which results in the application that I have open closing - thankfully it always asks me if I want to save my work, but it’s not ideal when I'm in the middle of something for a client. It was only happening once every so often, but now it seems to be happening every couple of hours. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and tried a number of different other things to try and stop this, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a similar problem and no of any way to resolve this? I know when it's going to do it as well because my whole computer slows to a grinding halt. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

I thought i had cancelled a free trial but i've been notified of a payment issue. I havent used anything and it wont let me cancel unless i pay but i don't want to/can't pay...is there anything i can do?

I tried to install Ps on Desktop via CC. The installation failed. I did not get any error code. The lightroom is working. If I can't get Ps installed and run on my PC, the subscription is useless to me. 

I am replacing my failing C: drive with a new HDD but, because Window 10 is unstable/corrupted, cloning isn't a good idea. I will have a fresh installation but as far as I can tell only Windows was effected. Is it possible to move other large C: drive programs like PS to the new one via cloning or something similar? Is it a bad idea? Thanks your your help.

Hi there! I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro M1. I'm reinstalling all my adobe apps so I can get to work. However, the applications needed to delete the app (if you ever were to do that) are showing up in my launchpad. The most recently installed app replaces the one before that, but it will stay there. Is there any way to remove it? I couldn't find anything online.

It offers a free trial and the biggest subscription. Only Photoshop and Illustrator should continue. I'm paying 50 euros now.

downloaded plugin from adobe exchange and it says acquired but when i install it i cant find where its gone...any help folks would be good...thanks
