Can't find my Add-on Comment Script

Hi, I onstalled the Add-On Comment Script.  I read the instructions : If it says successful, please read the ‘Where to Find it’ tab on the add-on homepage (click on Add-on name) which will tell you where you can find the product after it has been installedNow in where to find it, it says : Using this script is very easy.Download the zip file, extract the files (.php, .css, etc) you just need to upload the files you receive inside a directory then in any of the pages on site include the comments script: Well where exactly do I download the zip files ?  It doesn't say. Thanks if you can provide me with better instructions !

Shopify Blog Template

Hey gang, No idea if I am even in the right place. I am looking to set up a gallery template on a Shopify Blog for my online comics. It looks like they want me to insert it as code. Does Adobe have a way to make that happen? And is Dreamweaver the right place to start? Thanks so much for your help. Just when I think I get a handle on what I can do with the Cloud, I find out that there is a whole new area to explore. 😄 Kenny P.S. Paste in multiple selected lines

Hi, These's an option to select multiple lines of code in DW and type in all of them.If i try to paste (CTRL+V) it only does on one line.Is there a way to paste in ALL selected lines?Thanks!!!

Preprocessor problems

I am struggling setting up preprocessors.  I am new to Dreamweaver 2020 and following lessons in Dreanweaver Classroom in a book.  I have followed the instructions but the program is not creating a Sass folder.  If I manually create a Ssss folder in the root folder, the stylesheet files do not save  in the Sass folder.  I am minus the _base .scss file, as well. Could someone advise the solution?

PHP form is sending robot type responses on my form.

Lately I am getting a message every few days that is scrambled and likely robo-generated. Could my page be hacked or need updating to new php coding? tick box is wrong colour on mobile devices?

Hello, I am very new to JavaScript.  I am wondering if anyone can help me wrap my head around while Loops?? As an exercise I was reading about, it says:  A penny the 1st day, double the second day, until you reach $1,000,000. How many days will you work of course I know the math for this. But it states I have to do this as a while Loop and then print it to the document. How should I go about this?  is there a template I can use that would help me for this and similar problems?  Thanks and I hope to hear from someone soon!

prevent access to webpage by date and time

Is it possible to prevent someone from viewing the contents of the webpage (partial or full) until a certain date and time? For example, if i have a webpage with a link, but only want that link on the webpage to be viewed at a certain start date and time, is this possible? Thank you!

Dreamweaver Version 21.1 Crashing When Opening "Preferences"

As the title states, the software will crash when attempting to open "Preferences" Edit -> Preferences -> CRASH. It started happening after the latest update. I have already cleaned the temp files in the registry and resetting the Dreamweaver's systems preferences. Nothing seems to work. Can anyone expand on the issue, please? Thank you, Regards,Newton

Hello, I am a associate/junior Developer and I just updated the new version on dreamweaver. I am working on my website and updating a few of my pages. This is the challenge I am experiencing. Since the new update I can no longer use the old codes for uploading a video mp4 and put it up so I can refresh my website. I need help!! My computer's processor is 1.60 GHz, not 2 GHz, it is 32bit processor, and resolution is 1600 xm900 x 60 hertz. Can I run the current Dreamweaver and if not what version can I use on this computer?

Replacing a background banner

Hi can anyone tell me how to replace a background banner (the mountain pic)- just starting off. I have inspect it and see the image is saved as a url. How would I save a URL on a server? Format source code automatically removes blanks lines. Get that it makes code smaller...I'd like to learn how to keep the blank for code in development and readability sake.Under code formatting preferences can keeping blank line numbers be set?

Image Map for interactive neighborhood map

I am trying to create a web page with interactivity related to each "lot" on the map.  I have a Photoshop file with each lot as a layer, but slicing simply creates "squared" regions opposed to the exact shape of the lot. What is the best CC App to use for this (if any)?  Or...is this a Wordpress (that's what I'm using) Plugin that would be best used for this?  I hate that I have the layers already in existence, but can't just easily create hotspot maps from these 😕😕 (or at least, I don't know how).

Generate a pdf from HTML Code

Hi,The website I currently work on has a section where I need to send a schedule to customers.  I fill the fields (activity, start time, end time, etc..) and it generates a schedule.  Right now It sends this schedule as an HTML email.  It looks really nice, but my boss wants that is sends a PDF attachment instead.  I looked on the web for answers but couldn't find anything satisfying. Any ideas ? Thanks

Live View in Dreamweaver CC not functioning

I have Dreamweaver CC 2021 running and using xanpp local server with Apache and MySQL running. When I try to use Live View all I get is a blank/white window. When I preview the same file in a browser it displays properly.  Any solutions appreciated!

Word to Dreamweaver Problems

Hi, I'm using DW 21.1 on Mac' Big Sur OS.  I've always been able to copy and paste Word Files into DW with all their formatting, but now they are arriving as a little blank square that when clicked provides the following message: "Marked Invalid Because It Does Not Belong in the Tag Tha It's In.  Go The Code To Correct The Problem."   I looked at the code, but I'm not well versed in HTML and did not know what to do.  How can I correct this problem.   [MODERATOR REMOVED URL AND PHONE NUMBER]
