Template info outside html is locked = "true"

Here is my DW CSS5.5 template and I am unable to save the file as I should, even after inserting the above code within the <head>.  Upon validation within DW CSS5.5 I get that coding was added or changed outside the <html> tag, which I wonder how I could have done that. Interactive Canvas Navigation created in Animate, embedded in HTML5 page in Dreamweaver - functions properly in Firefox, but not Safari or Chrome

Are there compatibility issues with Canvas animations (that have interactivity like button links) working in Safari or Chrome?I'm running:Apple Safari Version 11.0.2 (12604.4.7.1.6) Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)Mozilla Firefox Version 57.0.4 (64-bit)The responsive HTML5 page is otherwise VERY simple. Animate generates an HTML page containing the Script in the header, and body onload command, the div containing the animations, and a separate .js file. Trouble Dragging Text

I'm working on a project in Dreamweaver, and sometimes I have trouble dragging selected text.Just now I had one css, html and javascript file open. The html and javascript worked fine if I selected some text and dragged it to a new position, but when I tried it on the css document the mouse changes to have the little box below it, but there was no text cursor moving with the mouse to show the place it would be "dropped" and when releasing the mouse the text didn't move to the new location.I tried closing and reopening the document, and that had no effect, but after a couple minutes it just started working again. I've noticed this happen before on and off, and it can be very frustrating, as I'm left with the option of hitting ctrl-x and then clicking where I want it, and hitting ctrl-v.If I remember right it seemed to start after the last major update, but I'm not certain of this.Is this a known issue? I wasn't able to find much about it post 2016.Any idea how I might fix it?Using versi

Querying same column twice in 1 SQL-statement

Dreamweaver 'Real-time Preview' and RtClck 'Open in Browser' Not Working

I have seen a couple of posts similar to this but I am unable to take any action to respond or clarify since they're closed so am opening a new question.I've also noted that one of the responses was saying that the person did not have a site defined which was causing the problem. Why should I need to have a site defined for it to work? Much of what I use DW for is for email marketing because the service we use at work unfortunately sucks for editing within their system, so I do it in DW with the color coding, etc., making the work much easier. I've always done this over the past 2 years at this job and the Real-time Preview has always worked for this. Not sure why it's not working now, but I really need that convenience when testing the email code. Can someone address? It's not working in Mozilla FF, Chrome or Safari, it just goes to the open app but does not generate a visual of the email.Thanks for any help. andor

Dreamweaver Suddenly stops connecting to host

Until yesterday, I haven't have any problems connecting to my websites through Dreamweaver. I have clients on several different hosts, and the problem is the same with all of them.Yesterday afternoon, I started getting server timeouts on a constant basis when trying to uploaded corrected pages to my server. By evening, the problem was to the point it was impossible to work.I checked out my internet speeds - OK. I then tested uploading files through the control panel on the server, worked fine, tried WS-ftp, no problem. Now today, I can't connect to any of my sites on any of the different servers through Dreamweaver. I am getting a different error message today than yesterday. Yesterday it was just connection timed out or connection lost, refresh and try again. Today, the error message is, "An FTP error occurred-cannot make connect to host.
