I have CS5 suite and Dreamweaver has stopped working.  It opens up and says Dreamweaver in the upper left hand corner like it is open but none of the other menu items are there.  All my other applications work in the suite.  Tried restarting and updating everything but still nothing.  Need help!

hello guys, I am having issue with the fonts, I try to link the font to google,i change the code is right , however when i move the cursor on top of the google link, the dreamweaver notify me that the image is missing.........Can anyone tell me what is going on?thanks

Many, many times, while working in the CSS designer panel, I will make an edit and then the entire properties pane goes blank.  I have to deselect the selector I was editing and reselect it.  Extremely annoying.Does anyone else experience this??Dreamweaver CC2107, latest update.Thanks in advance.J D ThomasThomaStudios

Switched to 2017 and switched back 2 hours later. I can't have classic ASP snippets in with HTML without it ruining the entire pages color highlighting as well as auto-complete. Only one of the many bugs of 2017. Back to the old version until Adobe gets their act together.

Hi there.As my heading says F12 or Ctr F12 Won't Work.I get this pageAny ideas folks?

This appears to be an intermittent bug, but it occurs often.Once the bug starts, If I make a change to a file in Dreamweaver then switch to a different application, Dreamweaver brings up the close file dialogue with the 'Don't Save', 'Cancel' and 'Save' options. Obviously this is quite dangerous, as you could easily select the wrong option while the other application is launching.Closing and reopening Dreamweaver seems to solve them problem.Has anyone else experienced this?Is there anything I can do about it?Thanks.

Hi everyone, I have been learning Dreamweaver CC 2017 for a while, which I find very powerful so far, but I have come across a rather annoying behavior. Basically, anytime I make a little change to the code in the editor, and then I click elsewhere on my desktop (Usually when I want to stop videotutorial playing on my left-side monitor), Dreamweaver asks me to save the changes. it is very annoying because it happens all the time, and I haven't found yet a useful option to fix this problem. Can anyone please help me with that? Thank you, Luke

After I installed Windows 10, I can't use a Dreamweaver. I am getting  a "Not Responding" message after every click.1. I removed a WinFileCache from DM CS6 and DM 9 configuration, like somebody suggested on this forum, but it didn't make any difference.2. I run SFC /SCANNOW as Administrator, but it didn't make any difference either.Pls help!

It's been like that for a long time, but finally it got to me. The dialog box that appears while connecting to the remote server is cropped. The functionality is not impacted, but it's annoying as heck. This happens regardless of the display/monitor/resolution you are using. This should be fixed.And DW often seems to crash on startup, but if you leave it alone for more than 30 seconds, it loads. Should also be fixed.Windows 10 Pro/DW 2017.5 (9878 Build).

For last few days I am searching how to open different PDF files in one embedded pdf window, on the same page.I want to use hyperlinks to open in an embedded pdf in html without changing the page. I would like to use it like that, when I click on hiperlink to pdf on the page to open one PDF file in embedded pdf and than when I click on a next hiperlink to open in the same embedded pdf on the same page.

Dreamweaver CS6 website hosted on GoDaddy.  After 7+ years of successful development, I can no longer "put" pages to the remote server. I receive a "same - not transferred" message.  I have rebuilt the cache, rebooted several times to clear memory, spent two hours on a chat with GoDaddy and done numerous successful tests on "Site>Manage Sites>Site Setup>Servers>BasicAll with no results.HELP PLEASE

I have had someone contact me about building a website with restaurant listings by category, with banner advertising to generate revenue. Possibly would also have an e-gift card feature.I have never done a site like this before and have lots of questions, mostly regarding legal liability. For instance, a restaurant owner may object to being listed, or if there is an online review feature may claim that a comment amounts to slander, etc. etc. Also, any e-gift card feature would obviously need to be worked out with the owners, and I sure as heck do not want to deal with this.I have never even dealt with advertisers on a website so am unsure about this as well.

I've installed the trial Dreamweaver CC to complement my Photoshop CC.Before I commit to an annual subscription I need to resolve the following problem which I see is often documented within this forum without satisfactory result.I extensively use the Bootstrap framework and intend to frequently use the insert->Bootstrap Components funciton.However, I continually receive the error message:'The component is not fully compatible with the current CSS/JS file(lower than v3.0). A new Bootstrap CSS/JS file will be created and linked from the document. Do you want to continue?'I have tried resetting preferences, toggled between live and design views and used varying links to different bootstrap css files but still this error message persists. If I choose to continue and insert the code it is inserted for a fraction of a second but quickly disappears.I have tried all the suggestions that appear in these forums but none seem to work for me on either PC computer or laptop - both have the same

Hello! I need to create a database for a website on ixwebhosting using MySQL and PhP. It needs to be an interactive database that can provide feedback on 150+ organizations and editable for future employees to update. To be more specific, it needs to be a webpage on the website. 1) Can I use DW to create such a database for php?2) Will the next person need to use DW to edit the database? If so will they specifically need my account?3) If I were to be drawing up a timeline for this project, could the first step be create the database using DW, then enter it to php, then lastly, connect the database table webpage to the website? OR do I need to synch DW to php first?

I'm working on my code for a temp page and I came up with the ever so fun error about special characters needing to be escaped. I know my first problem is trying to do this when I'm sick, but for the life of me I can't see where I haven't closed something. I'm sure it's staring me in the face but I blame the cold meds. Hi, I'm looking to put all my favorite insert items in the Favorites category, but the category is missing. However, in the Insert drop down menu "customize favorites" is shown and appears to work, but when I return to the insert panel it's not there, instead I have a DMXzone listing. I thought maybe the DMXzone extension was conflicting with favorites, so I disabled the extension from my system start up list. I restarted and attempted to customize my favorite list again in DW..no success. Does anybody know a solution? I searched for hours in adobe forums, google and found nothing. I reset my DW preferences as instructed and now everything is working again. NICE!
