[ templates / web design / themes ] -- can you please recommend a visual design that has the TITLE of the article, video, content, etc. AS THE FIRST THING YOU SEEnothing else should be at top* where are the best templates for that in photoshop? or other adobe products?

Hi,Please bear with me, am a TOTAL novice to dreamweaver, and this is my first post on the forum 😞I'm using 'bootstrap' with 'css' styling to create a website.After inserting a 'form' into a 'section' within css styling on a contact page, it affects the positioning of a 'div' that is also styled in css on the same page.The position of the 'div' on my index page, is centred and works fine.When I copy the code to the HTML page with the form in it, the contact page, the 'div' hangs to the left of the page. And obviously if I move the position within that page it alters the position on my index page.The above comments, may not make any sense, and you'll most probably need more information than I have provided, but I'm new to this and it's my first attempt at a website and dreamweaver.Really appreciate any help and patience in this matter.

I am ignorant about code.  I called Adobe support who first sent me a tutorial that would show me how to insert a piece of code given to me by Constant Contact that is supposed to provide a link to my archived newsletters on Constant Contact.  When the tutorial didn't help because I didn't know which insert options to choose, I called back and was told that there is a special problem inserting this kind of code so that it will provide a link.  I was referred to this forum service, as a possible way to find the expertise that would guide me in inserting the code properly.   Is there anyone who can help?Harris, unsophisticated in code and wanting to remain so

Hi,I already went through some tutorial regarding Artboards and i what to get some opinion regarding it best practice.I want to use the artboards for a website mockup and i also want to be able to export the assets to DW later on, using the extract panel.To copy and link objects across artboars i use smart objects.e..g i create a shape for my navbar and later transform it to smart object and copy to another artboard.In this way, when i change the smart object it changes in all teh artboards.SO far so good...The problem is that when I use the extract panel in DW, it does not "see" the interior of the smart object so all my element lack the right style properties Am I doing it "right", can i make DW see the interior of the smart object?Is there another way apart from using smart object to copy )and keep the objects linked) in Photoshop?

I am currently creating an app for Android and iphone to use google calendar in agenda mode. I'm making the app in dreamweaver. The issue that I have come across is that my Google Calendar works fine on Android, it does not work on iphone. The rest of the app works just fine on iphone. Does anyone have a solution or any information on this problem?

Bonjour,Depuis la dernière version de Windows 10 x64, téléchargée le 13/6/17, en ouvrant Adobe Dreamweaver CS 5.5, j'ai le message suivant : "XML parsing fatal error Invalid Document structure, line 1file  C: \users \jean \Appdata \Roaming \Adobe CS 5.5 \fr_FR\configuration \Workspace\Designer.xml"Puis une fenêtre me dit que le fichier en question est manquant ou n'a pu être lu et on me propose de charger une nouvelle configuration via Fenêtre  -> espace de travail.puis après avoir cliqué sur OK , on me dit que Adobe CS5.5 a cessé de fonctionner et que Windows recherche une solution puis un écran gris apparaît  et disparaît au bout de deux ou trois secondes.Il est donc impossible de charger la nouvelle config puisque le logiciel ne s'ouvre pas.j'ai cru à un problème de mon ordi et ai désinstallé Dreamweaver puis réinstaller l'ensemble mais le problème persiste de la même manière.Quelqu'un a-t-il une solution ?Note : Les autres logiciels de mon ordi fonctionnent normal

Suddenly I cannot change the BG color of my simple web page. I tried changing the external style sheet and then changing the style on the page code itself. No good. I thought it might be the browser cache but I checked the site on a neighbors computer and still the problem persists. I also cannot tile my background image all of a sudden. Did I flip some switch or something?

Suppose when i write a one line of code<img src = "img.jpg" />After writing code when i click that line of code, the whole code highlights in yellowish type of color! I want to change the color and make its highlighting color as that of Dreamweaver 17.0! This yellowish highlighting came from 17.1!

Dreamweaver CS6 Crashes when I open my Index.html file, but no other file.

As a few of you may be aware, Sitepoint recently conducted a survey on css, and the results can now be seen at -https://www.sitepoint.com/results-ultimate-css-survey-2017/There is a number of results that are inconsistent I found, some that either point to participants of the survey not answering honestly or maybe not fully understanding the question, and some that do not for me 'add up' when viewed with the results of other questions.Never the less, I thought a few of you may find the results interesting, and before anyone points it out, yes I was pleased to see that the number of people using flexbox for layouts was greater than those using Bootstrap, There is however a big BUT for that, in that this was a result that was inconstant with one or two other answers. So I am personally not placing too much significance on that, or reading anything into it more than, 'I hope it is true' .Also given that css variables and other w3c specs, that enable a css coder to replace pre/post-process

Hi,Has anyone else experienced this issue? Updating colors alone by typing in new hex values is severely delayed. Then, it brings up this pop-up color picker and you sit there and watch as it slowly processes what you just typed until it fills in the color you commanded. - What is that all about?  - about 10 seconds for each variable of the six to "take".How are you handling this issue?

All of a sudden while using Dreamweaver CS 6 my site disappeared and I cannot figure out how to re-open it.  My screen looks like this:If I go to Site->Manage Sites they're all still there in the list, but I cannot figure out how to actually open one up so that I can work with it:Can anyone please help?Thanks-Brian

The latest 9878 build breaks the real time preview icon at the bottom right of an open window. I can still use F12 or CTRL F12 to call up the primary and secondary, but I like to test the real time previews on 5 browsers. I can go to File - Real Time Preview and get it from there. So far that seems to be the only thing that jumps out.

Hi There.I installed the new update just now.Once I did that, suddenly my testing server and sass compiler stopped working.I had a very specific configuration - I work with sass and testing server so on each save - the file compiles to cssand then put it into the server.Once I installed the new update - everything stoppoed working.So I had to roll back one version.Does any one know of this?Thanks!Guy

Version: Dreamweaver CC 2017.5OS: Windows 10In earlier versions of Dreamweaver (e.g. Dreamweaver CS6) I had the ability to do a keyboard shortcut for applying multiple CSS classes to selected text and used that shortcut dozens of times every day. With Dreamweaver CC it appears Adobe removed the ability to apply multiple classes with no real explanation to why.With new versions of Dreamweaver what is the easiest method of applying multiple classes to a tag?For example, if I wanted to apply two classes to a paragraph tag the easiest method I can come up with is to add a class attribute to the paragraph tag with the two classes I want to apply to that tag.In CS6 I could press Ctrl+Alt+C (my custom keyboard shortcut), type in the two classes I wanted and press Enter.
