Clicking on search and replace results no longer jumps to found text

After doing a site wide search and replace, Dreamweaver 2017.0.1 does not jump to the replaced text when clicking on any of the items in the Search summary. This worked in versions previous to 2017 and was very important. Anyone know a way to re-enable this or is it another bug in Dreamweaver?I'm on Windows 10 Home 64-bit, 16 GB RAM, running Dreamweaver 9346 build.

My dreamweaver takes more than 45 seconds to open one file. It is impossible to work.I love Dreamweaver but working in this way, I'll lost my job. I did all recomendations but the problem not solve.Someone have the same problem?I am think and cancel my subscription and use another program.

Adding dynamic text on image

I'm making a website for users where they can creat customize logos. For this I need a facility to add dynamic text from text boxes which the user will fill in and the text should then appear on the the selected image. Is there any way, say for Javascript, through which I can fulfill the above scenario? When inserting an image, dreamweaver is not giving me the option to choose frommy local site folder.  Usually a window comes up called select image source.  Insteadthe Tag Accessibly attribute window comes up. How can I get the option to choose from my local site folder? It was working before....Thanks so much

I use Dreamweaver CS6On my site, I have pages constructed with 3 frames : one at the top with the navigation menu and 2 frames under.I modified the top menu to add submenu. I used advanced CSS drop down menu light.But the submenu opens under the lower frame.I can't change all the pages and delete all the frames. Have you any solution ?

Using multiple forms and Database servers for photo ordering in Dreamweaver cc 2015

I am a professional photographer.I am attempting to achieve the followingOn the new site I am developing with Dreamweaver cc 2015, I am displaying photos for sale in a standard bootstrap carousel. When a viewer clicks on the photo, this in turn opens a popup browser with the photo and beside it a form containing a check list with order options, and a submit button. My intent is that when the viewer clicks whatever option and submits, that information is first stored on the server, and then presented back to the viewer listed and totaled in a neat page when the go to check out link is clicked. This checkout page, when the viewer press submit, sends an email to them and to me with their complete order.Whats the simplest and best way to go about achieving this cycle of events without having to load up an e commerce site? (there will be no actual transactions onsite)

Bin vor kurzem von CS6 umgestiegen und habe meine Zeit bisher hauptsächlich damit verbracht, die Oberfläche und Farben so zu gestalten, wie ich es wollte. Das ist soweit, wenngleich auch wenig umständlich bzw. ungewohnt, gelungen. Einen hätte ich aber noch: Die Menüs werden teilweise abgedunkelt bzw. der Kontrast zurückgefahren, wenn ich codiere.Ich finde leider weder in W10 noch im CC2017 "den richtigen Knopf", um das abzustellen und wäre deshalb um Hilfe dankbar!

Connecting to the host?

My connection to my GoDaddy host has always worked.  After 6 years, today it did not.  We tested to make sure the connection was there (thru Filezilla) which narrows the problem to Dreamweaver.  What has slipped?  We checked FTP # & password.  All fine.  Firewall down.  All the right boxes checked.  Supposedly no "updates" on my really old Dreamweaver program, CS3.  HELP!

Carousel Problem with Mac computer

I have a carousel at the top of my webpage. http://www.costaricababyboomers.com  It works fine on windows and chrome but does not "slide" on Mac computers. First thanks and I want everyone to know that I did search the forums and files and couldn't find this answer. I want to use an untouched image on a website as a banner. Dw Apply Source Formatting New Feature Request

Here is my pet peeve with Dw apply source formatting feature... when blank lines are added to create white space for readability the command deletes the extra lines. Customized white space is instantly removed from a users code. Here is my new feature request for apply source formatting... add a check box for retaining blank lines.The option to tidy up the tags and also the option to also keep white space preserves a users code look and feel for code in development. Saving a minimized copy for production is still an option.Like to see this new feature added to Dw Apply Source Formatting...

DW2017 - Worst Release Ever

I have been an avid dreamweaver user for a long time and this is the first version that I was ever forced to re-install the previous version.  And I am one that typically embraces change. The removal of code coloring was the largest issue for me.  Close second was the the removal of support for legacy ASP and the find and replace windows was the straw the broke the camel's back.  Stop removing things and changing them just to change them.  If you think something is better a different way then just implement an OPTION to have it both ways.qq

Removing background colour from my Google search bar

I have just input a google search bar into my website by copying the code over from an older version of the website (created by someone else). The search bar works fine, but the search bar itself and the search results have a purple background colour that I would like to remove. I've attached a picture to demonstrate the problem. I have checked the code, but cannot find this colour stated anywhere! Here is the code in case it helps (apologies - it's quite long!). Can anyone help me remove this colour? It seems like a very simple problem but I can't work it out at all! Dreamweaver 2017 problems

Having being so used to the reliable 2016 version of Dreamweaver I am now foxed by why 2017 is so poor. I have three primary issues which I cannot fathom howe to solve so if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Note I work in source code.1. When I add a new <a href= when I added the " I used to get the browse assist and popup for my files which was great. Now that's gone so I have to manually use the hyperlink method in design view. How can I get back to the browse assist?2. When I do a line break on the keyboard the cursor indents to halfway across the page. I want the line break to move cursor far right on to the new line. I cvannot seem to be able to do that. I have tried to set outdent code but ity does not respond.3. I found the errors check with green tick or red cross invaluable in 2016 as it found every single error in coding, such as a wrong > Now the 2017 errors checker is always a green tick and says I have no errors even if I make sure to create one. Its useless now

Anyone managed to get Brackets to open up with Firefox to show php pages?I've been using Chrome which works fine but would really like to have Firefox as the default.If i select 'Enable Experimental Live View' under 'File' it shows .html files in Firefox but asks for a base url  if I try and view a php file. I've put just about every string I can think of, like:http:/localhost/project_folder_name(this shows php files in Chrome - but not Firefox)So then I tried:http://127.0.0.1:59216/(this shows html files in Firefox but not php pages)http://localhost:59216/ (this shows html files in Firefox but not php pages)As much as I like Brackets it seems there might be a huge issue, by default it only works with the Chrome browser, what use is that. Looks like I might be on the move again trying to find a sensible bit of software.
