Dreamweaver

Hi there, I am certainly not a skilled HTML coder, but have been coding email blasts in Dreamweaver and then pasting the code into Constant Contact to send to our clients. I've run into an issue with only outlook users that the code spits out a floating <td> or </td> at the bottom of our emails. I found the source and fixed it up, but now everything is aligned left (even though I have it aligned center?). Updated to Dreamweaver 21.2 on Macbook Pro running BigSur.when trying to open dreamweaver it says I do not have permissions to open Adobe Dreamweaver 2021.I tried to change permissions etc with no avail..I ended up reverting to 21.1 and everything went back to working fine.Is there a fix for this?

Hi there, I've got an old website that is dated and is supposed to be dated (blackmetaldeath.com) as it's the gimmick. Now, it still works but there is always a pop up "Content on this page requires a newer version of Macromedia Flash Player. Do you want to download it now?". How can I stop this from happening for every visitor? There is no newer version (it's not even supported 🙂 and the website works fine without the update. So basically, this check should be switched off. Is this something I can put in de website itself? If yes, how? Thanks for thinking along! I really appreciate it! Floris

When i click new document and click html. Under framework nothing shows it. Its just blank. And when I click create nothing happens.

How do I get Dreamweaver to create MYSQLI and not MYSQL code? 

On desktop view the two content blocks display side-by-side. My computer crashed this morning and so after restarting I used CleanMyMac to do a clean and tidy.Now when I use the Real-time Previewer I get a blank screen in Safari and the 4 squares in the middle. With Mozilla I get a start screen!Does anyone know what has gone wrong?Any help greatly appreciated.

MODALwhen editing a page with modal, in live split view,it's the same site  based on a bootsrap template which works well on DW 2017 , but when i tried on DW 2021 don't...on my DW CC 2017 modal shows upon DW CC 2021 modal don't show uphave you had this problem , is there a fix?

Hi Preran I'm seeing questions about this in other community spaces.    According to this page, Dreamweaver is not ready for Win 11. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/windows-11.html   Monterey is hardly mentioned.  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos12-monterey-known-issues.html   Do we have a timeline for these updates yet?

I have an index.html containing two frames.   I can put the file for the first frame but when I try to put the file for the second frame nothing happens.   I don't have a lot of information beyond that because I'm just getting started and don't know what I'm doing at this point.   The files are: index.htmlindex_frame.shtml (will put)navpanel.html (will not put) Any rough ideas about what I might be doing wrong? 

Bonjour,j'ai un site composé de rollovers, quand le curseur de la souris passe au dessus de vignettes, l'image agrandie de ces vignettes apparait dans un zone de ma page crée par un calque. Mais je n'ai plus CS6 ou faire un calque était aisé, il suffisait de selectionner l'icone du calque dans la barre de tache, de mettre le curseur à l'emplacement d'un coin du calque , d'ppuyer sur la touche de la souris et sans la lacher de delimiter le calque qui apparaissait en bleu sur le dessin de la page. Avec la dernière version de Dreamweaver, dans insertion il n'y a plus les "calques"?...et depuis plusieurs mois je cherche désespérement comment retrouver mes calques.j'ai téléphoner à Adobe qui n'a pas pu m'aider car sans doute trop technique?. merci d'avance pour votre aide ou conseil.RolandPs : en pièce jointe, la photo du "calque" que je recherche dans la nouvelle version.

Hi all,when I try to save an image using the Extract-Panel, I get an network- or server error and it will not be saved in my files. What can I do?I'm using Dreamweaver 21.1 on a MacBookPro M1(2020) BigSur 11.6

Even though I selected "double-click to minimiize window" in the dock/system preferences, the window doesn't collapse to the bottom. It works for every other program except InDesign CC and Dreamweaver CC. I'm on amacOS Sierra.

Looking for suggestions please.After a very long break from Dreamweaver I am finding myself a little lost. Looking for an effective way to create a clean/blank interface with only two large buttons, both buttons/clickable areas to have:an image as backgroundtext insidemust have rollover state (and prefereably a brief animation during state change)both text and background image to change on rollover; or text invisible on Up/Initial state What methods/approaches do you suggest I follow?Thanks in advance.  

This will get your heads scratching...Ive been using DWW since 2011 to self finance, publish and maintain a small parish church website ( there are no other sites) . Main copy on the PC and back up portable copy on a laptop for use when on holiday so no weekly newsletters have been missed.Ive never had problems upgrading PCs til now. I have the original CD/serials etc. My portable has lost its copy and is old so I purchased a new 2 in 1 this week. On installing all ok until:  2FA and the inability to email Adobe as I used to, who would sort out all my problems quickly.  1.  The adobe id who purchased DW for us  has moved on so I am unable to use 2FA - I never needed it before.I would appreciate some help and direction on how to proceed. Keep safePeter
