Hi there. I have created a new package from the web interface console for the latest versions of PS, ID and ILUS. I plan to deploy these to our 100+ workstations via PDQ Deploy. I have a package for 2018 versions of adobe software thats worked fine for the last year or so. I copied the same steps to create the version for the 2021 versions so I know the deployment is working fine. When testing, The deployment gets 1.5h in, basically installs all the software and then suddenly fails. Looking at the Log, This is the reason for failing: 11/23/20 16:55:00:853 | [INFO] | 13832 | HDSetup | HDPIM | HDPIMSessionManager | | HDPIM | 224 | Exiting hdpimUnInstallProduct with status '0' 11/23/20 16:55:00:908 | [INFO] | 13832 | HDSetup | HDPIM | HDPIMDBHelper | | HDPIM | 2124 | Install Directory2 received from the DB(DBHelper) is C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe 11/23/20 16:55:00:908 | [INFO] | 13832 | HDSetup | HDPIM | ProductInfo | | HDPIM | 2124 | Install Directory r

Hello,I recently began having serious lagging issues with my CC programs and discovered that the Adobe folder that should be on my local drive was installing to my company network drive when I upgraded to the 2022 versions of An, Au and Ch. Our company network speeds are laughable and all working files and any associated program files have to be on my local drive. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programs from the CC Desktop, but it always puts the folder on the network drive. I can't seem to find a way to tell it where to install that folder. How can I do that as this is making Ch, An, and Au not function. Which is pretty much every program I need to use right now. Will just dragging the Adobe folder from the network drive to the location I want solve the issue?Any advice is appreciated.
Is it possible to disable access to Creative Cloud Files when using Creative Cloud software for Teams/Volume Licensing customers? We're considering moving to Creative Cloud subscriptsions instead of traditional licensing and the ability to turn this feature off would be the easiest way to comply with our company's security requirments. Thanks.
Long story short, we have some issues with trying to create a Team library in Adobe Creative Cloud. What I think I found was that we have Enterprise Licenses. You might be able to confirm… Just wanting to figure out what we need to do to get Team libraries set up so we can secure the design system we are using. It looks like it should be a feature that our licenses allow us to do, just not sure if there is a setting or something that needs changed or if a shared folder needs created. Not sure who managed that Admin of the Adobe License stuff at Cardinal. A couple of the links below start to show the idea of what we think we should be able to do. But we don’t have access or cant see some of the options that are visible in these demos or documentation. Not sure who the right person is to start with on this kind of thing, sorry. If you think this might be someone else or if we should go ask the vendor I am open to anything! Just need some help &#
Hello everyone, I'm an academic employee and I have a school account to Adobe. The only Adobe product that I use on a daily basis is the Acrobat pdf reader. Since some weeks ago, I'm constantly receiving emails from "account-noreply@adobe.com", and the emails contain the following: Your verification code is: xxxxxx If you did not request this, please contact us immediately. Thanks,Adobe I receive these emails every day, 2 or 3 times a day. I don't know why I'm receiving them and how to stop them. Anybody knows what is it about? I contacted my IT department and they don't know why this is happening.
Greetings,I'm trying to deploy the SDL package I created in our Admin Console to some Windows machines in our labs. I've been following the Adobe documentation to the T. The installation package is hosted on a network server. The installation goes fine, and all the apps get installed, then at the last minute just before it completes, it performs a complete rollback and removes everything. If I login and run the same network-hosted installer, it runs and completes perfectly. I've ruled out any permissions issues on the share (I though initally maybe the installation process was wanting to write something back to the installer directory before it would complete). I get the exact same results whether running the Adobe recommended setup.exe - setup.exe --silent --ADOBEINSTALLDIR="C:\InstallDir" --INSTALLLANGUAGE=fr_CAOR running the MSI via an msiexec command:msiexec /x "PATH TO MSI" /qnSilently uninstalling CC from the same network-based location ru
I cannot install Acrobat Pro (64-bit, Win 10 Enterprise) on my computer via Creative Cloud. Tested to install via https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/tools/ > Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but it only displays a grey page, with a line drawing of a computer, stating that Acrobat DC is being installed.,, and then Reader is launched. So what happened to Pro? 🙂 I have Adobe Acribat Reader installed already - Is this causing the problem? Should you not be able to have both Pro and Reader installed on your PC? I have repaired the Creative Cloud via the uninstall.zip file which did not help at all. Illustrator and Photoshop could be installed without any issues. So what have I missed regarding Pro?
Hi, I am trying to deploy Adobe CC 2018 using MSI file via MS Intune. It fails to install with this error message: Fatal error during installation (0x80070643) Has someone successfully managed to deploy Adobe CC 2018 via MS Intune? Thanks [Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome] [Moved from generic Cloud/Setup forum to the Deployment forum... Mod]
Hi!I Cannot install Creative Cloud (CC) with Microsoft intune. I get a error code that says: Fatal error. Is it possible to get a Singel MSI file that we can use to install this? The Packager solution you offer works for SCCM but not for Intune. Or do you have another solution for this problem?
Has anyone had any luck with installing the Creative Cloud Desktop App through InTune? I am trying to install the CC Desktop App as a required app in InTune. After creating the package with the IntuneWinAppUtil, I end up with a 400MB package. The install fails with error 0x87D300C9. I have increased the timeout and have made small changes but the install always fails. Is there a way to automate this install through InTune? I dont want to leave it to the user to browse to the enterprise site and download and install the Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe. Thanks in advance.
Hello, Are there any guides on how to package up the CC desktop app in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager? I'm just trying to get the CC desktop app on user laptops so that they can download whatever they need (or is available to them from their license). I've tried setting up the msi install file into the Windows MSI line-of-business app, which creates fine but then installs with a generic Windows error. This is to be expected as there are other files and folders alongside the msi file that are included in the zipped file you can download from Adobe. Thanks in advance!
Hi all, Was wondering if someone can help. Im struggling to install Prem Pro (which I have downloaded from Adobe admin console) via intune. Keeps failing! Has anyone managed to install Prem Pro via intune before? Thanks in advance!

On January 13th we upgraded our Adobe Account to be a 'Business Account' with 2 licenses. Originally paying $76.99 per month, to now $232 per month. Now we don't have access to anything!!!!!! The Adobe support has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I have had them on the phone over and over. I had one Adobe support lady on the phone while she was working remotely on my computer and still she couldn't resolve the issue, AFTER 1 HOUR! How is it that you upgrade and then lose access to all apps!? All it says, is 'try' and 'buy' beside each app? Each time I try to load the app I can't, because I have to buy it!? Beyond frustrating!! The last thing the Adobe Support person said was that "we need to push the apps to be manually available" whatever that means!? 4 days later... and still nothing! We are trying to run a business!? Absolute worst customer service experience of any company!
I am the organisation administrator, and one of my users has a changed name and thus email address after marriage. I have tried changing these details via the CSV upload but it fails. I don't want to remove her account and create new because she will lose documents. Please help
You spoke; we listened! Have you found Domain Claim and Single Sign-On (SSO) setup tedious and unintuitive? We have some good news for you. Over the course of the past few months, we’ve been hard at work developing new SSO and user provisioning options that work for our customers’ identity ecosystems. We’re happy to announce that starting today, enterprise customers deploying Adobe products for the first time can now significantly reduce time to configure, test, and deploy with our newly released Azure AD Federation and Sync and Google Federation and Sync integrations, available in the Adobe Admin Console. These integrations simplify the setup process, provide quicker enablement of end users to access Adobe products via Federated ID (SSO), reduce the complexity and time of claiming domains, set up SSO, and import users into the Admin Console. Pilots have shown that with the Azure AD and Google Federation connectors, a process that used to take up to a few weeks of configuration
I received a message I should renew my subscription but I already did that a few weeks ago. Please advice: is this SPAM? And how do I get in contact with someone from the support team instead of this way.
We are a non-profit interested in the Creative Cloud Pro software. We currently have 2 - 3 possible users that will most likely not use it simultaneously. Do we need to purchase 2 licenses (at $80 each) or can 3 users use 1 license. Thank youBeth MFreedom Hill Horse Rescue
Last update Creative Cloud Services app removes ability to install older version apps lower than CC 2021 - this is noncence. Valid customers can't install older versions apps even using templates from barely working web admin console. Adobe support can't provide any pached older software standalone installers, ex. Illustrator 24.2.X and so one. I have 'All applications' subscription plan, so I need to ask every time 24 hours download link for all 30+ apps and keep this installers somewhere for all versions cc2013-2020? And where I can get _patched_ versions of these apps?Right now customers must use torrents to download software they pay for - what's the point to pay for a subscription then?I think this MUST be corrected, at least for admin console templates.
where do you open a ticket with Adobe Support Tech for paid-for support within the Abobe Admin Console? (I see where to post within the support comunity for user to user support, but I'm seeing where I can post directly to a Adobe Support Tech instead)
Hello, I have 4 licenses, but I am only using 2, will Adobe charge me for the 4 licenses or for the ones I am using. Please let me know is important because that is a difference of $400 in pricing that I want to stop paying. Thank you very much for the response
