How can you turn off the Activation emails that are sent to the users? Our users are set up so that they don't need to login to access their license. This is only causing confusion with my users. 

I'm in the process of creating software restriction policies (via GPO) on all our company computers, but when enabled the Creative Cloud Desktop now seems to not want to get past "Loading Creative Cloud".By default our policy is to not allow the user to run software unless explicitly whitelisted by us. Switching between different user accounts in the CC application should become easier and more comfortable. The profiles of different users on that computer should be saved in the application (and Adobe website) so we can quickly switch between them. Services like Google, Gmail, Playstation, Windows, Office, Chrome, Twitter and others all show the same practices how to solve that - see attached mockup.

I am on Adobe Sign Pro free trial. I don't see Digital Signature option under Signature Fields. According to: Use digital signatures (adobe.com).  It says The admin needs to enable it under Account > Account Settings > Digital Signatures. But our admin console doesn’t have account setting option. Maybe because we only have the trial version? Just want to make sure the paid version does have Digital Signature option so our user can request digital signature. Thanks

I am a university student who joined the adobe creative cloud all apps plan. Whenever I try to open an application like Aftereffects, Illustrator or any other this pop up shows up. I even talked to customer support and they couldn't help either.  

Hi, I work for an organization where they gave the creative cloud account. I want to pause the sync of them & want to do my personal works on that during weekends. Later after finishing up the work. I just want to re enable the sync but it should be completely non traceable of my previous personal works. Ps. This is macbook they gave for working.

As a "thank you" to loyal customers paying for subscription for years you get nothing. However new customers who have not yet invested a dime to Adobe's services get 40% off the first year. I don't think this is fair and makes me feel like you don't value your existing customers and only want to hoard new ones.

I am trying to move my projects through from Personal Profile to Business profile and cannot seem to find the Get Link button on the top of the list. It only has a share button which opens a modal to share the projects with people  while i want to move them onto my Business Profile. I followed the steps as it says at the adobe page but i am stuck at step 3. Can you help?

I have an enterprise account associated with a specific employee's e-mail address. That employee was terminated. I attempted to reset the account's password, to access the account. However, the MFA associated with the account is tied to the terminated employee's cell phone.  Is there some way to reset the password without access to that cell phone? Thanks in advance.

When I try to open any apllication it says " Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator." I couldn't figure it out why. I deleted all of the Adobe Files and installed again. But it still giving the same error. Can you please help me?

Adobe randomly added a "personal" account to our main account. I reached out twice to make sure we didnt have to do anything with it and was told it was fine.... then it expired and now all my CC libraries and cloud docs are locked to the wrong account. I'm being told to manually move them, but we have over 100+ files.. Does anyone know a way to move these faster than one by one? Honestly a little dissapointed in adobe for dropping the ball here...

Hi, i have a problem with synchronizing in adobe CC. It says i cant synchronize because some of the files are open, but they arent, i dont have one file linked to that file open, and no other adoeb programs are open accept CC.Help...!Anyone else who has had this problem?

According to a recent chat with the Adobe Twitter team, I have 2 active teams accounts under the same email address and also individual plans. I must admit, the online Adobe dashboard confuses me. I'm hoping someone from Adobe can help me understand what's going on here and why I have multiple plans. I get a different story from the live chat help every time I speak with them and never seem to get anywhere.

Allerdings wird das Abo nicht - wie verkündet - automatisch verlängert und es scheint nach wie vor die Meldung "Die Zahlung Ihrer Lizenzen ist überfällig" auf.Was kann ich noch tun? Hi all   I have a license through work, administrated by my Director.   I'm getting a payment error but he says it's all paid, and in fact he and others have licenses which are all fine.   Any ideas as to what might be going wrong? I get the error signed into mh Personal profile which is what I always used, but not when I sign onto the company profile.   Only issue with that is, I can't use Adobe Sign through the company profile (another unsolved issue on here!) so I need access to my Personal profile.Thanks in advance for your help!

My creative cloud library is found on my personal account which is now unlicensed so I cannot access the library. If I renew my license, share the library (maybe export/import?) from the personal account to the business account, will I still have access to the library after the personal account loses its license?  Is library sharing permanent? Hello together, I am trying to install adobe creative cloud and the following error comes up: "The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose 'ok' to download the installer that matches your windows. Error code: 717.I have a fresh install of windows 11 enterprise and it has now internet explorer on it (I saw that this might be e requirement), is there a fix to this error? Thanks,Marius
