Hi,  CCLibrary use around 100% of my CPU on my Macbook Pro 16" (macOs Big Sur), no matters Premiere or any other Adobe application is running. The fans are running at max speed and it's draining the battery of my laptop very fast. Do you know how I can solde this serious issue ? Thanks,

I can't open none of my adobe apps, despite buying them all with the student plan using my school email. A small window pops up when I attem[t to opne them, asking me to purchase them, saying my trial has ended, but I already bought the apps. 

We have some employees that have Adobe Acrobat Pro yearly licenses that we renew. Also occasionaly we have users that need Acrobat for one or two months only.It would be logical and very helpful if we could easily add a user for one month here or there and not need to commit to a Yearly license and let the rest of the license sit unused for the other 11 months and pay for that!! Also this Admin console is not at all intuitive or simple. Sorely disapppointed as an IT Pro wanting to manage Adobe licenses and subscriptions.

Hello a pleasure, I would like to know why creative cloud when it is being installed on my mac Os Catalina 10.15.7 takes a long time to install and in the end it says to exit or repair and it is given to both and the error continues. if you could help me thanks.

I'm hoping someone may be able to assist me please.I use the 'Creative Cloud Files' to collaborate with the rest of my team, and have shared my files with them (library of photographs (hoping to use Bridge in the near future to tag with metadata), info graphics created in Illustrator, and documents using InDesign, also hoping to use InCopy in the near future.)The problem we are having, it's taking up too much storage space on my colleagues laptops, and causing them to operate slowly, so they've had to leave my shared files. Is there a way they can view / access the files via the CC website, without them also syncing to their laptops, or is there an alternative way I can share my files with them?Any help greatfully received. Two issues I'm facing. But background on our company first.Schools and residential homes for special needs children, we're talking anything form ADHD to sexual abuse cases. As such, we strictly ban the use of cloud services to safeguard the childrens information. Issue 1) The older Adobe allowed us to use the Exceptions Deployer to not need any cloud accounts. But the new one we were forced to migrate to is forcing the use of cloud accounts. Is there any way around this?While accounts for staff aren't an issue, it becomes an issue with the children as they often can't remember their own domain password, and having to resync Adobe with Active Directory everytime will be a never ending job!I came accross Feature Restriced Licencing which would get rid of the cloud aspect. Hello, We have Problems uploading the installation package from the Jamf distribution point server.Adobe presents me with a download tool that then downloads a folder with the "Compilation" and "Exceptions" folders inside, along with a .ccp file. The .pkg installer and uninstaller are in the "Build" folder, but when I take the .pkg installer and move it to the Jamf server it treats it as a folder instead of a file.That is, Adobe presents me with a package that my MacOS (no matter the version) recognizes as a pkg installation file, but when I pass it to the Jamf server it recognizes it as if it were a folder instead of a file. Which makes it unusable in Jamf. (the same thing happens when I upload it to Google Drive or download it on a Windows PC). Thanks

Hi Designer here,our customer uses Adobe Campaign (don't know if Classic or not) to send Newsletters out.They require from us, the designers, to deliver the newsletter as as ZIP File with HTML and Images.I have no experience with Campaign, am wondering what the best practice is to design and deliver what they require. Is there an Adobe product to create and deliver what they need? I've seen Spark mentioned(?), of course Dreamweaver can make newsletters (but it's been a long time since I've dabbled in HTML). Is there something simple/intuitive? Currently we have the Creative Cloud Plan, but if there's a software which isn't included in it, we could thoretically also get that.Thanks 

Content Blocks / Javascript in Adobe Campaign StandardI'm currently looking to implement Content blocks containing Javascript in several transactional emails. This is with the intention of replicating certain functionality across multiple transational emails for code re-use. I have seen several topics where other users have tried using Javascript within content blocks to iterate through product lists but havnt found anything about obtaining specific information sent across in those product lists. Hi, tour license has just been changed to enterprise and all the users are now signing in with their AD accounts. They were using the same accounts before we moved to enterprise, now everythign that they had stored in clous is no longer available. Is there a way to get the information back? Thank you

Hello all, A few months ago I bought a creative cloud subscription. I used it on my first computer for the time being, until now when I upgraded to a nicer PC. I downloaded creative cloud and signed in, but for some reason, I do not have access to the apps that I do on my other computer, although I'm on the same account. If someone could help me with this issue that'd be great.  Thanks

Its says on my student account that all of these apps are available on my plan, but as soon as i try to acess them only 4 of them becomes available

Hi guys, I was working in Premiere Pro as well as Photoshop when my accounts logged out of Creative Cloud EVERYWHERE at around 3:50 pm today. I tried logging for help requests and Adobe said that I did not have access. I logged out and back in again to see that my subscription was demoted to a trial version, and lost some of my CC files that I saved across Illusstrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, CC Fonts, et cetera. Has this happened to anyone else?

We have a users Windows PC that was running an old version of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and also had some Creative Cloud applications installed (Photoshop, Illustrator,...). This individual no longer needs the Creative Cloud applications so we have uninstalled everything, through the control panel as well as using the CC uninstaller. However, now we cannot launch Acrobat, all we get is a License Denied error from Creative Cloud. Any suggestions? Adobe enterprise help chat refuses to be helpful since the Acrobat volume license is "old." Thanks

So we had a situation where our VIP account expired...that is a long story I don't need to get into.  So we made a new TEAM account.  We added the licenses and were told we should be good.  Well, today is apparently the day that the old ones finally were cancelled.  Everyone was logged out.  They logged back in and for the most part everything worked.  Except Cloud Storage.  So now we have users who had stuff in cloud storage who are unable to access it.  Even if they login to the old account, they can't access any of the storage of what they had.As an Admin, I can see there there is storage used, I can see all of the Users Individual Folders.  However, I can't do anything with them. I just want to transfer them over to those same individuals on our new account.   Does anyone know how to do that?  Since when I talked with support, they sent me here to make this post. Thanks,Jeremy

Hi, I would like to use Adobe XD on an internal server for my enterprise.We aren't allowed to stock files on a cloud. Can we use Adobe and its share functionnalities on our own server ? We don't have yet a business suscription.
