hi i have registered an adobe production under our company email account , the email account also is primary admin on adobe teams ,   our company has 6 branches within the same region area , with different company names , but all under Group of companies ,   is it possible that i can use one adobe team account to manage the adobe production licenses for all the subsidiaries ?   if yes , any related documentation ? thanks

I have machines that have both Acrobat Pro and Reader installed.  Only some users have licences for Pro and only those are set to use Pro as default PDF application.Recently a whole bunch of machines where the Reader was set as the default app have forced the users to an Adobe sign in page and I can't stop it.Windows still has Reader as the default app so why is Pro kicking in like this. Anyone know how to resolve this without me having to uninstall Pro on these machines (which then breaks my desktop image standard)John

Hi,We have been using Adobe accounts until now. We have just moved to federated acocunts, using the same emails logins.I have removed my Adobe account, leaving just my federated account.When I log in to Acrobat Pro DC or cloud, I select work account, but it signs me in with the personal account (shows the blue icon, not orange).I have no license with personal adobe account anymore. How do I force it to use federated?I've tried clearing all the saved credentials.

I would really use support on the issue I am facing with the Illustrator program. I begun recieveing an error message while starting Illustrator on the computer "The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" and pressing open in Creative cloud did not start the program at all. I reinstalled Illustrator with the same result. I contacted my corporate IT department and all they could offer was a 2015 version. After installing it (not knowing which version it was) now I do not have the access to the applications in the Creative cloud at all. It says I need to contact the administrator, however, I just do not have that person listed in my profile and have no idea who it is (waiting still to recieve feedback from the IT department). I hoped that maybe there is someone here who could help me on the issues I am facing?Best regards, Joanna

Been using Creative Cloud for Teams for several years now; downloaded managed packages that the users can't install or update themselves via the packager and then the admin console. Have been placing them on a trusted network share and then installing them on the users computer - this has worked well since the beginning until one of our users machines wanted to update to Creative Cloud Desktop 5 (how or why it wanted to update is another topic). I downloaded CCD from the admin portal, moved it to our trusted install location, setup a test laptop (since I can't use a VM anymore) and tried to install - instant failure after instant failure. Spent a few days trying to figure it out, trying to get in touch with Adobe (who were not answering at all last week) and then finally got someone. We are using Adobe CC to teach a production-intensive summer workshop. All seven students have Adobe CC installed on their computer, and all seven students have access to the same plan through our university. We are trying to make sure that everyone can access a font called William Caslon. A few of us are able to find the font and activate it without any problems. Several students simply do not have the option to activate the typeface and it does not show up at all when they 'browse fonts' from the Adobe CC application. However, they are able to find that typeface if they search for it via Google. Unfortunately, the page that shows up in response to a Google search does not allow them to activate the font. This transcends operating system. Several students are using a Mac; others are using Windows. It's the weirdest thing.

Hi (In a secondary school) at the moment students have to log in to Adobe CC every time they log into Windows. If they don't then CC apps won't load obviously including Reader.  It is tiresome having to point this out to students more or less every lesson.  I really need a way for a script or an app to take the Windows login username and password, append the school domain and then use that to log in to Adobe CC automatically.. my technicians say this can't be done, I say surely this is happening worldwide in schools using CC and surely it can be!?Any advice greatly appreciated. Sam

Hello All, I'm seeing some issues with a number of packages on my internal Adobe Update Server. I have set-up IIS correctly with all of the module mappings etc. but still when running a "fresh" sync it has issues pulling down specific packages.   For example Photoshop (17.0.2.195) attached is the latest log file from the fresh sync. Error code 125 against them. It downloads the validation .xml file into the Product path but that's it. No .zip file or anything that resembles an installer.   Any ideas?

Can anyone tell me how do I go about submitting a correction with Adobe Spark? I am a piano teacher and I found an error in a template that I was using, attached you will see the before template and my after template in green. In the before PDF the white and black piano keys are not lined up correctly, I wanted to make sure this template is correct for the next person.  thanks

creative cloud app opens after every few minutes by itself and asks me to uninstall photoshop. I uninstalled/installed it multiple times but still, this reappears. this is annoying. please help  

How do I disable USAGE INFORMATION in the .msi? I have used the Wizard to turn off all online services but after I install it its not there under Preferences. It somehow reappears after I launch Reader DC a few times, the USAGE INFORMATION returns. Anyone know how to remove this in the Wizard so that it doesn't report the usage back to Adobe? I want this featured to be turned off at the time of install and not have to change this setting after install.Thanks!

Have team Subscription for 4 All apps & 1 Illustrator single app,ask customer service via live chat say can cancel 1 all apps & 1 single app,CS as re open chat when subscription left 1~2 days before renewal,but got delay until Adobe charges the credit card for new term,now Adobe just cancel whole Team (4 license) & 1 single app license.live chat missing, support case totally no people reply,only got email ask resubscription whole team again, reason cant cancel single license, only can cancel whole account license, but at Adobe website state owner(admin) can remove license.then what about the fees they just charges?they remove whole billing history, how to proof?please help, as the designer need use the software for work urgently.

Premiere, After Effects oder der Media Encoder brechen nach 1 % Installationsvorgang wieder ab.Woran könnte das liegen? Hello all, I'm confused.  If I look up "cost of Photoshop" I find an Adobe page that has Photoshop, and two versions of Lightroom for $10/month.If I log into my Creative Cloud Team account, the only option I can find to add Photoshop is the program itself for $34/month.  What am I missing here?  

My employer set up an enterprise account in March and I couldn't get Adobe CC working then. I went through support which was a waste of time but luckily I still had cs6 on my MacBook...Today, my Mac OS updated and I have lost CS6.I since tried installing CC and apps which I need for my work and nothing is happening. Adobe support were no help last time - is there anything I can do or should I just give up? Right now, Affinity looks a lot less trouble..
