Nobody at adobe support knows what they are doing, it's amazing this hasn't hit their bottom line and they haven't fixed it yet.  I guess when you own an industry, you can give terrible customer service.

At our school in the Netherlands, the students need to work at home till july. Will Abobe offer the same  (great) conditions for our students after May 31ste? I certainly hope so.    

Hi,   In relation to the new Terms of Use for Document Cloud storage that have been published on 16th April 2020, as an admin of our company team license using Adobe Acrobat DC, I understand we can now administer our users cloud data. But it's not clear to me how that is done. I have been through the 'adminconsole.adobe.com', 'documentcloud.adobe.com' and 'assets.adobe.com' pages but I can only see the administrator data. No way to access others other team members data.   PS. The email pre-warning of the new Terms of Use said we had accept the 'Terms of use' but my colleagues and I have not seen that.   PPS. Phoned support and not a happy experience. Passed round for 10-15 minutes then left on hold for 15 minutes.

I'm looking for written learning packets in PDF form that can be used for 11th and 12th grade high school students. Most of my students are from inner city schools where they don't have internet access and are only being handed out Chromebooks -- that can't install Adobe CC 2020. Is there anything out there or on the Adobe Learning site?

Hello, I am looking to implement SAML SSO between adobe and our Azure AD instance.  When going into adobe admin center, I go to settings but see no option for Identity.  Therefore I am unable to move forward with setting anything up.  Any idea why that setting is missing from my admin center?  I am system admin for our adobe instance.  We have Adobe Creative cloud as well as Adobe Acrobat standard. Thanks

Hello.Windows 10 Machine I am currently tasked with changing the prefrences for Acrobat.Currently when a user adds a comment to a PDF, the "author" is displayed as the username.I am asked to deploy a package / script to our enterprise that will change that to their Display Name.I found documentation that points to a few registry entries to get the desired effect, however, it is not giving me the expeted results. I have tried and tested multiple scenarios, but the short story is changing the registry entry located at Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2015\Annots\cPrefsbAlwaysUseIndent to 1 or 0 does not uncheck or check the GUI box associated with it.That setting is supposed to toggle the box that says "Always use Log-in Name for Author name".The key is changing and sticking after reboot/logging out and back into the OS. Source for info:  https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/PrefRef/Windows/Annots.html Any ideas?Is t

Hi Team Unable to access the adobe applications  on mac , its crashing or else its asking proxy credentails I have verified adobe updates and deleted the keychain , tried with adobe libary files deletedBut still the same issue 

Hi,   Not sure if it's by design or a bug in Remote Update Manager (RUM ). Installing Adobe apps on to a clean computer then running RUM . I've noticed after checking three times RUM will up date CCXP, AME, PPRO, DRMV, and Reader but won't update the other apps like PS until a user signs into Premiere and Photoshop. RUM logs "No new applicable Updates. Seems like all products are up-to-date."   Now run RUM again after a user has logged into the apps, it finds 13 Adobe updates.    Other info:- Adobe Shared Device Activation RUM: 2.4.0.2 On site AUSST server: 5.1.0.9 Windows 10 1909 x64 Ent   Has anyone else experienced this issue? How do you update all Adobe apps with RUM without the need to manually logging into Adode apps first? I'm trying to update everything after a computer has been re-installed with SCCM.     Thank you in advance.

Hi   Never happened before but when i try to assign a user a licens for Adobe Acrobat STD he never gets the email. But when i remove the licens he does indeed recieve a conformation. So the email address is working...partially.    I tried to remove the user completely and added him again. Same issue. Any help would be appreciated. What to do  ?    Thx

We have been offering our College students the free temporary access to Adobe products that has been organised by Adobe but have had several queries raised with our own IT department around Lightroom. Our Students can successfully log in and download the applications that are available but after installing Lightroom in particular they are prompted to log in again with a message that 'Access Denied' You do not have access to this service.This seems to be the only application students are having an issue with.  After searching around I have found this Your temporary license enables access to recent versions of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and more. Dear Sir,   for the Covid19 restriction I could not validate my admin VIP. It expired the 16 of april. How can i ask for extend it for another month? from the 4th of May the officie will open again and we will be able to adtivate the profile and the licence. I don't find a mail address to write for askind it. Thanks

Since the majority of schools across the US are closed, will the subscription end date of May 31st be extended? My school goes until June 25th and I am sure many other schools go later than May 31 as well.

HiMy desktop CC app keeps crashing meaning I cannpt download the new apps. This has been going on for several weeks, no amount of un-installing and reinstalling helps. I tried a session yesterday with Adobe controlling my machine but they were trying to get into the root directory which I didn't like as we have admin passwords on our macs due to security for our clients. Is there a place to download the new apps directly, I mean fully packaged files. Some links people have suggested are just an icon which then links to the CC desktop app, which then crashes as mentioned above. We use adobe for teams. There is an article suggesting to download adobe packager, but following the link doesn't take me to adobe packager, plus the advice is NOT to install adobe packager on a mac running any adobe apps! So more barriers. Any help would be great thanks 

All Adobe app (Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere, and etc) will not allow me to login in on any mobile iOS devices. On Mac OS, Windows, and even the browser on my mobile devices will allow me to login via Enterprise. I have tried multiple apps on my iPad Pro 12.9 and iPhone XR but the same result. Usually there's an option on windows to click the enterprise sign on then it will take me to my districts portal to sign in from there or I just enter my email then it takes me in from there. On iOS this doesn't happen instead I get stuck at this screen (Screenshot in post) with no progress no matter what I do. And the only option is adobe sign in then to input my email nothing else. Also I know my login is correct because I went to the browser to login into CC and it worked.I have uninstalled/reinstalled all the adobe apps multiple times along with make sure they have the lastest update. Signed out on other devices just to be sure but no success. Anything else I can do?

Publish online is not working for our adobe campus access during Covid. Adobe provides free student acces while a campus is closed because of covid. Our IT department of the campus arranged this for our students with adobe. They can use the apps now, but there is an error for publish online, it sais, this service is not available for your organisation right now. Does anyone know how to solve this?
