HiI cannot say any specific details on this forum, but I am currently making a design for a DVD package.I've looked through the user guide for Font Licensing and I am 90% sure that I'm allowed to use the fonts from Adobe.I'm still new to the industry, so I just want to be 100% sure that I am not violating any rules. The (Japanese) fonts I will be using are the following・DNP 秀英丸ゴ・FOT-ロダン ProN Sorry for the bad English Thanks in advance!

 Has anyone had this Error message before? ("Java Script is deactivated, activate and try again")I cant get any further when trying to log into my Applications. I dont have the Error, when I log into the CC Application Overview. For Premiere Pro it only shows a white screen, that closes the App when clicked away. 

Hello My Name is Anthony, I am a student from Highschool that has a subsrciption for Adobe Enterprise for Classes like Yearbook, Photography, and Graphic Design. I'm close friends with the person that is in charge of managing IT related things in the school district and I wanted to go out of my way to seek help for adobe problems We've been having since the 2020 suite of apps need creative cloud to use now.   The first problem I watnt to bring up in this post thread is Adobe Suite Applications. So When they add students within a team they can only apply Spark K through 12 and not the rest of the adobe suite of apps not sure why but we can only give that to the students though they can open other adobe creative cloud applications without any problem.   Adding to this Adobe Enterprise Problem is they paid for 100 accounts slots for their adobe enterprise but when you register a student as a user it counts as a free account and not sure why the case is that since they bought ent

We would like o know whether an Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional license can be installed on a Remote Desktop Server, and whether we can apply software access restrictions to manage the number of licenses we require.  For example, if we apply Software Access Restriction to a group of 5 users, can we purchase 5 licenses even though 10 users operate on the server.  Access Restrictions means the user cannot see or open the application. There are different license types also, from Retail to Volume License.  Would be good to confirm what license is required for Remote Desktop / Terminal Services.

We upgraded from Adobe XI to Adobe Acrobat DC.  Now the Print to PDF is missing in Office 2016.  All the add-ins are there.  They have been removed, reinstalled.  Registry settings are correct as well.

In the AUSST installation video, Karl mentions that AUSST can be installed on Mac, Windows, or Linux. Does anyone have any idea of how this is done? I have pulled the python scripts from the Mac package and attempted to run them, but have had no luck in doing so.

Hello, as a new user I have a few questions about Team cloud storage. I am not sure if the team licence suits our needs.Each team licence has 100GB storage. Let’s say we have 5 team licences.1) Each of this 100GBs are separated per seat (licence), or as an administrator can I manage 500GB storage?2) Can active users (seats) access and use the whole 500GB storage or only their 100GB and shared folders of others seats?3) Is the 100GB storage quota bounded with concrete team licence or with the Adobe ID of assigned user?4) Can active user access shared folders and files of the team users that has their licences unassigned? Hi, Within our organisation I am responsible for the monthly patching. I am looking to understand better if our current method is correct. We have SCCM Current Branch 1910 and SCUP 5.00. Monthly I:Import from the SCUP catalogue and publish full content the latest Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader DC and Flash updates.These are then Syncronised with SCCM and added to the monthly deployment package.At the end of the month we have a Master Patch package for Adobe Acrobat DC and Reader DC. the patches are then mandatory installs. However I have been seeing a number of failures recently, around older versions being an issue and not installing. What I would like to know is if the monthly Adobe updates are cumulative, so I can simply update the deployed update monthly, rather than having each version having to install in order, which seems to be causing us an issue at present. Thanks for any advice.

Hi i am rolling out adobe CC app and named accounts in our environment in next few months. I have noticed even if i dont assign a user any products, all creative cloud apps shows "Included in your subscription"Please see attached example - Mark has no app access assigned to his IDIt deceives the customer as they can install it and then prompted for trial. I think it would be helpfull if the product app defines them as "NOT included in your subscription" as i am logging in with Adobe ID anyways  

We have a small marketing team that just consists of five employees: manager, graphic designer (me), video support, social media, and marketing assistant. We all had iMacs with CS6 and a shared server for file storage and sharing. However, I moved to Creative Cloud when I got a new iMac in 2018. This has created a number of issues:Despite having CC, I had to download the old versions of the Adobe apps in order to stay compatible with my coworkers.Since the newer macOS do not support the older versions of Adobe apps, I have to stay on High Sierra, which is older than my iMac.My newer iMac has passed up our server for file storage which causes numerous and consistent errors when accessing and saving shared files on the server.Adobe no longer supports CS6 and no one will be able to do a software update until we all move to CC. I find myself thinking about how much money my new iMac cost our company and yet I am not able to use it to it's full capabilities since I have to continu

Greetings and apologies if this is addressed/answered somewhere else but I could not find it. I need to update the Creative Cloud application itself...not the applications that live under that umbrella. Adobe Remote Update does not appear to do this so firing off a terminal command to run Remote Update Manager doesn't do it. This is not for myself, I know about the Preference to keep it updated on my Mac...I'm talking about supporting the 100+ of our users with this application...I need a way en masse to push a terminal command via ARD for this to happen. We do not have our users logging into CC on their own as it mucks up the machine based licensing.Other than creating an installer for the latest version and pushing it to each Mac, any other way to do this? Am I missing something obvious? I have updated to MacOS Catalina, version 10.15.2. Now my Adobe Photoshop does not work. I am asked to update the software but I am not successful. I am trying to uninstall Adobe CC but only get an instruction that the software needs to be updated which I do not succeed ???

I have been running Creative Cloud for many years, but in the last few months, if I try to launch the CC Desktop app, it stays blank.  I've ignored it because I can still get at all the programs, but now I want to install something I hadn't installed, and I should probably update everything.  I've tried repairing, uninstalling (using the cleaner from Adobe vs from the Unistall programs, since other programs apparently are still using it, and it can't uninstall that way).  I've confirmed my Adobe account is fully filled out with using no odd characters.  I've renamed or even deleted the OOBE folder.  I don't know what else to do.  I don't want to take the time to remove every program and try totally reinstalling everything Adobe...     Running Windows 10, fully up to date.  CC - whatever up-to-date version it is -- Enterprise version.  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Hi there.I've been asked to look into the possibilities of getting Adobe CC to our school. Our local reseller offers the purchase of 25 licenses but I'm told that it's device license, and any installations would be bound to that specific device. My question (or challenge if you will) is that the way our school works it means that the devices might change 2-3 times throughout the year. Is it possible to "unbind" a license from a device to install/activate it on another? Best regardsJesper

Guten Tag,Ich bin ein Systemadministrator in einer Firma wir rund 50 Grafikrechner betreuen. Da unsere Firewall den Usern verhindert Änderungen an den Produktender Firewall vorzunehmen, suchen wir eine Möglichkeit um Photoshop von der Version 20.0.4 auf die Version 21.0.2 zu Updaten ohne uns manuell auf die Rechnerzu verbinden. Wir verwenden ein Softwaredeploymenttool, welches wir zum verteilen unserer nSoftware verwenden.Sobald wir dies aber tun sind 2 Versionen von Photoshop auf dem Client installiert. Das Updaten mit RUM wurde auch schon versucht,dieser aber findet keine Updates für jegliche Programme außer für Adobe Acrobat. Zusammenfassung:- Firewall verhindert Änderungen an den Produkten der Cloud von Seiten  des Users.- Updaten von Photoshop ohne RDP Verbindung oder sonstiges.- Wenn Photoshop verteilt wird, soll nur die neuste Version auf dem Client installiert sein.- Usereinstellungen (Pinsel, Profil etc.) sollen bei dem Update bestehen bleiben.

Our IT department has told us Freelancers can not use our inhouse equipment or software because of Adobe's strict End user agreement. Basically we cannot offer a workstation to a freelancer without breaking the legal agreement with Adobe.  Is this happening to anyone else or is it ligit that we cant provide an on premise workstation with out breaking the EULA? How are other agencies hiring out freelancers?

I was looking into buying adobe keychains and things online. I suddenly realized that there was a whole hoard of adobe program logo merchandise out there. I thought that was cool, and then I started wondering if you needed any permissions to use their logos to sell products like that. If so, I was wondering how to get in contact with someone to get said permissions.
