I'm running into an issue when attempting to publish any Adobe Acrobat Reader update. The SMS_ISV log shows the following errors:Catalog "Adobe" does not include content signing certificates, attempts to publish update content for updates from this catalog may be unsuccessful until content signing certificates are added and approved.Failed to publish update "241860f5-5d0b-4076-a841-a1a46687c3e6" due to missing update metadata.Under Certificates within ConfigManager I see two Adobe certs and both are unblocked but the issue remains. HI,i'm having a very difficult time installing CC apps when I move the installation files.  How can I move them to a USB drive? I have created a package, downloaded it and extracted it, but it won't work if I move the install files.thanks!

I Can't open acrobat, when I click on it, it asks me to sign in, when I sign in, it shows an option to continue, and I click on it, and it goes back to sign in again. And this happens over and over again.   What should I do? I tried to uninstall and install again, but the same thing happened.

I have a federated Adobe account that is tied to my enterprise login. If I use it on a Windows 10 computer, I can download and install all the apps that I want. When I try it on my Mac, I can download apps, but as a certain point in the installation it stalls or kicks me over to the Creative Cloud app that says, You don't have access to manage apps. Please see your IT administrator, which I did, but we have not got very far with fixing it yet. Why would  the apps download and install on Windows and not on MacOS Mojave? Any fixes for this? We have been using AWS workspaces and Adobe CC in our company for a few years without problems. Lately Adobe Creative Cloud Manager fails to update, and when that happens, inDesign freezes (both build 14 and 13). For the time being, the only workaround we have found (we publish 5 newspapers in this environment) is to kill inDesign from windows task manager, then close all Adobe apps and kill all adobe background processes. Then we re-open cloud manager, do not update, and close. After that we can re-open inDesign to work on pages. Amazon Workspaces uses Windows Server 2016 in the background, and provides a windows 10 experience for the user. I suspect there must be some new windows 10 features required behind the latest adobe updates (probably Windows Creators update or Universal Windows Platform) that are not present on windows server 2016, or maybe some Microsoft licensing issue. HiI'm trying to remove all our directory users but the checkbox next to their name is greyed out - this is in the Directory users list, not the normal users list which already has all the users removed.a I'm trying to remove our domain so I can switch to Azure SSO but can't until all these users are deleted from the Directory users list. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I'm looking for a way to make Adobe products available to our users in their Non-Persistent VDI environments.  Serialization and limiting access would have worked, but in the named user model its a struggle...Enter Enterprise licensing with SSO.  Perfect!  Except its not seamless SSO (so they have to login every time instead of autologging in with the logged in user's federated identity like other products)... Also it doesn't log the user out or make any changes to the 2 device rule which means every 3rd day they have to answer an extra prompt about signing out other computers.Is there anyway to make this work as it is now??Really Seamless SSO & an option to set an auto logoff for authenticated machines from the cloud side or even the installer side would make this work perfectly.  Assign users licenses, they auto activate when they log-in and auto deactivate on a schedule (or via script at logoff?).Its extremely frustrating to try everything in our power to lic

Is there a faster way to delete all of my directory users than manually 100 at a atime? I can't believe I have to do this 100 at a time for over 3000 users. Plus half the time it errors and i have to do it again.

You can now include Adobe Dimension when you a create Shared Device license package on the Admin Console. Using Adobe Dimension, your lab users can create product mockups, brand visualizations, packaging designs, and more with easy 3D tools.   You can update your existing packages to include Dimension or create a new package. And, then deploy this package to your lab computers. To create a shared device license package: Log into the Admin Console.  Navigate to Packages > Packages.  Click Create a package. For more, details see Create Shared Device License Packages.

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.

My installation package is installing on Sierra but not on the machine that are Mojave?   What can I do? 

I'm in an enterprise environment and I'm needing to Render Farm one user who will need it. My question is:Do I need a CC license for EVERY machine that assists this user? We are trying to Install Adobe Illustrator CC. After the installation it tells me that the "Adobe IPC Broker doesn't work". I figured out that this only happens if the user doesn't have local admin right. Is there a possible way to get it work without local admin right?

Hi TeamI have a question. I have a folder structure like /us/en and there are lot of subfolders under it and they are nested as well. I want to run a query to return results that are only under /us/en and i dont want to go deeper. How can i achieve this without writing java Code? Thanks

I hope some top managers at Adobe are reading this: Adobe Android apps are top of category under many aspects, however deployment in schools is very hard if not impossible.   We are starting to use Chromebooks in our school, and as you may know, these devices can run Android apps. Some apps are particularly suitable for a young audience, for instance Adobe Skecth. Problem is that each user is forced to sign in to Adobe Cloud before using the app.   As you may understand, a 5 years old student, not only will find it hard to navigate the initial subscription form, but it won't be allowed to subscribe at all, as for Adobe age restrictions policy. Why is that? Didn't Adobe think that young users could benefit from this app category?   There should be a huge change on this, as many Adobe Android apps are suitable for a very young audience and Adobe could hugely benefit from this, building a huge fidelity/retention user program for the future.   Don't forget that 60,000 s

Hi All, I have seen that there is user sync tool available in git hub for creating sync between adobe admin console and enterprise directory(AD), but while runing the tool from command promt then we are getting error :"UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x9d in position 819".   I wanted to know if there is a way to update all group membership data in adobe admin console using REST API or any other protocol using python or powershell.   Thanks in Advance.  

How do I configure LDAP on ADOBE so that users can be authenticated using LDAP ,  In the procedure given I seem not to get the steps on the Admin console . Our account is an Enterprise account.
