Hallo, wir haben 2 Gerätelizenzen. Die waren bisher auf 2 Windows-Maschinen zugewiesen. Ein Gerät davon haben wir jetzt deaktiviert in der Adminkonsole. Dann wollten wir diese Lizenz auf einem Mac aktivieren. Also mit dem CCP ein Paket generiert und installiert. Aber leider wird uns nur die Testversion angeboten, wenn wir zB. Photoshop starten. Auch ist das Gerät nicht unter den Geräten in der Adminkonsole. Das haben wir nun mehrfach wiederholt. Ohne Erfolg.Woran kann das liegen?Viele Grüße

I have created and installed a package (for mac) of all our products, when I start any one of applications it asks to  sign in.I understood that this wouldn't be required as I am licencing on a per machine basis.Have I missed something ?Many thanks

Hello,we deploy Acrobat Standard and professional as IT service provider for the public service in our environment 2017. It's about 220 clients in total. For many, the update must be made by the version XI.The deployment is performed with SCCM 2007 on Windows 7. The package now  consists of the installation files of version 1701130051 + the current patch version 1701130099. The installation is configured with the "Acrobat Customization Wizard DC", so via MST. The classic track licensing is performed with a volume license with the option "Grant Offline Exception".The installation in the package happens via a PowerShell script. I am trying to install on a desktop (and have done so successfully on seven other computers), and I keep getting a "trial has expired" error. ONLY ON Acrobat DC. InDesign and Photosho installed fine.Help!

So when I go onto the Adobe Licensing website to log in with my Adobe ID it says "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site." I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong; I even changed my password and it still won't let me log in. Do I need a separate account for the licensing or..? Please help.

I am trying to update just the creative cloud application on a few workstations. I've downloaded the app and deployed it through SCCM. It worked on my test machines, but none of the machines in my environment that have the creative cloud app installed will actually update. The install starts and then rolls back. It gives a 1603 message. This doesn't make any sense. I'm able to update Adobe Photoshop, but not the creative cloud app.  How can I deploy this through SCCM successfully?

Hello, I am an enterprise user trying to activate my license on a second device (running Windows 10). I have downloaded Creative Cloud and installed Premier all the way through, but every time I try to open Premier, instead of the "Open" option provided on my other device, it asks if I want to start a trial. When I hit "Start Trial", it tells me that I have started my 0-day trial and then gives me a prompt with configuration error 213:11. I have tried running the repair tool and un- and re-installing with no avail. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks.

Recently  23 computer with many adobe creative cloud products installed on it where deactivated (I don't now how) I would like to know if there are any way to activate those computers back again with out having to reinstall all  the package again. the computers are running windows 10. The licences are active and available.

After installing CC I get the below error when trying to run it.  Repair does not work.  I have used the removal tool and have gone through the registry to remote it and have reinstalled it and get the same result.

I'm in the process of moving a number of users from one VIP to another, so we only have one active. I've set up the admin of the defunct account as an admin on the combined one, however, he cant see it at all. Following the email link just takes him into his old account, and the new account isn't visible to him anywhere. We've run the process the other way, making me an admin of his account, and that worked fine. Any idea what's wrong?

HI All,I have 20 PCs which i have deployed Adobe CC to,I have created a serializer to activate them. The serializer works and activated the Adobe Apps but when the PC restarts, due to the configuration at my establishment, the OS refreshes and deletes all created files except predetermined Applications like AdobeCC. (Virtual PSs you find at colleges)Is there a way to run the Serializer as an administrator at system boot .Is there any script i can use?Thanks in Advance!

Is there an Adobe product that can convert C4, JEDMICS or CALS files to PDF?  The C4 files are blueprints so I need to be able to zoom and manipulate the image without distorting it.  I tried printing the image directly from the C4 file and save to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but it didn't work.  When I zoomed in on the image it distorted it. 

I am trying to determine who *really* uses Acrobat Pro (licensing wise) and would like to force a default association of PDF files with Reader DC instead, as a way to let our environment tools (bigfix, SCCM) determine who really fires up Pro for its features and therefore really needs it (otherwise once pro is associated with PDFs it will always preempt reader and open it first, which gives us false positives on actual usage of Pro). I know the manual ways to do file associations, possibly GPOs, but we would prefer a registry key we can push more controllably if possible... If there a key that lets you change default assignment of PDF files to open with Reader DC only (and remove Acrobat Pro as the default) - if there was we could push that to the entire environment group by group (better than GPO) which would be friendlier than uninstalling pro wholesale and see who really complains and needs it... I looked at HKCU\SOftware\classes,  open with.... HKLM\Software \classesHKEY_CLASS

I was told by our security team to upgrade the creative cloud application on all our managed pc's/mac's - its mostly been a huge headache (especially as I found the Adobe Remote Update Manager tool won't upgrade this for me), but I've finally finished a script that does the upgrade and I noticed that Creative Cloud Packager still builds packages with the old version.This is reference to the security bulletin posted here: Adobe Security Bulletin - says to upgrade to version 4.6.1 reading over it - it seems like a rather serious vulnerability (privileged escalation - basically the worst a vulnerability can be) - so I'm shocked that the Creative Cloud Packager is still building old versions .

I have to create a package of Adobe Acrobat 2017 with thinapp 5.2.3, but when I launch the virtual package (Acrobat 2017), the pop-up "the sign in required" appears.The licence is a "VolumeLicence".Before to create the package, I create a .mst with the application "Acrobat Customization Wizard", I allow "standalone Acrobat deployment with CCE serial", select "Suppress display of End User License Agreement (EULA)" and then I launch the application : any pop-up.Then I create a virtual package with ThinApp, but when I lauch the virtual application, the pop-up  "the sign in required" appears.Can you help me ?

Hi,I am deploying the Creative Cloud App in my enterprise using the self-service package (users can install adobe apps without admin permissions). The problem is that by default the apps that the user installs are installed in their userprofile. It's possible to change it manually in the app (for example to C:\Program Files(x86)) but I need to do this for all my users, without them having to do anything. Is it possible to change the install location in other ways? Like a registry key, config file or something else that I can easily deploy through Group Policies?From my understanding, using the setup.exe switch --ADOBEINSTALLDIR only installs the CC App in that location, right?The setting in the screenshot below is the one I want to change.We are deploying this on machines running Windows 10 x64.Thanks in advance,Robin

I am electronically signing a pdf but my email appears in the signature instead of my name how can I adjust this?

Using the adobe templates under packages in the admin console. I created a creative cloud desktop application package. I selected the option to allow"Allow non-admin to update and install apps". On the majority of comptuers this is working. Non admins are able to install and update Adobe programs fromthe creative cloud desktop. On some computers, randomly, this setting isn't honored and non-admin users are prompted for a computer account that has admin permissions.If I go to the configuration file, (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\Configs\ServiceConfig.xml) and change the value for "SelfServeInstalls" "true" to "false", save the file. Restart the computer, change the value back to "true" then sometimes the issue is resolved and non-admin users can installand updatesoftware. Trying to figure out why sometimes the setting is honored and sometimes it isn't.

I am curently looking at installing Adobe DC Standard on a virtual server and have a few questions. 1) This remote desktop environment is used by multiple users however not all of the users will require Adobe Standard is it possible to only license a portion of the total users.2) There is a possibility in the future that there will be a pool of remote desktops. multiple remote desktops (same environment) that users will be load balanced between. do i need to purchase a license for each user for each server? or can the one license be used regardless of what server they connect to?
