When sending out a form to be signed, is there a way to disallow the signer to delegate? Is it set on the admin level? Thank you.

Is there any documentation on how to get better control over how machine names appear in the list? I'm working with iMac systems mostly, with current MacOS installations, joined to a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) domain. I usually set the machine name in the System Preferences, Sharing control panel, and they appear consistently in AD. But there is much less consistency over how machine names end up appearing in the Adobe CC Admin Console. Sometimes, not often, a name completely different from what I assigned. I only know it's the machine in mind because it just showed up in the CC Console. Thanks in advance,David
Hello Everyone,I have a problem and were hoping you would be able to help. We had adobe creative cloud client installed manually by our IT admins. The problem that we are facing is that when there is a new version of adobe creative cloud, it stops working all together. Because they are not admins on the computer they are unable to update ACC. What is the best way to go about updating everyones without having our admins manually installing again. We do not want to give our users admin privileges. Thank You for your responses
Our MacOS graphic design lab was brand new last summer. I used the package creation tool and included all the desired apps plus the Creative Cloud Desktop Application, which was signed into MY Adobe ID for the last school year. This wasn't often problematic, but now I see it's better to leave that off the device license package build. So my new package for the fall of 2018 leaves that out.The existing lab machines were used for the 17-18 school year and updated a couple of times. I copied the install package (which included an uninstall package even though I didn't specifically ask for it) to each desktop of a local admin account. When I run the uninstaller package it completes in just a minute or two, but all the apps are still present. That seemed weird.I ran my Fall 2018 package anyway and it took a while, reporting success and showing the apps I'd selected. The Creative Cloud Desktop Application appears, but I can quit it, and the apps still run, though update option is greyed out
I can connect remotely with Citrix to open the server where my work files are archived. I can open all files except .indd, .psd, .ai, .eps - so anything that has been created with Creative Cloud apps. I have tried to "open with" but because the apps are not "on" my computer I can't navigate to the programs to show what to open these files with. I cannot even copy them and paste them in on my desktop. The icons for Creative Cloud files that I am seeing remotely are showing up as plain white pages, so I believe my computer doesn't know what they are. Anyone know a workaround for this?
I have never had a problem updating any program in CC until this week. Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC will not update now through the CC desktop app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud. Same problem..except that those two programs wouldn't even install using the CC app after being uninstalled. The CC desk top app itself updates, Illustrator CC updates, InDesign CC updates...but Photoshop CC and Acrobat DC do not. My install log indicates a 'manifest file cannot be downloaded'. This error happens after quite a few files have already been downloaded and extracted. Here is the error code summary:Exit Code: 113-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 3 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while downloadFATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while downloadFATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0All Version: 10.4.0.62).
Dear All,I have a problem a little different than I saw before in this forum.I can easily log in my own personal account. But my university account does not work. I keep getting "Another user is logged in" error whatever I do. I tried erasing my cookies, changing browser and computer!Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,Hamid
But you cannot download an Reader DC MSI anywhere. All of adobes links just point to an EXE.Please send me an MSI.
My admin at my university (we have an ETLA contract) ran the Adobe Serialization script in Terminal to license my installed Adobe CC software on my computer (with my Adobe ID). It works for most programs. However, those programs that I installed before and whose trial period is over are not licensed (in my case: Muse, Animate). I did a complete reinstall after running the Adobe CC Cleaner tool. No solution. I followed the advice at Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications . No solution.I contacted Adobe via chat. They recommended to use my university Adobe ID. But we don't have one (we have this ETLA contract) ...Somehow, the old installation information persists. Any help?
Hi all,We are using CC Packager to package up individual applications (Photoshop, InDesign etc) and are having trouble deploying the applications once packaged. To deploy, we are using SCCM 2012 and are deploying to Windows 7 x64 clients. It appears that the install begins on the client, then hangs, never to finish. We are running the MSI with the REBOOT=ReallySuppress and MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL=Disable commands, but with no luck. This has us really stumped. The applications seem to package fine, yet just won't install. If we manually run the installer, we can see it begin installing, then the progress bar goes backwards and the installation ends without displaying any sort of message. Also, as an FYI, we have followed this guide closely in our attempts: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/deploying-packages-sccm.htmlHas anyone experienced a similar problem? Any ideas?Thank you in advance.Ryan
Hello,I've been trying to install the enterprise version of Creative cloud on a windows 10 system for the last couple weeks and i've consistently been getting a return code 6 on the log file. I am not sure how to proceed with this problem.I have tried redownloading the installer files using the Creative Cloud Packager. The settings I have been using is as follows:Creative Cloud for Enterprise > Login with credentials from licensing.adobe.com > Create Package > Licence Type (Serial Number) & 64 BitI've ensured that the system is up to date. I've tried to installed while connected to our firewalled network connection as well as an unblocked internet connection. I am having the same issue. Can someone lease advise me on how to move forward with this?Product Name: Creative Cloud ENTVersion: 1.0 I've attached a link to the log file on my google drive. PDApp.log - Google Drive
Hi Everyone,I've seen threads on here for other people that are having this issue, but can't find anything current so I guess I have to ask. Is the FTP site still active for downloading the Adobe Customization Wizard? Every time I try to get to it I just get the Google Sad Face: I also get similar messages in other browsers. One post did mention that the site needed to be accessed via an FTP client. That also resulted in a failure. Clonezilla returned the message: "Error: Could not connect to server"One thing that also does happen is I get asked for a credential login (makes sense, it is FTP after all). However, Adobe doesn't mention needing any credentials on the Customization Wizard documentation. Are there credentials that need to be entered? Or, better yet, does Adobe have a link where this can be directly downloaded? Thanks all for any help!
I'm having trouble running Adobe CC Applications due to the below error. Unsure what changed besides an update to CC 4.5.0.331 & possibly me uninstalling & reinstalling the software. This is happening with at least Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator (though I've got a different problem with that one, where no error message is shown at all..):Interestingly I also get the below at the same time, I presume this is the error logger trying to do it's thing? Strange as I'm on an account with Local Administrator privileges (corporate environment):I've tried:Setting the permissions / folder attributes (grant Full Control to Everyone, Users & Local Administrators, along with unsetting Read-Only & Apply to all Subfolders) on both SLStore and Adobe PCD folders).Uninstalling & Reinstalling the apps through the Adobe CC Panel, & running as Administrator.Uninstalling all apps, then uninstalling the Adobe CC Panel, using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to scrub it cle
I can't deactivate Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro
The company who I work for has Adobe Enterprise Cloud, usually never a problem. But I got a message to log in yesterday. So that is what i proceeded to do, but I am only getting 7 day trials on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Acrobat is actually missing for some reason. This is paid for annually by my company and up-to-date. Any ideas?
Hello, I have no clue what wrong is with this tech-chat support today. Last case number ADB-2601663-C8D3 ended as expected. They are told me to wait 1-2 minutes, and I was awaiting. After few minutes chat ended. I have tried few times but still this same. I can't make a report - this is so expecting, because its Adobe - but more important is I still need a solution for my problem. Problem: I have installed Adobe Cloud and I have licensed it on Macbook but license is not visible. I know what to do things like that. Last time when we got a problem with license, tech support was connecting and performing a script file. What can I do? We are still running on trial.
Hello! The company uses a proxy- Cisco ASA.Quite often, access to the site of Adobe.com and Adobe Creative Cloud services is lost. Let's say yesterday and today the services of Adobe are working properly. But tomorrow, again, it will be impossible to go to the site or sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud or Creative Cloud Packager.Resolve Adobe Updater Issues on the WSA - Cisco - Completed, but does not work.https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf?wcmmode=disable… - Completed, but does not work.IP addresses used in the Adobe Analytics Cloud - Completed, but does not work.Usually I see this:Of course if I turn off the Cisco ASA then the problem disappears. Obviously, I can not do this. But I can't find information to configure the Cisco ASA to Adobe worked steadily.Domain: ru.P.S. The problem with accessing the sites and services is only with Adobe. There are no problems with other sites. Please, help.Thanks.
I have two Macs both are running the latest operating system. One is New with no software installed except chrome for example.I am logged in on the older one with an enterprise account connected to a local college. It works perfectly.I have downloaded (on the new computer) Adobe Creative Cloud, installed it, and logged in with my schools' account. When I tried to download Photoshop software doesn’t download and I just get a waiting indicator which never changes. Also at the top, it says "updating Adobe Creative Cloud (6%). But this does not change either. When I go to log out of the schools' account and log back in with my account the log out the bottom is grayed outThanks for you help
Adobe Reader has a massive security flaw in it which we have been trying to patch for well over a month now.Turns out that it will not install via GPO to computers running Windows 10 1709 but will install to Windows 10 1803; with our upgrade to 1803 not due till later in the month what is the solution to getting the new version of reader to install? All computers show they are getting the policy for the install of 2018.011.20040 but it does not install over the old version. We fixed Flash player, which was having similar issues, by doing a RegEdit to some keys due to a TLS 1.0 issue. Is anyone aware of a similar fix for Reader? The GPO is fine. Clicking the .exe is not the solution. Please help me with a useful solution to my actual problem
So we are doing an enterprise deployment via GPO; we'd normally patch AcroRead.msi with he msp file within the downloader. However, once it is imported into Gropy Policy Management it shows it as version 15.7
