Hello Adobe,would you please so kindly and give me some Instructions where to Download the Current Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 MSI Installer and where to get the matching Patches for it ?We downloaded the Acrobat Pro 11 directly for your Website but the Installation of this Client failed because it was not compatible with our Serial Number so a Colleague of mine downloaded a different Version of Acrobat Pro 11 from the "Licensing Website: LWS".The new downloaded installer was now compatible with our Lizense but we need to update it to a current Version because Version 11.0 does not work with Office 2016(plugins are not displayed)I did this allready with the normal Adobe 11 pro Version downloaded from the website, creted an Admin Image and slipstreamed the Patches using the "/p" Paraemeter. Unfortunally this doesnt work with the Installer Files i received from my Colleague it say the Patch does not the Version.Please Provide Instructions where to download the right version (Is ther no MUI avai

Is there any way to programmatically set Acrobat Reader DC as the default viewer for PDF files before/during/after an enterprise deployment? I am able to set most everything else via the Acrobat Customization Wizard, but for whatever reason, following the install, the default viewer for PDF files is still the Microsoft Edge browser. Hi Adobe,I am trying to configure a 3 CCP deployment via SCCM for various apps:Design Package - Photoshop etcMedia Package - Premiere etcAcrobat - Single Acrobat DC ApplicationI have created all 3 packages with the CCP and testing the deployments locally first before hitting SCCM will allow me to install the design and media packages fine with no issue. When I try to deploy Acrobat via the msi I get an installation success message and can see in the MSI log I told it to create that it says package reconfiguration successful however no Acrobat DC is installed. I then try to run the setup.exe --silent to see what that gives and the following is displayed:UI mode: Silent2.00%Error : Conflicting Processes running.Exit Code: 19Setup exiting with return code (5)When I look at the ConflictingProcessList.xml I can see a number of processes which must not be running however how can I ensure they are killed prior to the installation other than writing a long script to run before my deployment? Hi All!We have ourselves a mixed mac and windows environment, with adobe products on both.So, to make updates easier, i set up AUSST on our windows based deployment server, publishing the content via IIS, but i'm now a little confused when it comes to setting the internal update server in the preferences section of admin console. It looks like you're restricted to using the contents of one override file, which are OS specific.Am i right in assuming that if i copy the windows override file to this then mac packages made via the admin console will not use the internal update server?

Hi Group,We are trying to apply a list of updates to our Creative Cloud Enterprise installs for CC 2017 and of the 7 or 8 updates available, 3 of them fail with a error of:"The version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app installed on your system is not compatible with the installer. Download the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and try again." Photoshop, Animate and Camera Raw CC are the ones so far on this list that won't install.Unfortunately, we do not use the ACC desktop app because we are enterprise. We use the check for updates option under the Help menu of the application(s).Screenshot provided. Any thoughts on how to fix?

40 computer throughout the state and we would like to install it remotely to these sites.  I am using PSExec to install the MSI but can't get it to install.  I keep getting an error.  I would like the switch information in order to complete our installation.

I have a couple conference rooms and shared computers throughout my organization. We recently transitioned to the Enterprise Named License Adobe Acrobat DC Pro subscription. Does the shared computers in the conference rooms and other areas need a named license associated to in order to active and register the product?

Our firm is having an Adobe Acrobat "missing redaction capability" via Citrix Session only issue.Most of the firm uses Adobe Acrobat X (PRO), some users use Adobe Acrobat Standard (which does NOT have redaction capability).When Acrobat PRO users remotely access the network via Citrix they don't have redaction capabilities.  My engineer re-installed Acrobat Pro on the Citrix server yesterday and it seemed to work.  He checked many things including Group Policies.  Today I tested it and it worked fine Citrixed in as myself, but failed Citrixed in as another Acrobat Pro user.This is a maddening problem.Any suggestions?Thanks so much for your input.  It is greatly appreciated.citrix​Acrobat​Knowledge Base​

Hi All,I've now spent two days trying to make some 2018 packages that will successfully install. They all seem to fail with the following logs. As a note, these are made in the latest CCP. OS of the machine is 10.12.6. Machine has 2017 installed already, and then a new Creative Cloud installed on top of that so that it has 2.2.0.2 of RUM. I have NO idea why this is failing. It's giving an error saying it can't register, but I don't know why. We have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled Acrobat Pro many times on different PCs.  Sometimes we take a workstation that has Acrobat Pro installed, format the hard drive, reinstall Windows without reinstalling Acrobat since the new user doesn't need Acrobat and then reassign the computer to another user.  So, it may look to Adobe as if we are still using this license since Acrobat was never uninstalled and deactivated.How can we see how many licences Adobe thinks we are using and compare it to how many are really still installed on active computers and remove any extras to make the licenses available again?I signed into the Adobe License portal and see serial numbers and download links, but I don't see where it says how many licenses Adobe says are used out of available licences.

how many users do I get when I pay for Creative Cloud for Team (how many people can work on it)?

Our work environment uses authenticating proxies for Internet connectivity - how do I configure Creatvive Cloud applications to work with that? For example, the Adobe Application Manager doesn't recognize the proxy (nor ask for its password) and hence fails to work.

So I have been working on new deployment packages and one of the ones needed is Acrobat Pro DC which our university has a license for. I have downloaded and used the Acrobat Customization wizard to create my mst file with the settings I want and the license key included. The problem is that it will not run as a quiet install.
