Hello all,I am pretty sure this is not a feature already but I wanted to check anyway. We currently have Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams within the business and around 180 full suite licenses assigned out at any one time. Within the admin portal we can see the basic info of each user and also their Adobe cloud usage but we cannot see any information around when the user last signed in using the license. This feature would make admin a lot easier as we would be able to identify users that have expensive licenses assigned but are not using them. I am guessing this information is already stored somewhere Adobe's side each time the user logs into the CC app as it can track the more than 2 places signed in.Any help would be great. Thanks
Several of my client's have received an email this weekend stating "Your administrator at BRUSG has removed access to your All Apps Plan. This does not affect your access to other Adobe products and services."I did not remove their access and when I went into the Adobe Admin Console under User Management, sure enough their access had been removed. Why? When I went to add them back and saved it; it does not reflect in User Management even after signing out and back in. Why was this done and why are the changes not saving. This only happened to some clients.

Hi,We using Citrix servers at our company. We have both Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat installed on them, but due limited licenses, Acrobat is restricted to a selected few users.Whenever an update comes out, Adobe Acrobat hogging the default file associations, and throwing errors to the users who does not have access right to it.We have to go to each citrix server and re-apply Adobe Acrobat Reader as default PDF handler. This happens arond once a month.is there a way to stop the file-association -change?Sincerely,Norbert KatonaIT Infrastructure Engineer
I am getting ready to deploy hundreds of copies of Acrobat 17 Pro to our organization, but I can't find any customization wizard. How can I get this? Has one been built yet? I go to ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/misc/ and only see the one for 15.
I am trying to create a package project for Adobe CC for teams in my workplace environment. I have downloaded and used the Packager to create the different deployment types that I need, but I am having an issue with deploying the full Adobe CC to my staff.I have an elevated privilege script that calls the installer and proceeds to kick off the installation. I can watch as each CC component gets installed and starts showing up on the computer's Start menu. Then after about 40 minutes the process ends in failure, nearly all of the applications that were installed have gotten removed, and I'm scratching my head trying to figure out what went wrong.I've been through many google searches and checked a number of log files, the only thing that gives me any indication of a problem is the Windows Event Viewer's Application log which gives an error stating that it cannot connect to the Installation Service. My environment is a mixed Windows 7 x64 Enterprise, and Windows 10 x64 E
Hi, I am having trouble accepting the invite sent to me?
I have created a customization install disabling the prompt to sign in... Everything was fine until the last update release 15.006.30280. After installing that the Sign In Required prompt pops up. The only way I have found to get rid of that is to uninstall all of acrobat and reinstall it. I install the updates again, including 15.006.30280 and it works fine with no Sign In prompt. I don't really want to do it on 60 computers. Anyone experienced this? Is there an easier fix? Thanks.
Hi there,I have a query with regard to the the option to sync files to Cloud. Is there a way to permanently disable the option to sync on or off (make it grayed out, maybe) so that users won't have the ability to change it? Is there a registry key that controls these options? Thanks!
Any reason why Adobe Acrobat Pro would sign out users that connect to a Terminal Server?[Moved from the Lounge (which is where you can connect with your peers for conversations that don't directly relate to product help and support) to a product-specific support forum - moderator]
Since each user creates their own Adobe ID for login, how do I reuse a serial after a user leaves or is no longer using the software? Is there something I'm doing wrong?Thank you,Derek
Hi there,We have a Virtual environment for Desktops in several areas. We would like to be able to assign a licence to a virtual desktop ie: MANVDESK01 - which I currently do.But what I want to be able to do, is assign a licence to this desktop, if and when I delete/re-image to upgrade or change settings on it. The licence would continue to be deployed to it without the need for me to get the licence key and re-install it on it.So in in nutshell, we currently have 40 licences and would like to be able to assign re-assign remotely! Please advise on how to go about this.. Speak soonJustin Brett
Hello,I would like to understand the all procedure to deploy Acrobat Pro in citrix environement :- creating user / license- downloading and installing the porduct- identifyingIs it possible to organize a meeting with an expert from the support team ?Thank you
After installing Acrobat Pro DC, everything appears to be work fine. Later, some users are being prompted to login to Adobe. How can this be disabled? The only fix we have so far is to uninstall and reinstall. We'd like to prevent that if possible. Logging in as a different user does not resolve this so it appears it's not Windows profile. We've also tried: Copy ABCPY.INI from a known working computer adobe_prtk --tool=ReplaceSN --serialize=LEID --serial=AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe – this fixed a similar issue with Adobe CC products but did not resolve this issue with Acrobat DC Pro · Browse to the location: [System Drive]:\ProgramData\Adobe · Rename the 'SLStore' folder to 'SLStore_old' · Browse to the location: [System Drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe · Rename the 'SLCache' folder to 'SLCache_old' Data type boolean: DWORD value > REG_DWORD Default null Version # DC HKLM Path HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\(product name)\(versio

I send invitations to my users that require Acrobat Pro for their job responsibilities and lately I have gotten a "Currently unavailable" error after they setup their Adobe account and are ready to start the download. This is highly inconvenient when I have off-site users being sent invites and getting this error. The only way to start downloading Acrobat Pro after they finish creating their account is to go back to the Adobe home page and click Desktop downloads and then search through ALL of the apps to finally find Acrobat to get it downloaded. This has been happening for 3 weeks now and the first week I figured this issue would be resolved.Instead of invite and forget, they have to put in a ticket, then once I am finished with my previous tickets I can finally send them the instructions to get to the correct webpage for the download. This is turning a 5 minute process into 30+ minutes depending on the ticket queue. When will this be fixed? If not fixed, when will this be resolved to
I've had a Creative Cloud for ETLA license for a few years. In April of 2017, when my last license expired, I mistakenly subscribed through a different route, where I was charged a significant monthly rate, as opposed to the very modest annual fee I had been paying. Working through Adobe support at this phone number, 1-800-833-6687 I was assisted in cancelling my license. I simultaneously re-purchased a CC for ETLA license, and received a redemption code. I've entered the code but, and when I try to go through the process again, I am told I've already entered that code. However, I have not been able to complete the new registration. I have various applications downloaded but now they fail to open (Photoshop and Premier).

Hi all,we are trying to update our clients from internal AUSST-server. But it seems, downloads were done from external Adobe-server.One question for clarification:Documentation says on WIn7 updates.override-file should be in\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overridesand\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResourcesDo I have to add the filename AdobeUpdater.Overrides to the first location?Should it be (with filename):\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides\AdobeUpdater.Overridesor\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides ??RegardsUllrich
After searching the forums, I see this is possible in CC Enterprise. But, specifically, can this be done in CC for Teams?License or entitle CC for Teams installations so they don't require activation via the internet. We have numerous machines with no internet access and this prohibits using cloud-entitled applications like CC.So, has anyone done this? If so, is there a documented method? Thanks for your help.
Hello,In Feb 2017 I was able to successfully build a silent MSI install of Acrobat DC (AcroRdrDC1502320053_en_US) using the Customization Wizard and deploy the app via ManageEngine Desktop Central. My users could access the self server portal and fire up the install - and it would install perfectly - following all my specific customizations. Now - I want to do the same with the current DC track installer (AcroRdrDC1700920044_en_US)I expanded the exe archive using the correct command line (per the Enterprise admin guide) and I end up with the 6 key files. I then fire up the Customization Wizard and load up the acroread.MSI file from the new archive I just expanded. Then within the Customization Wizard - I choose Transform->Load Transform to get the settings previously built in Feb 2017. This loads correctly and I save the Package and deploy the files to the specific folder within my DesktopCentral environmentBut when a user runs the install from the portal - the end result is not Vers
hello, we recentrly had to copy the hard driver from a working windows 7 computers where Adobe Creative Cloud was working correctly to another computer.since, this other computer won't launch any of the creative Cloud apps (entreprise/education agreement, created with the creative cloud packager) except for lightroom and captivate (wich are from a different package)Anyway, I'm seeing those entries in the logs under the current administrator user, trying to launch illustrator CC. (sorry for the lenght, doesn,t see an option to make it smaller. What are the solutions to resolve this issue? is there a way to recent the licensing information or something like that?thanks.oobelib.log01/31/14 11:25:39:384 | [ERROR] | | | | SLCoreService | | | 5556 | Could not find license from which to get user data01/31/14 11:25:39:384 | [ERROR] | | | | SLCoreService | | | 5556 | No value for key [PersonGUID] in user dictionary.01/31/14 11:25:39:384
