Hello,I want to deploy Adobe Acrobat Reader AcroRdrDC1502320070 by a GPO, I used the Wizard to make a MST File, but every time i deploy it, i get only the version 15.7 although I have seen in the mst file the lines for the msp update.....Transformsfile is in the GPO adapted. Error 1724 and MS Event-ID 108 in the eventlog of a client.Best regards

I have created a Creative Cloud Teams package to Acrobat DC 64bit.  We have created other packages for other products and have not had any problems.  However, every time we try to run the Acrobat DC package .msi file it starts the installation but then flashed something very quickly on the screen that you can't see and ends.  No other errors are indicated.  Any help as to where to look to see what is causing the problem or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance,Art W[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from generic Cloud/Setup forum to specific Program forum... Windows 7 Enterprise x64 on a domainInstalling CC products for a regular userOnly Lightroom fails to install due to a weird permission problemI'm a system administrator trying to install Lightroom CC (2015) for a client on our computer on our domain. I installed the CC Desktop with the client logged onto their domain account and then entered the domain administrator credentials when prompted. I then ran the CC Desktop still on the client's account, started the installation of Lightroom, and again entered admin credentials when prompted. This has been the standard procedure in the past with Adobe CC installations.This time the installation of Lightroom fails with exit code 7, "ERROR: DF016: Unable to create directory "<path to Documents on admin's network share>\..\Desktop". Error 5 Access denied...".  Analyzing the log files revealed that the installer is correctly using the correct client's local user profile folder for various purposes untill it's supposed to create this f

The Bank I work for bought me a one year subscription to Adobe CC. It is due to run out at the end of this month. Our bank was acquired by another bank which uses enterprise-wide licensing. Can I just have my employer purchase me a license and continue to login to the Apps that are already installed on my computer?

We just built out a new AUSST server & used a test box Windows 7 to see if RUM would connect & download from the local server & it worked. I then dropped the RUM application on another test box that ONLY had Acrobat DC on it & tried running it from the command line & I'm getting error 1 with no logs being created. So my questions are the following?  1. Can RUM just be dropped on any box with Adobe products on it & work?  2. Do I need to create the folder structure for the Override file?  I did this on my second test box by the way and it's still not working (C:\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdater.Overrides) 3. I keep reading about Creative Cloud Packager we did use this initially & stripped out all the updater's, etc. when deploying out Acrobat & other CC apps.  Do I need this installed on the machines too?Thank you  

Hi,We purchased creative cloud for teams and for now we are using only the storage and extract, no installation made or anything else.In every access to one of the team members account we are experiencing intolerable slowness, every page load is could be like 20-30 seconds...In the same PC when I'm login in with account that is not belong to the last purchased all good and smooth..Can we get some help on this issue. please.Thanks.

I am not able to create cc packages any more own my Mac. The progress bar goes all the way to 100% but then, I invariably get an error. I cannot figure out what's wrong. I tried cleaning the cache, removing lightroom and scout (although I would need Lightroom) from the apps to install but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,Adobe Creative Cloud can only currently install the Adobe Gaming SDK. I watched the applications folder as the installer was running, the installer installed up to Lightroom in its installation process. Once Lightroom was "installed" the folders return to being blue files and then delete themselves.  I work at a school a student help technician. We use the adobe product package creator to create installation packages.  I can get the desktop applications installed, but I have to do so separately from the package I created. The software products do not show up in the applications folder or the desktop application. We have a creative cloud license for the school. Note: a week or so ago everything was fine when we had the 2015 version, but after updating to 2017 it seems that the license was removed from the computer. Hi,we have a demo installation with Adobe Cloud Products on our Windows Terminal Server 2012. It works and would be a great benefit for your users. But we have some problems, so I need some help.Sometimes if a user starts the Terminal Session and then an app like Photoshop the login-dialog for Cloud doesn't appear. How can I force the login-dialog for every user for every login? logoff + logon could resolve the problem but not every time.May somebody has the same issue and a hint for me? I have done a package for Adobe CC usin Creative Cloud Packager. I Chose all available programs to that package (64-bit).The package creation went OK and installation to Windows 10 computers works fine (via SCCM and direct installation using .msi or setup.exe). But none of those methods works with Windows 7 SP1 (64-bit). Installation starts fine, but after a while installation rolls back.Have anyone else had this problem ? Help, please !

I'm looking going to deploy Adobe Std/Pro for a new Terminal Server deployment (Windows 2012R2).I'm not entirely sure what to expect when activating and what type of licensing I should get.What do I need to install the software to the terminal server and activate it?  I believe I read something about a deployment tool?When I got a quote for Adobe software, I was told I would get 10 separate licenses as this TS will have 10 users.  How does this work with licensing and the deployment tool?  Do I just pick one of the license keys to include in the deployment tool or will I get a special key that is for 10 users?  Just hold on to the licensing keys as proof of purchase?If I go with a subscription model, does each user need an adobe login?  Will this break the application in some way by going with a subscription model on a TS?What I'm expecting during the install/activation process is I will get 10 indevidual license keys.Download the Adobe setup and deployment too

Hi,We are a team of 8 designers, working and collaborating in an enterprise company.A colleague of ours is leaving the company and he had created one of our most important folder where we have all the design guidlines, controls, UI patterns etc.All those files are documented in an inner server with direct links to them. Many people in our company use those links each day.We want to hand over the license to someone else but the meaning is that this folder need to be copied under someone else's ownership, and all the links wouldn't work anymore, - the result is a lot of updating for us, going over our "wiki" in each section and update the links.Isn't there a way to transfer the ownership without coping the file to a different owner?Can you make an exception in our case?its critical Thanks,AyeletExpert designerNICE

hi guys,i have some clients where i want to disable javascript in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2015 Version | Version 2015.023.20070. I was looking for some GPO templates and create my one.Unfortunately it do not work. If i change the registry Javascript is still enabled. The administration guide for enterprise licensing is lacking ion details.I created a txt record for our DNS record and it is not working, not picked up by the validation process.We already have an existing root record with specific entries for a different purpose and I cannot have two root TXT records. So I created a random TXT record with the licensing info the admin guide says to enter. IT DOES NOT WORK.need more specific details on what to name the record and If I already have an existing root TXT record, will this work at all??Please help.It would be far better to have a support line and a live person to talk to. I dislike community forums.

Our company uses serialized licenses for the CC products, and we do not logon with Adobe IDs (local only).  I am looking for a centralized method to specify certain application preferences (e.g. Units of Measurement, etc) across the CC applications we have deployed.  Is there such a tool (e.g. Group Policy) that can be used.  The applications I am mainly concerned with are:AcrobatIllustratorInDesignPhotoShop

We're in a XenApp 7 environment on 2012 R2 and I have 1 user that is supposed to be running Pro instead of Standard.  I had to nuke her user profile in Windows due to another oddball problem but now when she logs into Acrobat DC, it always thinks she's on Standard edition rather than Pro.  What am I missing here since it was working correctly prior to deleting her profile?

Hi,I'm trying to use the latest version of Creative Cloud Packager in order to Package Photoshop CS6. So I got the installation sources from the Creative Suite Design Premium CS6 in order to isolate Photoshop.Basically my settings seems to be right, the creation of the package has been completed successfully but I have some issues with the new package that has been created.1- After installing the new Photoshop package even if I used an Enterprise License the application once is launched it always displays the 30 days trial and then you need to enter the serial number again.For now the screenshots are available in French because we're trying to create bilingual applications starting with this language.2- The shortcuts are not copied inside "Adobe" folder on "Start Menu\All Programs\"  so the applications that come along with Photoshop are directly on the root of the Start Menu, and there's no option to redirect those icons. we use our Adobe ID to activate our student lab. it works well before. but this time after updates, only 3 computers are licensed. and the rest are not.we ran serialization and sign in with the account, the rest computers are giving us trail only. some computers gives us 7 days trail, some computers give 0 days left.
