I have domain users that have problems to start cc software in cc client. Translated from Swedish it stood "you do not have access permission for setting folders".Is it some folders users that not are local Admins must have special permission on?This problem we not have before but every time with the last installations.Sorry for bad English.Hope someone can help./Tobbe

Hi,I encounter some troubles with Adobe Remote Update Manager (RUM), who doesn't update to the last version of products.First of all, where can I find informations about exact version of Adobe products? For example, Illustrator CC 2015.3 is Illustrator v16.x or something like that. And same things for others. This help me to understand why I not in latest product version with RUM.Thanks for help!

We have 12 users needing Acrobat DC Pro on their desktops (Win 7 and Win 10) and wanted to see if there is discount or better price option when getting more subscription. To start off, this is NOT a CC Desktop App issue.We desperately need an offline installer for After Effects for our 20 iMac's.  It is impractical for these to all download After Effects, and any other apps, individually on an iMac by iMac basis.  We've finally got Photoshop but still need After Effects.  Please sort this out Adobe!

I have deployed a Creative Cloud Packager-Package to about a dozen Macs (OSX 10.11.5) last year. Until some time in this year, I successfully used RemoteUpdateManager (RUM) version 1.9.2 on the Macs along with an Adobe Update Server in-house (AUSST) to install updates to the Macs.Recently I discovered that my version of the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (3.0.0.59) does not download the newest updates for Photoshop and Illustrator. So I grabbed the new Creative Packager (CCPLauncher) and installed it. This have me access to the newest version of the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (4.0.0.42) which I copied to my AUSST root folder. It downloaded 39 GB of new updates in the folder "ACC" in my AUSST root folder.The next thing I noticed was that I needed to update RUM on the clients and the Overrides file as well. I created the client config (Overrides) and put it on the Macs. Then I grabbed the newest version (1.9.6) from the newly updated Creative Cloud Packager. Trying to use this versio

Hi,   Our company actively blocks cloud connectivity (I know we will be changing sooner rather than later).  We are after the Adobe XD preview, but this is only avaialble in Adobe CC.  We do have volume license to all Adobe suite. I do use Adobe package manager to download a lot of the existing stuff. But Adobe XD is not there.  Any help?

Also asks to clear cookies and restart browser. Have done this numerous times along with deleting OOBE folder, quitting all adobe applications, shutting down/restarting computer, logging into my personal Adobe ID and signing out, etc.

We have a user that is unable to log into the Enterprise app on her Mac. When she launches the program, it prompts her to log in but is grey. She is unable to log in. They followed these steps but it didnt help. I created an MST file for my company installation of Adobe Reader DC.  I am installing DC using SCCM and it installs fine, but the Protected View and Privileged Locations settings do not carry over into the installation.  Some settings do carry over, so I know the MST file is being read.  Also, if I open the MST file in Notepad, I can see some of the Privileged Location URL's listed so I know the info is in there, but it isn't getting used during the install.Same thing happens if I run the install from the command line, so I know SCCM is not the culprit.  Anyone else have this issue?Any ideas?

Hi all, We are facing a problem of asking authorization again while running adobe cs6 product. We have 500 set of PCs with Adobe CS6 (Windows 7 PCs). sometimes, when user start up the CS6 software (e.g. photoshop), then the system will ask for re-authorization with login and software code. Is there any method to fix the authorization problem? thanks a lot.Cato

My work recently purchased the Creative Cloud for Teams because we were told by a sales rep that collaborative editing would be seamless. I was told that I could be working in Premiere from one computer and send a clip it to my vfx artist on another computer through the cloud. So when I contacted Adobe Support on how exactly to do that, they told me that feature does not yet exist. Is there anything I can do to make collaborative editing easier? Thanks.

I am using the Adobe Acrobat XI version, I wanted to disallow user from editing, printing, save the document locally (save and save as).How to do it? I already tried to use the [Password Security] function and select the option [None] under the [Changes Allowed].I am not which version is able to perform the DISABLE SAVE AS function.Kindly assist.

We've several DC pro and Std Clients. Some do the autoupdate, some not. The clients which don't update automatically even don't have the 'updater' option in the 'preferences' tab...

Hi, From what I understand, our organization is better suited to the "Classic" update track. However, when I open Creative Cloud Packager, I only see the option to download the Acrobat DC (15.0) application. I think I'm supposed to be able to find an Acrobat 2015 application, but I can't find it in LWS either. Is this application not part of our license? Is there some way to indicate the "Classic" update track in the Customization Wizard? For some background, I'll be planning on deploying this via SCCM. Please help! Thanks.-GB

On the Adobe Enterprise Administration Guide there is a option for activating thumbnail preview in Adobe Acrobat DC:Adobe Properties — Enterprise Administration Guide andLockable Settings Admins can install or remove this feature via a command line properties ADD_THUMBNAILPREVIEW (first install) or ThumbnailPreviewHandler (post install) and then lock the UI.Any ideas how to get that working?

Howdy all,Using Win7x64. Administrative user. Currently have the entire suite of CC2015 installed (Everything...  Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc).  When I invoke the Remote Update Manager from here:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE_Enterprise\RemoteUpdateManager\RemoteUpdateManager.exe"it looks like it's working.  Even exist with code 0.  Log is below.You'll notice the log looks okay.  And it does update some things just fine.  For example, it updates Dreamweaver and After Effects.  Yet...  For some reason it's not sensing Photoshop or downloading Animate, among others.What am I missing? Why isn't the remote updater updating all of my Adobe applications?We are a school with a site license for about 500 machines. One solution that works is to run the uninstall command for CC2015, and then install "CC 2015.5", but this just seems unnecessary when we have the Remote Updater application.  Am I missing something simple?
