How can you prevent the Adobe PDF printer from being set as the default printer whenever a new user logins in for the first time (Windows 7 and 10)? Only option I have at the moment is to remove the printer all together since that is not something I can allow in a lab environment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!

Hi All,We have recently purchased device licences for our labs, however when attempting to package them for deployment, there is no option to select device licence, only named or serial number.However when we use the Mac version of the packager the device licence option is available, which is fine, but we have a mixed environment of Win & Mac device.Any assistance in resolving this would be appreciated.Regards,

Deploying Creative Cloud for Enterprise with Creative Cloud Packager | Creative Cloud for Enterprise | Adobe TV The video above suggests watching a video "Introduction to the adobe dashboard" prior to learning about deployment. I cannot seem to find the recommended video though.

I have just done a test for installing an Adobe Creative Cloud application (Photoshop) and then to apply the AdobeSerialzation process. I managed to install the application successfully and then in the Creative Cloud window it shows Photoshop as having 7 days remaining.Prior to this I created the AdobeSerialzation files correctly and then applied it to the Mac with the fresh Creative Cloud installation of Photoshop. The process seems to have run successfully yet it still says 7 days remaining for the Photoshop application in the Creative Cloud account window. How can I test this or find out if the serializer has worked firstly on the local Mac, then how to get it to propagate to the Cloud account.Thanks.

Hello,i have taken inherited responsibility of maintaining company's internal adobe update server and currently facing some issues.2 issues:1. When i run incremental update via schedule task it starts and terminates within 1 min with event id 201. the account used is running with highest privileges and i have removed the max duration that the task can run to make sure it doesnt time out but this still fails. i have spent quite bit of my time researching on this but no luck. Hi Guys I've 2 mac with mac os x el capitan (one is mac book air and the other is mac mini) and from some days I can't update the CC software.Well I've try to unistall everythings Adobe CC, reset host file on mac with repaired software, restart mac and install again the Creative Cloud Desktop.Well for my advice the download from CC Desktop is very very slow... After, when the CC Desktop working I can't download any software, the download is very very slow 1% every 20 and more minutes.I've try more than one internet connection, but without solving the problem.Sometimes I've 207 error...So How Can I fix this issue? Any suggestion?I need the suite for work... I'm in a bad condition with my jobs...thanksW.

What track of Adobe Acrobat DC is used when creating a package via the Creative Cloud Packager - continuous or classic? Is it dependent on the license used? We would like to use the 'classic' track as it is a better fit for our environment and the way we deploy updates.Thanks!-Rob

Hello,I'm the license manager in my company and I have a little problem with one of our users.The user used to have an InDesign user-license, which we wanted to uninstall to give her a device license.The license is active in the adminconsole, but the user cannot start the software, because it says, that her license is not active. That is right for her user license, which we deactivated. And we installed the software again, so that it could connect with the Adobe Server again and she could activate her device license.But she still cannot open the program, because it says that the license is not active.It would be very kind if someone could help me.Thanks.Kind regardsNoelle Weinmann

We have a few users of this software.  Our security team has expressed concerns that there is alot of internet traffic from those PC's to specific adobe sites.  The two big ones are scss-prod-ue1-notif-19.adobesc.com and scss-prod-ue1-notif-16.adobesc.com.  Is this needed and if not how do I stop this from happening.  I do know that it needs to do a license check every so often so I don't want to block that.  Any help will be appreciated.

I work for a federal agency and we are not allowed to use the Creative Cloud Application Manager, as our employees cannot download or install files on their own, which includes the CC Manager, or any of the CC apps within it.Instead, our IT department requires the actual installation file (.exe) for Adobe Audition CC so they can test it in our Operating Environment and then they wrap their own installation package around the installation file to include the Enterprise Licensing.Is there any way to get a direct download of the Adobe Audition 2015.2 (ver 9) installation file?Thanks.

Hello,As you probably know, Adobe Reader DC has a problem where it freezes when you switch between multiple PDFs that have been opened with tabs. This problem seems to be widespread (we've been able to replicate the issue on 10+ PCs in my environment). There are other users complaining about the same problem, such as in the thread below:Re: Acrobat Reader DC keeps crashing when multiple pdf files are open and I switch between them.Until Adobe fixes the bug, the only solution that I can see is to disable the tabs feature. Is it possible to disable tabs using the registry? Is there a way to do it using the Customization Wizard?
