Hi, From what I understand, our organization is better suited to the "Classic" update track. However, when I open Creative Cloud Packager, I only see the option to download the Acrobat DC (15.0) application. I think I'm supposed to be able to find an Acrobat 2015 application, but I can't find it in LWS either. Is this application not part of our license? Is there some way to indicate the "Classic" update track in the Customization Wizard? For some background, I'll be planning on deploying this via SCCM. Please help! Thanks.-GB

On the Adobe Enterprise Administration Guide there is a option for activating thumbnail preview in Adobe Acrobat DC:Adobe Properties — Enterprise Administration Guide andLockable Settings Admins can install or remove this feature via a command line properties ADD_THUMBNAILPREVIEW (first install) or ThumbnailPreviewHandler (post install) and then lock the UI.Any ideas how to get that working?

Howdy all,Using Win7x64. Administrative user. Currently have the entire suite of CC2015 installed (Everything...  Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc).  When I invoke the Remote Update Manager from here:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE_Enterprise\RemoteUpdateManager\RemoteUpdateManager.exe"it looks like it's working.  Even exist with code 0.  Log is below.You'll notice the log looks okay.  And it does update some things just fine.  For example, it updates Dreamweaver and After Effects.  Yet...  For some reason it's not sensing Photoshop or downloading Animate, among others.What am I missing? Why isn't the remote updater updating all of my Adobe applications?We are a school with a site license for about 500 machines. One solution that works is to run the uninstall command for CC2015, and then install "CC 2015.5", but this just seems unnecessary when we have the Remote Updater application.  Am I missing something simple?

Started app (Photoshop first one grabbed) on test machine and all functioned as expected. In admin console, all licenses still available and none listed as active. When (how) does the installed device get the license to be registered in Admin Console? Look forward to advice. Thank you.M

Please contact your administrator to renew your membership and continue using Creative CloudI've talked to my admin, and looked at the team management console, and I have a valid license that doesn't expire for 10-11 months.I've searched here, and tried the following already:Logging out and back inrestarting computerdeleting the opm.dbdeactivated my account in CC for teams console, and reactivated it.I need help getting this solved...  Thanks

My now old but still good CS5 has been part of my recovery of my MacBook and now Adobe Creative Suit 5 Master is asking for my Serial Number, I have put in the 16 which were the original but it wants now 24 digits, so I wonder if anyone can help, as it is older version, but like some old cars, it is all I need and use when I need to, and it makes me sad that I can not yet have again access to it...I do not wish to pay for a new one I can own or use on the www, as I also have CS3 which I have not used for a long time.Please note, a long time has gone by, and my service provider had changed its name twice in the last decades, and my old OWNERSHIP records may be found somewhere at Adobe.com but I first became a Mac user in 1984 and a client of Adobe in 1986 or just after...

I have recently deployed cc 2015.5. there has been a few updates after my deployment was built. I have run the RUM on a few machines and it always fails to download the same updates. I have a local AUSST, i have rebuilt the server with the --fresh options and it hasnt help. Below is the RUM log. Hello,I am trying to use the Adobe CC packager to create packages of just application updates, for example going from Illustrator 2015 to 2015.3. Since we are not allowed to use the Adobe CC updater desktop app, I'm thinking this is my only way. My original plan was to create a new package of only the newest updates, then roll it out to five or six machines quarterly. The issue I'm having, is that when you install the updates on each machine, it doesn't install over the older version. It just installs an additional copy of the CC application, and then you have multiple versions of it installed (for example the machine will then have Adobe Animate CC 2015, and Adobe Animate CC 2015.2). I am wondering if I am doing something wrong, or if this is just the way Adobe CC works. If so, I would have to not only install the updates, but then uninstall the older version of the application. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks!

When we are trying to open any file its asking for new license. Please find the below screen shot. Hi,I'm trying to find a way to differentiate Acrobat DC STD from Acrobat DC Pro either at the file system or registry level.The reason for it is we have a software deployment platform that also inventories the software (Dell Kace K1000), based on criteria we give it. Criteria can be either that a specific file, directory or registry value exists (there are others, but those are the more important).But for some reason, I can't seem to find a single different between Acrobat DC STD and Acrobat DC Pro that would give the software a way to properly inventory which computers have STD and which computers have Pro. Me first guess was to look at the GUID, but apparently since DC the GUID has been the same for both.Is there a specific file or registry key that is only present in either STD or Pro, but not both ? I'd like to have a way to say "if this exists, this is STD" and " if this exists, this is Pro"....but if I can just have at least something for any one of the version, it would be alrig

some laptops are having a problem to convert pdf to doc offline, its asking for internet connection to convert, the licenses are full version and works good with rest of the laptops ,if anyone can help me with this issue it will be great

We are considering a purchase of VIP subscription licenses for Acrobat Pro DC, but we do not want 200+ users to have to create adobe ID.Is it possible to manage our deployment with serial numbers?

Hello,we are trying to install Adobe Acrobat DC on a provisioned Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 Farm.Installation has been customized using the customization wizard. User don't get any Online Dialoges Product is activated correctly.Since this farm is provisioned as described here:New Server with different Hostnames start from the same Disk. If users log on to this new Server and start Adobe Acrobat they are presented with a Dialog to Log In as if the application has not been customized or activated.How can this Problem be resolved? I have 32 device Licenses that I need to get installed.  These Mac are not managed so we don't have a way to install via package.  What are some other options.

When I resend invitations from the portal for any product I receive an error message. I have validated that the emails are correct.

I am a high school Digital Media teacher who also helps as a Net Tech on the side. We have a district license for Adobe CC which is easy enough to create and distribute a package for district owned machines. However, we just started a pilot hybrid on-line program this year and will have some Media Arts students accessing Adobe from home. We purchased some licenses for this. However, my district IT department is not sure how to distribute to students securely. They are suggesting having students bring their computer to school and have the teacher install. That sounds ridiculous to me. I figure there has to be a more efficient way to distribute to students at home. Suggestions?[Moved from regular install forum to specialized deployment forum... Mod]

Im strugling with this issue all day.Im running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I already have CS2 and After Effects 5.5 on my disk.Yesterday I downloaded Creative Cloud app and installed it, logged in to it and downloaded some apps. All these without any issue. Unfortunately ive noticed that my space on C: partition is almost full. So i decided that i will unistall all and reinstal program on 😧 . I uninstalled apps first without a problem and did the same with ACC app, this time i get some error message that it wasnt fully succesfull. On my add/remove programs list there was still ACC program but without its own red icon but with some generic. Once again i uninstalled it (icon just dissapeared instantly without any further actions). This is the moment when nightmare begins.When i try to run exe file it asks admin permission, i agree and nothing else happens. Tried to download second installation file (wasnt sure if they are onetime use) but still the same.  Tried all steps from this
