Hi all,I want all my Deployment Administrators to receive emails from Adobe announcing new CC application releases. Until this morning I was receiving these emails, but I managed to unsubscribe myself from them by accident and cannot work out how to resubscribe!!Does anyone know where I need to go to do this?Julian‌

Hi have a lab of 36 iMacs in a classroom. I've created a device based deployment package and a device serialization file, after installing the package on 10 computers only 2 have shown up under activated devices on the online console, I've ran the serialization file and restarted the machines, after launching photoshop or Lightroom Adobe update Manager prompts me to continue a 30day trial or i can enter a serial number which i don't have because the package is "device based". I've tried running the "Remove Volume Serial file" and then running the Adobe Serialization file but i still have the same outcome. So far i have only uninstalled the program completely on 1 machine and tried reinstalling the package, But I'm getting the same outcome. Any suggestions?

We have TLP licenses and a user often encounters a message saying a feature is not included in the current license.  If she tries again it'll work but the delay is quite annoying.  I've seen this issue raised elsewhere: Has a fix been released?Thanks!

My group is trying to update Adobe Reader 11.0.09 to 11.0.15.Unfortunately you state that "This update requires that Adobe Reader 11.0.14 is installed on your system."In the past, we've had the base 11.0.09v easily update to .10v, .11v, .12v, .13v, and .14v. We still have accounts using .09v-.13v, how do we fix the issue so they can update straight to 11.0.15v without needing to get .14v first?Is there any way to get around this issue? Hi,I ve installed some Apps (like Photoshop, Premiere and After Effect) on my desktop PC and everything runs fine; however the same apps installend on my laptop don't runs and the problem seemsthat I dont'a have any licence for those....???? I know Adobe has stopped development on Edge Animate, but before they did that, our studio put a lot of work in to developing templates and symbols in it, and it's going to take us a while to migrate to another platform. In the meantime, we still need to use Edge Animate. We noticed recently that you can no longer install it from CC. We have some new designers starting soon and we need to get them set up.

I have a very old version of Photoshop CS3, which I acquired before retiring from the IT Department of  local college a long time ago.  Let week when I tried to open the program I got a message informing me that my license was broken.  I no longer have the CS3 disk.  All I can find is an old Photoshop 5 disk.  I have the Password for that but it is not accepted.  Any help appreciaitd

Hello support,Anytime we need to install a Adobe software, we must install via Creative Cloud (download and install Creative Cloud then select the software such as Photoshop, Lightroom... to install)Due to the requirement from our company, the software itself (Photoshop, Lightroom...) need to be located in a general place for our staff to request and install. So my question is, is there a way for us to download the software straight away and install it without using Creative Cloud window? or any possibility solution can offer us?Thanks.
