The FTP hyperlinks on this page (Group Policy-Active Directory — Enterprise Administration Guide) have been down for a couple of days now.Any idea where to get the templates at the moment or when the FTP will be available?

I bought the creative cloud package through a link one of my colleagues sent me.  This was done under our admin Adobe account.  He needs to be able to get to the packages to download and install them, but he is not getting access to the admin account.  How do I assign the licence to him?I assume we have the individual package and he is the only person who will ever need it, but we (IT) still need to be able to control it all.  Should this have been a 'team' purchase, even though it's just for one person?

Hi,We have a marketing department that uses the Creative Cloud team product. They have laptops running Windows 7, we do not give them local admin rights for obvious reasons. Good day. I was just working with Ankur via Adobe Help Chat and I was told to post my query here on the Photoshop Forums, due to our Version being CS3. Our previous activation of Photoshop cannot be activated on a new computer. The previous computer has failed, and I cannot log into it anymore to "deactivate" the license from within Photoshop. Is there something we can do to activate this Serial on a new functional computer? Thanks.

Hi,i have problems with the customization wizard DC. I try to deploy Adobe Acrobat Reader 2015 and Acrobat 2015 Pro (both classic track -> thatswhy 2015 is right, or?).Because i did not find an CW for 2015 I used DC instead... maybe thats the problem - i dont know...I try to set Security -> Protected View -> Files from potentially unsafe locations but i did not work neither with Reader nor Pro version, its always "off" after installation and opening the application as default user. Was not a problem when we customized version 11 with the CW for 11.Because it was a recommendation i already uninstalled CW for 11 and try to edit/add some registry settings manually or with the CW is not the way it should be.Anybody got a clue on that?Thanks Sascha

Acrobat X keeps crashing when I close the application.Windows error reporting reports the application which crashed is acrobat.exe and the faulting module is: acroform.api v10.1.1.33. There is also an additional error code: 0a9e.I'm running Acrobat X on a Windows 2008R2 based Citrix server.Is there anybody out there who has the same error and knows how to get rid of it?

We have a person that setup an adobe account and licensed a copy of DC Pro.  How do we get this moved to another users account?

Hi SupportCity of Gold Coast have experienced an issue deploying Captivate to a user’s PC within Council. Until resolved this will affect all future deployment requests for Captivate.   Upon installing the program IT service support were prompted during registration for a software licence key. The only available licence key was one provided by Adobe under the old agreement. Although this enabled Captivate to successfully install on the user’s PC, we were prompted with a 30 trial period notification (indicating it was not a full licence) and to create a new Adobe ID. Up until this point all earlier deployments of Captivate have never required repeat entry of the serial key as this was included in the original deployment package.   Our current agreement with Adobe indicates Captivate is PC serial based (not Named User based) therefore we are ensure as to why the Adobe ID registration was initiated.  Can Council be issued with a serial code for Captivate so we can

My organization uses serial number licensing. I thought that if I built a package that included only the Creative Cloud Desktop app, using a serial number that grants access to all applications, the user would be able to install those apps upon demand. But after installation, when you open the Creative Cloud app, it says "Try" next to all the applications. How can I achieve what I want?

It's possibile configure a NLM to manage 28 license of acrobat standar DC ?

I have a single Acrobat Pro DC subscription, and I'd like to turn that into a pooled license where I can include other people in my firm, and where I can administer the pool.  Is there a path for this?

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a new issue:My iMac becomes almost unusable for the first 5 minutes after rebooting.After 5 minutes the beachball stops spinning and the computer becomes fast again.The computer has a 2.8gHz i7 Processor and the system runs on SSD. It's a fast machine.Booting was never an issue until a few of weeks.I suspect a CC update is causing my problems.If I uninstall all Creative Cloud the computer goes back to normal behavior.I reinstalled CC and the problem is back.I narrowed everything down to one file, file:///Library/LaunchAgents/com.adobe.AAM.Updater-1.0.plistIf I remove that file the computer works great, no beachball, BUT as soon as I start any Adobe application, I get the slow behavior for 5 minutes.So I can choose to suffer right after startup or wait until I launch an Adobe Application.My Macbook Air does not show the same issue.Both machines are running Yosemite 10.10.5.To trouble shoot I completely wiped any traces of Adobe for all folders (Applications
